This lovely and unique cottage was perfect for the two of us for a week in November. We were able to sit around the pool at times and really enjoyed the outside seating area which overlooked the courtyard with trees and birdlife. 🥰enormous wide double bed..We loved Bologna Beach, beautiful sand with dunes at the end, and just a handful of people around. The kite surfing along this coastline at other beaches was spectacular, we have never seen anything like it. An enormous thank you to Frank the owner who assisted me in getting my phone back when I lost it inTarifa. We flew LHR/Gibraltar airport with BA and this meant we had to cross the border into Spain to collect our car hire which was straightforward, but a bit unusual for us. We stopped at Mercadona supermarket en route, as we were not within walking distance of any restaurants, and stocked up with food incl. eggs, bacon, tortillas, salad, bulgar and dips, and this all came in very handy indeed for very relaxing evening meals

Monika was an amazing host. Very friendly and super responsive. We loved the house and its unbeatable location right on the beach. We were 3 of us, which was perfect. Wouldn't recommend this place for more than 4 guests due to its size and the fact that you have to share one small bathroom. Overall I would absolutely recommend it as a cute little beach house with an unmatched beach setting.

L'appart de Aymen est confortable et respondant à l'annonce. La mère de Aymen nous a accueilli avec une grande flexibilité d'horaire. Elle nous a aussi fai gouter son couscous ! Je n'avais pas compris qu'il s'agit du rez se chaussé d'une maison traditionnelle, donc entre les deux chambres , la salle de bain et le salon il y a un espace ouvert. Pour nous ce n'a été pas un problème car il ne pleuvait pas et les chambres sont en tout cas etre bien chauffées.

Fue una estancia muy tranquila, la casa era muy bonita y todo estuvo perfecto. Pia fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. Muchas graciass!!

The house looks just as on the pictures. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you may need for a perfect holiday on Madeira. Right next to the sea with a little "swimming pool" and parking space just next to the house. Location: center north part of the island. Perfectly situated for all excursions (Levadas, coastal villages, Funchal,...). Surfing spot at 200m, if you are into surfing Constantino's house is the must stay for you. Need to know: it is on the north, less sunnier side of the island and you definitely need a car. Restaurants, bars, small groceries and wine stores nearby though. Constantino was the perfect host, communication was easy, welcome was warm, we got a lot of useful tipps and even sweets and Madeira wine as welcome gift. If we look for negatives, hard to find any. Except perhaps that on rainy days one bedroom was a bit damp. We were only 2 so no problem. Did we miss something? Maybe a coat hanger near the door ;-) A 100% recommandation.

Estadia perfeita! O espaço estava limpo e bem equipado. O anfitrião foi muito preciso na localização e no chekin e super atencioso. Recomendo o espaço e se possível voltarei novamente.

Un hébergement authentique décoré avec goût et fonctionnel, proche de la mer, des restaurants etc... Tom est très réactif. Magnifique endroit, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Grazie Batilas family! Siamo stati benissimo a casa vostra, tutto era perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo 4 bambini. La casa è fornita di tutto quello che serve, pulita, con un bellissimo spazio esterno. Vicinissima alle spiagge della zona, comoda per raggiungere a piedi il villaggio accanto. Se torneremo a Creta sicuramente sapremo già dove prendere la casa! Grazie ancora!! Marta, Gabriele, Pietro, Niccolò, Sofia e Alessandro

Excelente apartamento senti-me como se estivesse na minha casa uma vez que tinha tudo o que precisava, tem todos os eletrodomésticos que necessitamos no nosso dia-a-dia. Espaço exterior bem tratado e cuidado,. Localização está perfeita, conseguimos ir para qualquer lado dr carro a 10 minutos da praia Zona muito calma e tranquila perfeito para descansar. É só chegar e acomodar.

Bem localizado e tanto o dono da casa como quem tratou do check in são pessoas simpaticas e solicitas. Foi uma excelente experiência. Tks Simon. 😉

Really good location for the centre of town. Clean and tidy with good facilities, would consider using again. Very easy to find and was met when agreed. Good parking which was a plus. The kitchen was was well serviced and access to some great restaurants and the marina. Got a ferry to the islands.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et bien équipé. La communication avec Bilel a été fluide et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente.

L'appartamento corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione. Pulito e ordinato. Bellissimo il terrazzo in cui abbiamo fatto colazione tranquilli godendo di una vista spettacolare. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo passato dei giorni bellissimi e tranquilli in questo posto. Consigliatissimo!

notre séjour s'est super bien passé chez sana. l'appartement se situe dans une belle résidence ou les piscines sont propres et ouvertes jusqu'à 22h. les grandes piscines sont remplies avec de l'eau salée et c'est assez plaisant. l'appartement est équipé de toute commodité. merci à la sœur de sana qui a été très gentille avec nous et flexible sur l'heure de départ. nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Ha sido nuestra segunda estancia. No hubo incidencias. La terraza con unas vistas espectaculares de todo el mar menor. Puestas de sol increíbles. María José, que fue la persona que nos entrego las llaves muy atenta y Juan Luis igual, muy amables. Sin duda merece la pena el alojamiento.

We had a very nice time at the Tenuta Carabollace, enjoying the beautiful place where each corner is carefully arranged, the great view and magical sand beach with very clean water 5 min from the house. Everything you need as a family with kids is offered at the place -from beach /pool toys to a washing machine and beautiful domestic animals. Can highly recommend the place and hope to be able to come back another time.

La Casita del Lago es el lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad y relajarse. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para garantizar una estancia confortable. Prácticamente está en la orilla del lago en una amplia parcela. El trato por parte de los anfitriones es inmejorable, proporcionando todas las indicaciones para poder llegar y acceder sin problemas, además son muy atentos. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo.

Maria & Francisco were the perfect hosts. They made us feel right at home & helped very promptly when we locked ourselves out half way through our stay! Their property is fantastic - much better than the photos show. The locality was quiet, but the centre of this small town with some nice bars & restaurants is easily walkable. As is the Iznajar Dam & Belda Caves. We had a great week long holiday here in November. Hopefully we will be back.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana entre amigos muy agradable. La casa es muy cómoda y acogedora, está situada en un entorno inmejorable. La distribución es muy buena y la calefacción funciona fenomenal. La chimenea es estupenda. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. La cocina es pequeña pero muy bien equipada. El exterior de la casa muy agradable con muy buenas vistas. El trato tanto del anfitrión como de Gracia ha sido excelente, nos solucionaron un problema puntual que tuvimos con el microondas y nos ayudó mucho con cualquier duda. Nos ha dado una muy buena impresión, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Los cuartos de baño muy cómodos y el agua caliente funciona de maravilla. Totalmente recomendable.

David’s place was amazing and a highlight of our trip. The house was beautiful, great views from everywhere, and lots of cool towns nearby to explore. Plenty to explore and see just on the property with the olive trees and david and his family were wonderful to meet. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. We would highly recommend to anyone and we would happily stay again but much longer next time!

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.

Casa muy cómoda, hermosa zona alrededor, excelentes vistas al lago! Todo lo que necesitas está dentro. Hay un camping a poca distancia donde se puede comer o comprar algo en la tienda. El pueblo más cercano está a 5 minutos en coche. Una de las pequeñas desventajas es que hay que hacer algo con Internet, no funciona correctamente, tuvimos que utilizar comunicaciones móviles (tuvimos que trabajar a través de ordenadores portátiles).
