The house is simply spectacular! Situated nicely few minutes away from Portaria, it took us less than 20’ to get to the ski center; the views of Pagasitikos bay are simply amazing. The interior is beatifully decorated, it is evident this was done with care, good taste & attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean, with the house offering all necessary amenities to secure a pleasant stay. Communication with Johny and his sister Elli has been flawless, while the check-in/out with their housekeeper Krasi seamless. All in all, I would recommend Johny’s house in a heartbeat!

Das Haus von Spyros und Fotini ist magisch und zauberhaft. Umgeben von der Natur hat man von 3 verschiedenen Terrassen immer einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Der gut angelegte Weg nach unten zu den Klippen brachte uns jeden Morgen ans Meer, wo man wunderbar schnorcheln kann. Unsere Kinder hatten großen Spaß!! Spyros und Fotini sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten immer gute Tipps und kennen die Gegend sehr gut. Und Fotini ist die beste Köchin weit und breit!! Insgesamt eine ganz großartige Erfahrung, für die wir alle sehr dankbar sind!

We had a great stay at Frank's house. The région of Pelion is beautiful, people were all very friendly to us and Frank's house was all we could hope for. Very close to the village and the sea (one can go on foot) but still felt very quiet, remote and peaceful. The incredible views from the terrace and delicious fruit from the garden made our stay even better!

Constantinos was very responsive and easy to communicate with. His home was so lovely and tastefully decorated. The photos don’t show how nice it is! The was no air con and the ceiling fans were not enough for us with the hot evenings, so he kindly sorted out floor fans on our request. The views were so beautiful from wherever you were around the house and patio. We got up early to watch the sunrise. There are plenty of beaches nearby but as a car is necessary (due to the steep hill to the house) you can easily access any of the beaches along the south side. Achladies the nearest beach was lovely and peaceful with a nice restaurant bar. We really felt very happy with everything. Thankyou

22-29.07.24 we spent a nice vacation here with two other families(10 people). The hostel actually resembles a noble mansion of the past, exactly as it looks in the photos. It is located in a very spacious area, one could say that it is in the middle of the olive grove. The sea view from the yard, terrace, and rooms is most fantastic, it is worth getting up early and watching the sunrise. It would have been the icing on the cake if the beach had been directly accessible from the yard. Due to the height of the coast, this is not feasible. There are beautiful beaches nearby with a 5-10 minute drive. You can find everything you need in the nearest store (Katigiorgis, 6 km away). There are also 3 restaurants next to the shop. The house is clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary equipment. The host provided us with all the necessary information and was at our disposal at any time. I warmly recommend this place to those who like wild beaches!

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

Awesome villa! The home was magnificent and exactly as pictured. The added personal touches throughout the villa truly made for a delightful experience. In addition, Konstantinos arranged for a smooth transition to the villa from the parking area and also included a book filled with helpful tips about the home and Makrinitsa in general. Guests should understand that the path to the villa may be cumbersome for very small children or people with mobility issues. (We traveled with 2 small children ages 2 and 6 with no problems.) Konstantinos was quickly responsive to all communications, and available for any questions we had concerning travel arrangements. Overall the experience was amazing and I recommend staying here during your visit to Greece!

We booked this house for some of our guests who came to Amaliapoli for a family event. It was a great stay, perfectly located next to all restaurants and bars. The house stays cool even during hot days but could use a few air conditioners. We did not get the chance to meet Vaggelis, but the communication was good. Thank you again for the hospitality!

What a perfect place ! Several Tavernas close by, the Xanthi pool bar behind the Villa has delicious food, and the family were lovely. Infinity Blue, right next door was amazing ! Lynette met us at our Villa, showed us round, and answered any query/problem immediately. I can’t wait to stay here again…. A perfect holiday stay ☺️

Evi hat ein wunderschönes kleines Anwesen 200m unterhalb des Dorfes Zagora. Es bietet zu jeder Tageszeit unterschiedliche Außensitzplätze. Es gibt einen kleinen Gemüsegarten mit Tomaten, Auberginen und Gurken, in dem wir uns bedienen konnten. Die Küche ist fast besser ausgestattet, als meine eigene. Alles da, von frischem Olivenöl bis zu Steinpilzen. Evi hatte einen tollen Presentkorb vorbereitet. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Der Pool ist hervorragend und wird regelmäßig von Mitso gereinigt. Die Zimmer haben fast alle Balkone und ein eigenes Bad. Schade, dass wir schon so schnell wieder abreisen mussten. Alles in allem ein perfektes Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Overall, the house is amazing especially if you’re staying with multiple families or a lot of people. Master bedroom is great with its own en-suite and walk-in closet. Wrap around porches on both floors and accessible through all 3 bedrooms, with great views of the island. There are some trees that do block the views, however at no fault to the property owners. Please note, this house is located high up/incline so a car/taxi is required to access. Also, main port/restaurants/shopping are within 5 min drive. Host was very friendly and gave great recommendations.

Merci Liana ! Nous étions 8 et nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances chez Liana et Dimitri. La maison est confortable et bien aménagée. Un salon spacieux donne sur une grande terrasse avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Le jardin avec ses nombreux oliviers est très agréable. L’accès à la mer par un petit escalier est facile. Une taverne à proximité avec vue sur la mer propose de très bons plats locaux. Liana et Dimitri nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et nous ont donné de précieux conseils ! Je recommande vivement cette location.

We spent a week at the property and it exceeded expectations. We were a group of 4 and were coming to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. Some stand out points: George did an excellent check in and gave us a long list of things to see and do! The property was kept immaculate throughout the week by a daily cleaning service - so friendly and professional. The views from the house are outstanding with the best sunsets! We went at the end of season so the nearby beaches of Banana and Koukounaries were both tranquil and deserted. Nearby restaurants (AlaMar and Cookoonari) were outstanding in both food, welcome and atmosphere. The photos of the BBQ and Pizza oven area really don’t do it justice - much bigger than we imagined and all furniture through was of high quality. It wasn’t obvious to us that the house was split in two - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge on ground floor. Then separate access to upstairs bedroom (with fridge) and bathroom. As 4 adults it was perfect! Loved it

Das Haus ist Leben, Liebe und Ruhe und Entspannung. Großzügige Räume zum entspannen und der Blick auf die Bucht, den Strand das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge, von jedem Zimmer und dieser wohnwerten wohlfühl Terrasse machen Glücklich. Das Haus steht für Ferien mit der Familie und Freunden, alternativ auch ein super Ort zum online Arbeiten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The villa was wonderful with breathtaking views. The interior is modern, very tasteful with all that you need there. There are two local beaches and a fantastic beach bar/restaurant that is short walk away. Lucia was the best host and made us feel very welcome. You definitely need a car for this location and would recommend a 4WD. Thank you Lucia for a fantastic holiday - we will definitely be back!

Excellent location in Kissos. There are cafeterias, restaurants and mini markets for groceries. The nature around the house is amazing and the house itself is cozy, spacious and better than the photos. Nikos was more than friendly and accommodating. I would surely visit again and definitely recommend to everybody

The property faces west. The seating area is cool and breezy during the morning and you get to enjoy the sunsets. Six guests can sleep comfortably. We cooked a few times and found everything needed. The outdoor grill was very helpful. The property has great modern design and amenities and is kept very clean. Julia provided a sleeping “pack-and- play” for our 1-year- old boy. We are considero got return to Skiathos next year and stay here again.

Despina was a fabulous host she gave us so much information regarding the island and where to go she helped us with restaurants, with the boat hire and she was there for our every need and nothing was too much trouble!! She text my husband most days to check we were happy and everything was ok! Which of course it was as the Villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the private beach which you could access from the garden down some steps which took about five minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again and we also loved Skiathos! Errika is a warm and very helpful host. Everything we could ask for. The villa is absolutely fantastic. It is even better in real life, the view is breathtaking. You’ll need a car, it’s very steep on some parts of the road. Everything on the island is within a short trip with the car. Both Errika and Villa Erifili gets our strong recommendation.

Unsere Zeit in der Villa von Jacky und David war einfach traumhaft! Die beiden sind die perfekten Gastgeber und haben unseren Urlaub unglaublich komfortabel gemacht. David hat uns sogar persönlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingefahren – ein toller Service, der uns das Schleppen des Gepäcks im Bus erspart hat. Zudem standen uns Jacky und David jederzeit mit großartigen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Seite und waren stets hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum! Sie ist fantastisch ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht und nicht im Koffer mitbringen kann. Von Grundlebensmitteln wie Gewürzen, Essig, hervorragendem Olivenöl und Kaffee bis hin zu Sonnenschirmen für den Strand, Sand- und Wasserspielzeug für die Kleinen und Großen und, und, und. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: Nur eine Minute zu Fuß von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt und zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe

Een heerlijke plek als je met een grote familie bent of groep mensen. De tuin is super om in te verblijven en het zwembad is fantastisch. Je hoeft eigenlijk niet weg. Ook alles was heel schoon en de eigenaar en zijn vrouw ontzettend aardig en communicatief. Je kan alleen niet makkelijk naar het strand lopen in verband met een drukke weg waar het huis aan ligt. Je moet dan de auto pakken. Alle mooie stranden en leuke plekken liggen heel dicht in de buurt.

We loved this villa, it had lots of space and, even though there were several of us staying there, it felt private and relaxing. We particularly liked the olive garden with its wonderful set up, we enjoyed a lunch and a nice evening there, it felt so much like a home away from home. Kyriakos and Vasso were wonderful, always responsive and caring, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommended for those seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation.

Would give a 10 star review if I could! The pictures do not do this place justice - you really get the wow factor when you walk in. My family and I had a very special holiday and this is certainly in part due to how friendly, helpful & considerate our hosts were! We absolutely loved our stay - the villa has everything you need, is in a very peaceful and scenic location and the set up of the villa can take you from day to night. You will not regret booking!
