Dericks place was awesome! Very peaceful and relaxing. He was very helpful and great customer service. The fishing was phenomenal and I will definitely be booking again!

We had a great, relaxing stay at Magnolia Cottage during Christmas! Really cute cottage on the water, great views from the indoor/outdoor patio, and great location right next to Magnolia Beach.

Lovely property!!! Stayed with the family for a week and we all had a blast. Beautiful view, incredibly convenient beach access right across the street, comfy sleeping, lots of towels and toiletries, plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies (huge plus for those who like to cook most meals), covered parking for 4 cars + outside shower and downstairs bar area, nice TV’s in every room for late night movies or lazy nap-times, and a gas station with fresh food market close by for last minute needs. Highly recommend!!!

We have stayed in Matagorda many times and this was the best by far.

very peaceful get a way with beautiful sunrises & sunsets over the bay. The dehumidifier was a nice plus for a costal home The fragrance of the home was welcoming.

This place was wonderful for my husband myself and our two pups. Very private, quiet and peaceful, yet still close to many restaurants and stores. The place was very clean, good cold AC, good shower, beautiful outdoor area, right on the bay. Was a perfect four day weekend getaway!

Such an amazing place, the view at night and in the morning made it an even better stay. My family and myself enjoyed it 100%. Bring the kids they loved every bit of it. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Deborah's condo. It was right on the water and had amazing views. The unit had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay . Everything was very clean We felt very safe. The neighbors were friendly and we even caught some fish from the private boat dock. The Infiniti pool and view was breathtaking . We will definitely stay here again.

This was a father and son weekend fishing trip. The location was perfect for that. We made good use of the pier. Caught several good fish after the tides came back up the first night. Unfortunately the lights on the pier did not work. We did catch a 30 pound black drum the first night using our Cell-phone flashlights. The fishing during the day was good. We ended up keeping 4 black drum 17 to 19 inches. The house was very nice. It had everything you need. We definitely want to go back. Hopefully rent both houses, use the pool and fish all night. Highly recommend this place. Its a good place to get away, even if you don't fish.

Overall this place is an absolute gem! The location is phenomenal for fishing and just relaxation. My feedback and tip would be to bring your own pillow. The beds are super firm, and the pillows are all super firm, we didn’t sleep at all the first night. Then we finally slept on the couch (which is super comfortable). Don’t let that stop you tho. The host is responsive, the extras they add in for experience are 10/10.

These condos were perfect for our group. Just a couple minutes drive to beach and short drive to boat launch. The kids enjoyed the catch and release on property. Patti will get right back to you if needed. Would stay again.

A coworker and I stayed here for a little over a month and the place worked out perfectly. The HVAC worked great for (2) people who are used to the dry weather of a desert. Having (2) bathrooms was worth the extra $$. The host was quick to respond to any issues, which were minor (Bedroom TV needed to be replaced, living room Dish remote doesn’t work, the hot and cold are reversed on a couple faucets) and was also very willing to help find my missing package (the post office delivered to the wrong house). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the bay. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you

This was my family’s first time to visit Port O Conner and we truly enjoyed it. The home was in a beautiful area only a block from the ocean. The home was very modern and has many immenities including chairs, wagon, beach toys, fishing net, cleaning station , hot tub, outdoor seating, and much more. The town of Port O Conner is very quiet and welcoming. The beach has public restrooms, play ground, volley ball net, basketball goals, swings, sand toys, and covered picnic tables. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals at home or there are a few restaurants close by as well.

Cozy little place right on the beach! Great for our family of 4. We will come again!

This was the perfect house for our family with the separate bedroom/bathroom downstairs! Loved it!!

Perfect for my son and his 6 and 3 year old boys, my daughter and son-in-law and their 8 and 6 year olds, and my wife and me. The home was clean and well maintained, and a very short walk to the Front Beach. We found everything we needed in the Kitchen for cooking. There is a large, comfortable couch in the Living Room where the guys enjoyed the playoff game on the large flatscreen TV. We all were very comfortable for our two night stay. Thanks to Michelle for quickly addressing our questions, and making sure we were comfortable in her very nice home.

Best place we have ever stayed at! My son and I needed to get away after his serious car wreck , and this place was just what we was looking for! We will be definitely come back again!

If I could give Marissa a 7-star rating I would. She allowed us to book super late after we got to our first location and guests were still at the property. She was even worried about us having enough towels she had more brought over the next day. The house had binoculars for bird watching, a telescope for a beautiful moon filled night, a ton of 80’s and 90’s DVD’s, books, games, puzzles, chairs for the beach and even beach towels!!! If you are headed to Mantagorda this should be your first choice to stay. Thank you! Hope to come back again.
