Perfect location! Great condo, very well equipped and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice, it was even better in person! Extra thought and items for beach use, kitchen supplies and to make you feel at home. Adam was very easy to work with and always responded in a timely manner to questions we had.

We had a family vacation and rented both the main home and guest home. Checkin was very easy with no complications. One thing I’d like to mention first is how extremely responsive Eddy, the host, is!! We have rented many many places all over the place and you will not find a host as responsive as Eddy! We couldn’t find beach towels and within two days he had ordered and shipped us some! Any questions and he was answering them within minutes! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to him as he seems always willing to make your stay memorable. The area is beautiful and we really enjoyed our time here. One small thing to note was that there were no hair dryers but I mentioned it to him and wouldn’t be surprised if he has some for the next guests! Don’t second guess this rental, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Our family of four enjoyed our week at the Purple Parrott. The pool with live music each night lead to additional and unexpected entertainment. The house is a 10 minute walk to public beach access or a 3 minute drive to Johnson's Beach National Seashore. At $25 for the week, it was well worth the price to gain access to the National Park with pristine beaches and fewer crowds. Shane is very responsive with any questions. Also, the house is equipped with many beach essentials (beach chairs, wagon, snorkel, pails, beach toys) so you don't have to pack/purchase your own. The house also had a Keurig, air fryer, and any needed utensils/pots/pans/etc. which allowed us to enjoy some meals at the property. This location is ideal as it is between Gulf Shores and Pensacola so there are numerous spots within reasonable distance for eating and entertainment. However, Perdido Key is a less populated area which means less traffic and crowds. Will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Beth Anne's place! It was comfortable, clean, peaceful and well-equipped. One of the nights we were there we made dinner at the house and caught a sunset on the water, it was a beautiful time. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at the purple parrot. The condo had everything you could imagine needing for a toddler and it was a short stroll from the ocean. Although you did have to take a little walk to get to the beach you won’t want to leave the resort with the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and tiki bar with live music every night!!

Jacki had the place set up so nicely. It had everything needed to cook inside (pots, pans, utensils, dishware, spices, etc.) on stove top & microwave. Outside, they have a nice park-style charcoal grill. The setup for being a cozy place was absolutely perfect, had plenty of room, and it was laid out to make it feel plenty spacious. Very comfortable recliner couch, bar seating in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable, bathroom very nice, super neat modern shower. Really enjoyed the woodsy environment, very quiet. She had wood for the fire-pit, and it's a very nice pit with great seating around it. Jacki was super nice to work with. A+++ for me.

I was a long term stay at this house and Lauren was incredibly responsive and quick to take care of my needs. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. The house was spotless and well organized upon arrival. Very convenient location if you enjoy easy access to nightlife and weekend markets downtown. Also, the beach is just a 15-20min drive across the bridge. Would definitely stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Pensacola, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The house is beautifully designed with impressively high ceilings, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. All the appliances were in perfect working order, adding to the convenience and ease of our stay. The location is another standout feature, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short distance away. This made exploring the area and enjoying local attractions incredibly convenient. Overall, this property is in an excellent location and offers everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pensacola.
