Really amazing villa with even more amazing hospitality. Everything we could have wanted was taken care of, can’t wait to visit again.

Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

We loved the property and our stay for 2 nights. Positives: 1. Beautiful & green surroundings with no noise 2. Lovely interiors giving a feel of an old era home 3. Well maintained 4. Cook (Kanchan) & caretaker (Usha) were very polite and helpful 5. Food cooked by Kanchan was very tasty 6. 1km walking distance from Mahabaleshwar market and Wilson point 7. Bella, Pixie & Dodo (3 dogs of the owner) made it a memorable stay; especially Pixie who welcomed us with a hug 8. Garden was lovely with lots of flowers Feedback: 1. Geyser in Bedroom 4 (ground floor) was not working properly during our stay. 2. The door of bathroom of Bedroom 1 (big room on 1st floor) only opened half way and then got stuck. Then one had to push hard and it made lot of noise before it fully opened.

I stayed at the flat hosted by Sunil during my Mumbai visit. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. It is safe place if you are coming with family. Will definitely choose this place if I have to visit Mumbai again.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

This place is oustanding piece of art and architecture.. people who appreciate art should consider it for sure and will fall in love with each corner of this place. Everything about this place is well thought through and rich. Host pre empts what queries one could have and provides you an answer well before arrival. Caretaking staff is hospital and courteous too. Very patient and hits all stars when it comes to cooking.. Kudos to the team !!

Had a wonderful experience right from the word go...The host is very cooperative and genuine as she was very flexible with our checking timings. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We would love to be again there !!!!

Abhijay is a large airy and bright bungalow with a great view. It feels like how a home should with personal details and some rough edges. There’s plenty of room for a large group and it is a fairly comfortable space. The terraces and rock garden are standouts. The garden is landscaped with a lot of attention to detail and you can comfortably spend a couple of hours discovering its treasures. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, crockery, and tableware. The only issue you might have (as a large group) is the number of washrooms. There are only two, but you know that going in. Overall, we had a great time. Vaijayanti is a warm and communicative host. Highly recommend!

Shalom is a beautiful place to spend quality time with your family and pets. The house is huge and surrounded by forests. My dog had a great time. Sunil, the caretaker was very helpful. We had opted for home cooked meals and the food was very tasty and worth the price. Ashish was very cordial and very responsive in answering all our queries. I would highly recommend this place if u plan to have a quiet retreat near to Mumbai or pune. Worth the money. I also forgot my airpods at shalom while checking out, but Ashish was helpful and delivered it on the same day to Mumbai. A must visit

Arwa's place was a great choice for our 3-night stay in Pune. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and had a lovely terrace area perfect for relaxing. The rain shower was a luxurious touch. Arwa was a fantastic host, providing clear instructions and communicating promptly. The location was ideal, with easy access to Uber rides, numerous dining options, and a grocery store right next door. The apartment felt safe and secure. The only minor issue we encountered was the noise from the bedroom fan at higher speeds. However, the air conditioning worked well and provided a comfortable alternative. We also appreciated the functional kitchen and access to filtered drinking water. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

The stay was relaxing and comfortable. Place has two large bedrooms and a massive verandah, with an attached pantry. The pool is huge and was very clean. Place has character with a chill vibe. Great collection of books and some board games that helped unwind. The entire property is larger than most BnBs that I've seen, if you count the lawn, pool, plantation around, etc. In fact we were wishing there were more rooms to help plan another trip with the extended family. The staff is very polite, helpful, and accommodating of requests. Meals were a good spread, with options to pick from. Bit away from civilisation (thankfully) as most places around are farms, so network can be a bit flaky at times, but there's wifi! Would highly recommend for a chill, stay-in and do nothing kind of a holiday.

Harry & Tanna's place was perfect for my stay. The place has security and ample parking and it was very convenient. Harry was very proactive about communicating and responding very promptly. I had a peaceful stay, with no issues. The unit was spacious and had a little sit-out area which was very nice. Overall, it was good and would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at this beautiful 4BHK Airbnb with my friends, and it was an amazing experience! The house is exactly as shown in the pictures—beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The swimming pool was fantastic, adding to the overall charm of the place. One of the highlights was the cook, who prepared delicious meals and made our stay even more comfortable. The peaceful and quiet environment made it a perfect getaway from the city hustle. All the facilities were as promised, and we had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Would definitely love to visit again!

Peter and Nirmal(the caretaker) ensured that we felt comfortable throughout the whole journey- right from the booking stage till we checked out from the property. Peter has built this property with a lot of love- it shows in the design, furniture pieces and even the cutlery pieces!:) Nestled right on the banks of the Chapora river- this is away from the usual hustle and bustle of the Goan tourist circuit. Come with the right expectations and you will be floored. A must visit experience for all folks who have done the usual things in Goa before.
