Super nice place and nice neighborhood! Will be back again

We stayed here after the Dustin Lynch concert. Walking distance to restaurants and the covelli center, felt safe inside, perfect spot for these types of events.

This place was very clean. Estevan responds quickly to messages. Was perfect for the week we needed to stay in town. We will definitely use this rental again if we need to come back to this area.

Very nice place internally, but the external entrance was quite a surprise. It was an outside wooden staircase with two levels. Since my husband has mobility and balance problems, it would have been nice to have this in the structure description or in a photo of the entrance. The location was easy to find and the scenery was beautiful.

Great Deal on a clean and comfortable spacious place . Shower was awesome with strong flow , plenty hot water, and no smell of chlorine at all. Nice gas stove , roomy living room with comfy couches and big TV. Quiet safe residential neighborhood. Place kept at comfortable temperature and a comfortable bed. I saw a previous guest complain of cigarette smokes smell? I’m sensitive to cigarettes and I could NOT smell ANY smoke whatsoever . We I did not reach out till around 8 PM , we could not get there until 11 , and Edward was available to book us and double check on the place to make sure everything was ready to receive us. A Very decent price for a very decent place for weary travelers ! Caroline.

I enjoyed my stay at Sandy's place. it was peaceful and very convenient for me to visit with family and friends and attend my church that I used to go to. She even reminded me that there were going fireworks and told me the best places to watch! I would definitely stay again if I come up next year.

My husband and I stayed here and had a great time! It’s close to everything in Austintown and only 20 min from Boardman if you need a little big bigger city. The house was perfect for us and Bree was wonderful!

We had a wonderful time, in the farm house. Peaceful and spacious. Easy come and go. Very clean and uncluttered. Just enough decor. Very lovely time. Will be back.

Stayed at 294 Shore Dr. from 12/24–1/2 and had a great experience! The house is super convenient, with easy freeway access and beautiful views of Lake Milton. It was the perfect spot to rest, shower, and recharge after spending our days out and about. The home had everything we needed, and the hosts clearly put thought into making guests comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the area!

We had an absolutely amazing stay!!! Katelyn's home was extremely clean with excellent amenities & perfectly appointed :) We truly had everything we needed to stay comfortably for an entire week!! We felt right at home, enjoyed the very convenient location, peaceful walkable neighborhood and ease of checking in & out. Katelyn has excellent communication and clear instructions. A perfect host & perfect home!!! We hope to stay again soon!!

Their home was perfect for us for the weekend. We traveled to Youngstown twice a year and will be back. Thank you so much for having snacks coffee and water available those simple things really do make a difference. we slept so well. The place is beautiful.

If you’re in the area this is a great home to stay in! Especially with little kids. The playroom was a special touch. We visit the area regularly to visit family and will definitely be back to stay here!!

A gem in the area. Very comfortable and all the amenities needed for a family. Beautifully decorated. We aren’t used to stairs up but it was good exercise. Close to everything we needed when visiting local family. Host is super communicative and provided everything we needed for a successful stay. We hope to be back!

Can’t say enough good things about this place in downtown Warren! Beautiful space, well decorated, super clean and had more than all the necessities needed. We were surrounded by great eats and the view of the courthouse is spectacular. We enjoyed exploring the area which has grown a ton since our last visit! Rachel was a fantastic and generous host and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend this stay!
