I totally loved my stay . The rooms were clean with good amenities. There is also a supermarket down, just in case we had to get anything. The host was very helpful and understanding . Would totally recommend.

I have stayed in this property for five days. place was well maintained,host was very helpful, place is just about 5 min walk to candolim market and beach. I would recommend this place for group of 4. and definitely worth the price paid.

Superb Stay. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and extra bed provided. All amenities were given. Clean Drinking water available in the vicinity. Pool facilities were great. Host is also very active and constantly in touch, also ready to help in any way possible Overall great experience. Definitely recommended

We were 4 of us travelling as a family. Mr and Mrs Vasu were welcoming hosts. They met us during check in and helped us settle in nicely. They also graciously accommodated our request for a late checkout. Both of them ensure that the property is in great shape. Property is a top notch one. Above all, they are wonderful people. We will certainly cherish this stay and will come back again.

Stay was awesome. Only cons we faced is towels weren’t given only after request we received them, hot water kettle needs to be replaced since it was rusty and bathroom light needs to be replaced it was not working properly.

The villa is a couple of miles outside of candolim but that is a big plus side in our opinion. In the settlement of Nerul which is great to walk around and say hello to the locals, experience daily life and avoid the noise and somewhat busy side of candolim. The villa is amazing, has everything you need and the outside area and pool are fabulous. Raju the caretaker is such a lovely and helpful young man, even with language barriers. Highly recommended for a stay in North Goa.

Clean place and very well maintained. Great recommendations on things to do in South Goa and places to eat. Approx. 10-minute drive to Fatrade beach (closest beach). Reponsive staff. Some issues with hot water availablity, but overall good experience.

Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.
