One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in Praveen's villa in Candolim. The villa is in a perfect location, so close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The villa is within a small villa complex which is so peaceful and serene. Everyone is very friendly. The villa is very spacious, and is spotless. Praveen is a brilliant host, very responsive if needed and hospitable. This was our second stay here and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay.

A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Wry well maintained property. Comfortable rooms, ample space for a family and friends to stay. Peaceful surrounding. About 1.2 kms from the beach. All rooms have AC Dinning table which you can also convert to a TT table There is a Foosball table instead of pool table Kitchen is all equipped in case you want to cook in house Two cars can be easily parked

Would not hesitate to go back! House was spacious,comfortable beds, washing machine, hot water and a maid.. Sylvester the host was amazing, polite at all times, sorted all our trips we wanted to do, sorted out scooters for us, train journey and lots more, nothing was too much trouble for him. He made our stay one to be remembered and was sad to say goodbye to him. But we do hope to see you next year 😃😃😃

We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious and spotlessly clean, making it a very comfortable experience. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, which was super convenient. I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this ocean-facing apartment! The property was exactly as shown in the photos. The caretaker and his team were incredibly helpful, always available to assist us and made sure we had everything we needed. It was also a nice touch that the host came to meet us in person – it really made us feel welcome. The location and amenities were perfect, and the overall experience was absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! We just had a stay for a night. I place was nice and had all the amenities that was mentioned. Every room has an AC, Fan and TV. The house was clean and beautiful. The host and staffs are very helpful. I had left a valuable item and rememberd after boring my flight but the manager of the property managed to courier it to me. This place is highly recommend.

In a few words I would simply say that this place is peaceful. Its located in a small beautiful village. Just as you get outside your room you have a calming river to go relax by. Sneha is very quick to respond to any queries. The flat is very cozy and feels like home enjoyed our stay. The balcony sitting area is worth more than u pay for the place, quiet and peaceful. The society also includes a pool which is very clean.

What a lovely apartment, I had a great stay. The apartment was even better than the photos. So quiet, lovely area, and close to everything. It was lovely inside with very large terraces. You can watch the sunrise from the windows or the terrace. Leena was great, very responsive and gave me loads of recommendations for restaurants. I absolutely loved it and will definitely stay again. Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

Been there in Dr Ransley's flat for 2 days. the stay was good and comfortable. host is very good nature guy and always helpful. would like to recommend this place if you want a good stay in Colva near the beach. the flat is sufficient for 4 people as it have one extra bedding+ sofa cum bed along with one bedroom having queen size bed.

We had an amazing stay at Tarun’s penthouse! From the moment we arrived, Tarun was incredibly helpful and cooperative, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. Her hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. The penthouse itself was stunning, and the cleaning service was impeccable — everything was spotless and well-organized. Cheryl's house is conveniently located. Condominium with closed guarded territory. Spacious free parking, there are always free spaces. The apartment is spacious enough for two people, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a water filter, air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. There is a small balcony. The apartment is well equipped. Good high-speed Internet, and with rare power outages in the condominium, it continues to work from an autonomous source of electricity. Plus - not the sunny side, not hot and comfortable. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk. Overall, a good location and we are happy to recommend Cheryl's house for a comfortable stay in Colva
