I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Goa. The hosts were incredibly helpful and understanding, especially since I was traveling with my child. We spend 10 days here and really enjoyed it. The flat was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Also it got refreshed regularly. The communication was always smooth and we really appreciated the flexibility in checking in and out. The position is excellent, walking distance both to the beach and to the happening Benaulim beach road with many restaurants, cafè and shops. The property is beautifully maintained.

As a first time visitor to this part of India I feel like I struck gold with this beautiful home.... perfectly positioned between beaches and markets and the capital Panjim...all of which have much to offer....but the biggest gift is always returning home here after a busy day to the absolute quiet, privacy, comfort, cleanliness and consistent serenity of Sol-aris...this apartment is indeed of the heavens...if, like me, you are in favour of a quieter and more "local" stay then here it is.... finally, the hostess is positively charming and utterly professional...she made my stay even more settled than I thought possible

It was our very first Airbnb experience & was an extremely comfortable stay. all amenities were in excellent condition. Highly recommended specially for those who have small kids & want to cook food for them or whole family. Ria & her team were always responsive & helpful. the apartment's vibe was quite relaxing & it was impeccably clean. There should not be any iota of doubt while booking this place. It will exceed your expectations!!!

The apartment had everything microwave,washing machine, toaster,kettle. It was located right in the middle of calangute . The only thing the apartment could do with a update new toilet seat,shower curtain,living room curtains could do with being washed . Also it's on the 3rd floor which was something we didn't ask about before we went so that was down to us . The staff where helpful changed the sheets and towels when we asked .

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

Anish has an amazing place! He is very pro-active and friendly. Helped in every way he can to make our stay most comfortable. The row villa is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. There's a lot of open space outside for our dog to roam around freely. And we were able to go on peaceful walks in the morning. There is a store and a nice little cafe in walkable distance. This place is definitely a gem. Totally worth it. There's 2 bedrooms on the first floor and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful greens and homes. Kitchen, dining and living room on the ground. Well maintained. Wish we stayed a couple of more days. This is going to be our first preference in South Goa from now! Thanks Anish for the wonderful stay! Notes: Visit the nearby lake. It was an amazing place to have our family get together. Beautiful villa, lovely surroundings, easy walk or taxi to sights and restaurants. A special mention for Maria, who was wonderful, attentive and there was never anything she couldn't help with. Will definitely return.

Wry well maintained property. Comfortable rooms, ample space for a family and friends to stay. Peaceful surrounding. About 1.2 kms from the beach. All rooms have AC Dinning table which you can also convert to a TT table There is a Foosball table instead of pool table Kitchen is all equipped in case you want to cook in house Two cars can be easily parked

Nice place to stay with big rooms in Panjim city

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.
