Very nice villa and big pool, toys were available for my 1 year old son, thanks rockybuddy caretaker and cook were available whenever required Everything was explained in detail by the host Will surely book again and recommend this place to my friends

We stayed at this property with family and we had a great time. The villa has a huge veranda which was really well maintained and good place to have a party for friends. Pool was also well maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Villa is situated only 10 mins from Candolim Beach. From booking to check-out, everything was handled promptly. Throughout our stay, the service was exceptional. Bhawna and her team were incredibly accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late check-out. Mr. Durga, the caretaker, ensured everything was readily available during our stay. Mr. Ajay, the chef, prepared delicious meals served piping hot. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa.

We stayed at Greet and Gafa's place for 2 days and it was the best decision we made. The place was huge for two and it was beautifully designed by the host. I loved how the place was squeaky clean and we were given fresh towels and linen. The best part about the stay was the pool and the outside sitting area. The place looks amazing during the day and at night. The place is as shown in the pictures. Both the host were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Greet was very specific about the instructions regarding the house. Host helped with the restaurant recommendations and also helped us with taxi and scooty rental. The only issue was about the electricity which was going frequently in the afternoon and the place didn't had back up but it didn't bother us much because it was for short time. Overall Kudos to Greet and Gafa! Would definitely recommend and come again in future. Thank you to let us stay in your little paradise. ☺️

The stay was worth every penny put in. Is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The household help were very pleasant and attentive to every small ask. The king fish they prepared in the barbecue was finger licking good. They also have pet dogs that added to our excitement and heavenly experience. Would come back again and again. Best, relaxing, beautiful, comfortable stay. All in all loved the experience.

Our stay with friends was excellent & memorable. The location is great, its a 2nd bit plot from main rood, so easy access for everything but still calm & quiet for a peaceful stay. The beach was about 5 minutes walk from stay and the in-house swimming pool was very clean & well maintained. Most importantly the caretakers Mr.Nimraj & his wife Mrs.Leela were very humble & helpful. They cooked tasty food for us including breakfast, lunch & dinner and also served us hot Tea or coffee whenever we demanded. It was really a homely & relaxed vacation with buddies. Moreover it was a beautifully decorated and adorable house, thankyou.

Wonderful location with gorgeous ocean views and a very spacious villa with multiple sit out options.

Excellent stay. All things were arranged on single call with best of the quality. Cook, Cabs and rented cars all were value to money.

Great stay. Rahul and his crew at the house were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazing and luxurious. There was a miscommunication about the use of extra beds in each of the bedrooms & personal use of the kithcen. Sanjay, the agent for this listing, did not clearly communicate these issues which could have been easily resolved stating them clearly in the AirBnB listing. Alternatively, the house staff and Sanjay could have clarified the rules with each other, rather than having the guest stuck in the middle of numerous miscommunications. Also, once we booked, the actual location of the house was was not revealed. We had to proactively reach out to Sanjay to receive the exact location. I use AirBnB everywhere in the world. The process could've have been smoother with better communication. These issues can be easily resolved when Sanjay has a better understanding of the property and its rules. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we would love to stay again in the future

I loved our stay here. Pictures does not do justice for this home. The 2 caretakers were so good and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and private for a few families to stay together. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which is perfect! Patios are cozy and welcoming. The pool was super cold for the kiddos but don’t let this stop you from checking this beautiful home out. Love the fine details put into the home. Thanks for a lovely stay in Goa and for the recommendations.

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

Had a great stay. George was very nice to show us the entire place and allowing an early check-in. We found the place exactly as described and showed in the pictures. It is fully equipped with all the necessities like AC, TV, kitchen cookware, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The swimming pool was nice and clean. However, the toiletries provided could have been better. Just a small soap was provided.

This Villa is a great place to relax. The private pool is perfect for unwinding, and the villa is cozy and peaceful. It's also in a good location, close to the attractions of Goa. Soraya, the host, was very friendly and made sure everything was just right during our stay. I highly recommend this place for a calm and enjoyable getaway with great hospitality!

I had a wonderful experience at this place, as it offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere that was just what I needed. We dedicated our entire trip to enjoying the fantastic pool, which was absolutely awesome. The host was incredibly helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. It provided a sense of privacy, allowing us to relax, while at the same time, it was a fantastic place to have fun with friends. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen had all the necessary utensils, making our stay even more convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it's a must-visit!

Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

A really pristine and luxurious stay. The USP being the architecture itself, with the complete wood luxurious structure. 10/10 on the location, 10/10 on the stay, 10/10 on the hospitality. A must recommended stay near Candolim for everyone.
