Mike and Nicky were very nice and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and helpful tips about local restaurants. The home was very clean and has all you would need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Great location and parking space made day trips with a car much easier to do. Very walkable location and close to the beach. Still a good view of the ocean and surfers, though some obstruction from nearby hotels/apartments. Elevators can get busy, but outside of the “rush hours” mentioned it’s easy to get up and down. Laundry machine located directly on the floor (end of the hallway) was also quick and easy to use.

Great/safe spot and an awesome host!! Located super near Chinatown, Vinny’s place was perfect for some nightlife, close to Waikiki, and quiet/peaceful. The parking spot came in super clutch! I would 100% book here again.

Our family enjoyed walkable distance to the beach with lots of activities for tourists. Snorkeling equipments, beach chair/umbrella, and beach towels provided in the studio are really convenient for us. Thanks for clear instructions before arriving and departure. Liping and Chris are very responsive to our questions.

This was a perfect little spot for my fiance and I to use as our home base while exploring Oahu. The big draw is the location and being within walking distance of Waikiki. The floor the condo is on, was also surprisingly quiet and private which was nice, and the Malasada donuts in the coffee shop were amazing in the lobby of the building. If you do rent a car, be prepared to pay for parking. Otherwise, a great spot and I would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

I really enjoyed my stay at this one-bedroom condo in Hawaii! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was super convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt safe and had nice extras like a pool. The host was easy to communicate. Overall, a great place to stay! I’d definitely come back.

My husband and I were pleased that we were able to book Janet's condo again; our family was last here in 9/2022. This condo is nicely situated in Waikiki; many popular Waikiki restaurants are within a 5-15 minute walk. The beach is also a short 5-10 minute walk from the condo. Our host provided beach towels and chairs which is a nice perk. There is also a pharmacy and many ABC stores close by. We were able to see some of the fireworks on Friday as well as the fireworks on Sunday from the Honolulu Festival from the condo. At the time of booking, we weren't sure if we were going to rent a car and Janet offered a great parking spot option if we needed it. She provided very clear check in instructions and we appreciate that she was able to accommodate our early arrival due to our flight schedule. Would be happy to stay here again!

Great location, close to many restaurants and shops. One thing to remember is parking is not provided. Spacious studio with two balconies! There was also a full size fridge outside on top of the mini fridge so you can be well stocked up should you decide to stay longer term than a few days. The A/C was strong, there were shampoo and soap provided, and the check-in was easily. Things to note: Just remember, like it said in the posting, there is no parking provided. If you don't mind, $30 overnight parking is right around the corner from the entrance. The only issue is the payment for parking doesn't guarantee parking once you leave your spot. There are only 14 spaces so it's limited. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! I'm also happy I could bring my cat. Not many AirBnBs allow animals so that was a blessing!

I lived here temporarily for about 7 months and really enjoyed the life outside of Waikiki, while also being very close to everything. Kapahulu is wonderful and Kaimuki is also one of my favorite spots on O’ahu. The house had everything I needed to live a “normal” life, IE laundry, kitchen supplies, amenities, etc.

It was near a lot of things , convenient walkable to the beach Nice balcony view of the mountains and the ocean Liked the fact that extra things were provided such as beach chairs etc No complaints

The location is perfect, right by the beach, and you can clearly view the beautiful ocean waves with surfers from your balcony. The place is small but adequte since we are not here to stay in the apartment. Place is clean, with a nice Aircondition by the bed to keep you cool in the hot after noon. Host is extremely responsive, we were able to reach him within 30 minutes and get a response back. Internet was fast, I really could not compmlain about anything. ABC store is right downstairs, there is a wonderful burger place with fantastic milk shake on the 1st floor lobby. Even the parking is easy, it is a little pricy for parking but at least its there with your own parking space. We would try this location and same unit again on our next waikiki trip. Great place to stay, highly recommend especially if you have kids. They had all the beach stuff you will need (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). They also had a pack n play and a high chair for littles. The resort itself has a great pool and beach access. They let kids feed the fish every morning too which was a fun activity for my 19 month old. Was also really nice being on the ground floor. We could open up the slider and let our little guy run in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and awesome property and Ko Olina is a wonderful area. Many amenities and close to great restaurants. We highly recommend this Condo and look forward to renting again in the future.

Denice's place was exactly as described and looked just like the listing photos. She and her team were very proactive in providing necessary instructions for check-in and check-out. They were very responsive when we had questions and provided solutions promptly. The unit was set up with a high-chair, a pack-n-play and the twin beds in one of the bedrooms were set up exactly the way I had requested. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, a cooler and snorkeling gear for our use. Neighbors were respectful, quiet and we felt very relaxed having the unit as our home base. One thing to note is that the curtains are not blackout. But who needs sleeping in when you're in such a beautiful place to explore? It was a lovely stay and we will absolutely stay here again!

Incredible views and lots to do in the area! The place had plenty of space for 6 adults and it was nice having the kitchen. Would recommend!!

Great place in the north shore! Turtle beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the condo. We would play at the beach and then come back to swim in the pool. The wagon with the beach chairs and floaties were key and a hit with the kids. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the north shore. Close to food trucks, the mill, and sunrise shack. Need a car but everything is a short drive. Would love to return!

We had a great time at this condo for our trip to Hawaii. We loved the location and that it was within walking distance of shops and lots of places to eat. The food truck park across from 7/11 is great and worth checking out. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a week with husband & son for a birthday celebration. We had a absolutely lovely time & were sad to leave. The apartment became like a 2nd home to us & looked forward to coming back each day after hiking, kayaking & exploring the city. I chose it because I can't stand staying in a hotel room with multiple folks past 2-3 days. & the Hawaii hotel prices are crazy anyway so might as well spread out. But the plus was the apartments location. Far enough from the city were you feel secluded & able to use the walk path/lagoon/pools without fighting for space at all. & the best view ever from the balcony. I loved laying out drinking tea and reading each morning. Great set up between Disney & Four Seasons, seems like a secret hideaway. The hotel its itself is layed out well with a great tropical in/out feel. Definitely will need a car but easily covered with free parking. Got a little sad when realized 16th is the highest floor but still felt like a penthouse to me with own hallway!

Thu's unit was exactly as described in the listing. We had our family of 5, and we were super comfortable the entire stay. Two large bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, welcoming living room, kitchen, and beautiful lanai. The complex or resort the unit is in Ko Olina Beach Villas was very well-run, with beautiful pools and grounds. All common areas were incredibly clean and the building seemed to be very well run by management there. My kids loved the pools, we loved the peacefulness of the pool area compared to the experiences we've had at the two neighboring resorts Marriott and Disney. We would love to return to Thu's unit and KOBV on our next vacation!
