Frane’s place is very conveniently located! It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, ferry port and Split’s boardwalk and marina. The unit is spacious (more than I expected from the pictures), clean and comfortable Also, there are no stairs. Frane was always in touch with us prior to our arrival and was always attentive and responsive, even let us check in before the official time, which was a plus and we appreciated very much. I recommend this place to anyone looking where to stay in Split in a quiet zone, but really close to all city attractions and landmarks. Thank you Frane for your kindness and attentions to us! Darija a été une hôte particulièrement disponible et de très bons conseils pour visiter au mieux la ville avec ses alentours. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et situé à 15min à pieds de la vieille ville, 10 min en voiture des premières plages. Des places de parking disponibles et le quartier très paisible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation near Split! The house was impeccably clean, and Davon (the host) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a thoughtful welcome chocolate upon our arrival as well as welcoming in us in person. The location was ideal—just a 10-minute drive to the town center and a short 7-minute walk to the beach. The views were stunning, with the sea visible right from the apartment, adding to the charm of the stay. The apartment also had its own free parking space, which was incredibly convenient and a huge plus for those traveling by car. Everything was nicely maintained, and the property was very accessible. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay near Split.

Excellent location for beaches and all activities. No car needed for everything in Omiš. Host Nataša was really excellent in comms at all stages, helped source taxis for us and very knowledgeable with lots of useful tips and things to do. Apartment clean, excellent internet, everything you needed. Thank you for a great short holiday.

Dorde est une personne agréable qui nous a très bien reçu. Logement impeccable et bien situé pour un séjour sans véhicule. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très grand logement avec beaucoup de chambres et de lits séparés. Il y a une piscine sur le toit et non pas un hot-tub. Piscine trop froide pour se détendre. Hôte et co-hote super sympathique

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

The location of Nikolina’s place was AMAZING. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful bay with swimming right off the dock in front of the apartment. There is also La Banya beach bar and Mimi’s restaurant a short walk away in the bay. However, you would want to have a car if staying here as Korcula and Lumbarda are a short drive away (not really walkable). The apartment is very well equipped and we requested a crib and highchair, both were there when we arrived. The crib had a nice thick crib mattress as well as crib sheets and was perfect for safe sleep for my six month old. Nikolina and family were very friendly and helpful.

The flat was just as big and beautiful as in the pictures. The view is amazing, the terrace is huge. It’s within walking distance of several beaches and all the restaurants of Milna. On-site parking was convenient and the pool a big plus after a day at the beach or early in the morning. One of the bedrooms is a little harder to access due to the low ceiling but that’s easily solved by going through the other bedroom which has a normal-sized door and stairs. The two bathrooms with toilet were appreciated, and the AC was super effective! All in all a great stay, thank you Ivona and Suzanna!

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

We shared this space with 2 families (9 people in total). We were in town for a wedding. The space was great, big enough for everyone, and also we used it to dress and do hair and makeup for the wedding party. Antonia was very accessible and easy to work with, and accomodating.

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was incredibly beautiful, equipped with top-notch amenities, and everything worked perfectly. Välkomnande och empatisk. Hon välkomnande med dryck och snittar. Det fanns allt ifrån tvättmedel och grillkol så som vi nyttjade under vistelsen. Värden uppmärksammade även en av oss som fyllde år med en bakad och mycket uppskattad tårta! Hon stödde även med kontakt så att vi blev hämtade vid flygplatsen med rymlig taxi tur och retur.

Beautiful house. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Tennis court and pool table were fantastic additions. Gorgeous views from the house and garden and we loved exploring Imotski. The blue Lake was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for us.
