Michael was flexible with our check in as we arrived during the night. Condo was spotless and was easy to access. Michael always replied to our messages quickly. Would recommend a stay here :-)

Van was a great host, easy to communicate with and super helpful. His place looks exactly like the photos, super nice interior! The living room was our favorite spot to hangout to, super chill, surrounded with lots of seats perfect for friends/family gathering. Bedrooms are cozy too and well air-conditioned. We also love that the place has convenient store on the ground floor, and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we're already planning to come back 😊

The place is great if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool within the area of Taguig. It is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to for our next team building activities.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The host was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting USEM!

Very nice house, I would have loved to stay longer. I really Iiked the “dirty kitchen” along with the second full bathroom. Nice washing machine and plenty of space to hang clothes. Excellent location within the small subdivision and also location wise geographically within Metro Manila.

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

Lita was great. She was very accommodating, quick to respond, ang very thoughtful. My family came from NY to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Her place was clean and efficient. My wife and I appreciated the small touches she did to have our stay amazing. Close enough to walk to SM Aura (2 blocks) / 5 blocks to Bonifacio High Street when we needed to meet with friends & family. Will definitely book again in future if possible

Jerald's place is homey and had everything we need. One of the affordable stays in the area. We are a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler and we just fit right in. Check in was a breeze and Jerald was quick to respond to queries. We also enjoyed the pool. Hope to be back.

The place was spotless and beautiful. I think it exceeded all of our expectations, it was spacious and accommodated 11 of us really easily. The living room area fit all of us and we were able to hang out using the Karaoke and TV, as well as the Bingo and Jenga provided!! The kitchen had just about everything we needed, we were even able to use the oven to reheat our food. The area also had multiple convenience stores nearby, as well as a Robinsons Easymart just a few minutes away. The only downsides were that the elevator for the 4th floor (where the unit is in) was broken, and the pool was unavailable due to Earth Hour :(( but I think these were mostly due to our luck Overall, we had an amazing experience, the host was really responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. I really recommend the place!!

We loved our stay at Myra's place, from complimentary snacks to amenities. Very aesthetic, clean and smells good. Feels homey. We had a great sleep with the comfy beds. Peaceful area. Lots of complimentary such as snacks, toiletries, water, slippers. Easy check in and unit is very spacious for a family of 5. Parking available with minimal fee. Ms. Myra is very responsive and kind. Thank you Ma'am. We really loved our stay. Highly recommended.

Sulit na sulit! This Airbnb is worth every peso. Super linis, maaliwalas, at may welcoming vibe. Kompleto sa amenities, kaya parang nasa bahay lang ako. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making sure na comfortable ako throughout my stay. Sobrang dali nilang kausap, at talagang inalagaan nila ang guests. Ang location ay super convenient, malapit sa lahat ng kailangan ko. For the price, I got more than what I expected. Hindi lang ito basta accommodation—it’s an experience na babalik-balikan ko. Highly recommended!

The place was really nice and clean! Although we had some trouble finding it on the map, Mr. Alvin was very responsive and quick to assist, so we never felt lost. 💗 It’s a bit sad that we couldn’t enjoy the board games since we only stayed for a day—there were so many options! 🥺 But we truly appreciated how cozy and well-maintained everything was. The ambiance made it feel like we’re at home. On the bright side, the place was conveniently near a store (AlfaMart), so even when we got home late, we could still grab food and essentials. Plus, the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, the experience was absolutely worth it, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay!

We are a group of 6 adults and we stayed Feb 2-9 2025. We chkin at midnight and Joan,host, welcomed us with basket of Filipino treats and cold Bottled water. Meant so much for our Canadian friends and us. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us much privacy. Each room has ensuite bathroom that made a big difference. A very warm feeling of a home. I highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place.

Sir Mark was very responsive and accommodating. The whole process of checking in, staying, and checking out was so smooth and streamlined. He also walked us throughout the whole process of getring there, checking in, and checking out. The unit itself was big, clean, and accessible for our purpose of having a place to stay to attend a concert. Thank you for letting us stay sir, and there will (probably) be a next time :)
