Sobrang bait ng host, also yung caretaker po nila napakadaling kausap. May kaunting misunderstanding kami well kami naman may mali pero pinagbigyan parin kami, sobrang highly recommended 👌👌 next stay namin ng manila dito nalang ulit kami kay mam nelly mag booking napakabait at dali kausap hehe

the Host was very responsive to our questions! We were a group of 5 and it took us some time to pack out for our checkout time, but the Host was very kind in giving us more time to evacuate the unit. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Unit was lovely.

If I could give our stay 10/10 stars, I would. 💯 Overall, I love how cozy the place felt. I recommend this place for relaxation, a place to unwind, also a great place to celebrate anniversaries. ✨ The bathroom is very clean and neatly organized. 🫧 The kitchen/living space is very homey and the kitchenware is very aestheticly pleasing. I love how there are basic condiments such as cooking oil, sugar, soy sauce and salt. Also, there is drinking water available! Both hot and cold. Not many spaces offer these, which is why I’m glad to have booked here! ❣️ The bedroom is perfect! We enjoyed our stay by singing karaoke and having a movie marathon. Bea, the owner, is very accommodating and very responsive! 👸🏻 We booked the night before our stay and she was able to walk us through the process and assist in every way possible.😁 I would definitely book again and recommend this place to my friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I liked how responsive the host was, and the room could use a little improvement. I think the room was also a bit pricey. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was aesthetic, and we took a lot of good pictures. 🩵🩵🩵

Marivel was a great host. The pool was under maintenance so she kindly booked tickets for our kids to enjoy a water park in Taguig. We weren’t aware of the parking fee but she still kindly shared half the cost and as the location was too far she kindly accommodated our needs so we could relocate closer to MOA, which getting to with traffic can take 30 mins or more. Marivel was always quick to respond, so when we had trouble finding the location she replied very quickly. The room was lovely and cosy. Comfortable to sleep in. Karaoke machine needed batteries but when we purchased some and could use it, it was fun! Also comes with filtered water on tap and chilled which is handy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

By far, the best Airbnb experience ever! Very proactive host(s), very willing to literally go the extra mile, above & beyond their scope of responsibilities as hosts. They treat you as if you are family. Even after our stay at their unit, they helped us transition to our next destination. I dont think their service will be outdone anytime in the future. Very respectful, kind, and considerate of their customers. If this review seems more centric towards the hosts rather than the place, rightfully so deserving of such recognition, it was my intent. My family and i was very impressed and amazed. I cant thank you enough for the exceptional service they have provided. Will definitely book them again in the future. Very strongly recommended!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

Our stay is delightful, the check in and check out went smoothly, the place is very beutiful and the room itself is picture perfect. The host is very responsive and all our questions have been answer immediately. The playstation is a big plus we have a lot of fun playing games. The balcony is also good location, you can see the man made beach and the wave pool. I really recommend this place.

Ms. jing is very responsive and friendly host. Her place is very convenient, with restaurants and stores within the vicinity. The residences amenities are great. Plus its also near airport area. Do note also the unit have a nice balcony sunset view. This is very good for small families and senior citizens.

The place was clean. Internet was also fast, didn’t have any problems with my online examination. Thank you for accommodating us!

sir aris's place was really good and the best ay yung sound system nya. It feels like home rin. The only problem that we had was the ilaw in the kitchen area but sir aris help us to fix the situation naman and he's very responsive naman. Suggetion lang na pede sigurong palitan ung style ng ilaw na yellow to something na medyo light. Yun lang in over all 10/10 talaga. Recommended sya especially kapag new year dahil sa city view feels
