This was the best experience my family has ever had at an Airbnb. The location was perfect, and the house was beautiful. Lots to do within a 10-15 minute drive, close to local restaurants and absolutely incredible overall.

Beautiful home. Perfect for my large family. Kids loved the pool. Only recommendation for improvement is the kitchen could use a can opener. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely home! Very clean, great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

We have been to the property on numerous times and every time is special from walking down the sand streets to views of the river to enjoying a true local Brad, the peacock. We will be back

We had a great stay the Boho Bungalow! James was super friendly, organized, and helpful. The place was immaculate, modern, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer were huge, and everything we needed was provided. The location is awesome - super close to the beaches, near lots of restaurants, and only about a 45 minute drive to Orlando for day trips. The neighborhood is golf cart friendly, too! Some of our favorites: Restaurants: Backwater (kids can make their own pancakes), Frigate's (esp. the grouper sandwich), and Jazzy's Mainely Lobster (esp. the Connecticut lobster roll) Beach access: Pelican Beach Park & Cocoa Beach For kids: Route 7 Adrenaline Warehouse & Orlando Science Center Note: This is a duplex, but it did not affect our stay at all. We never heard the neighbors, and the few times we saw them out front, they were super friendly (introduced themselves and said to let them know if we needed anything.). We will definitely be back again!

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

Sherman and Marlene are two of the most kind and hospitable people which makes for an enjoyable and pleasant stay at their perfect spot by the ocean. These two have become more to us then hosts,they have become special friends. Marlene goes out of her way to make sure you get to experience the perfect vacation. The sights and sounds we experience are wonderful,the walks on the beach, the natural beauty, experiencing the gorgeous sunrises is breathtaking ,along with coffee and Marlene's coffee cake sure tops it off. Again thank you so much for all you did for us in 2025,we already anticipate our next vacation with you.

We had a great time. The place was great - easy access to area beach, restaurants, and antique stores. Quiet neighbors. Host was very responsive.

The property was wonderful for our stay with our large family. It was fully stocked with every possible household item you could think of, plus really cutsie bonuses like a great coffee station with a clean keurig and good coffee options, and they had popcorn and cute popcorn 🍿 buckets. While we waited on our pizza delivery the first night it came in clutch with the kids, lastly they had everything you could think to bring to the beach..kids toys shovels buckets chairs etc that was above and beyond thoughtful especially since we came from a snow state ..we did not pack any of that, it was an awesome gesture. 10/10 would recommend 👌 10/10 would book again!
