Penyewa sangat responsif dan bisa dihubungin. Sangat kooperatif. Vila yg kami pakai sangat besar untuk 16 orang, worth it untuk disewakan dan sesuai deskripsi. Ada mas Vila yg jika dihubungin ada masalah segera datang. Terkadang air habis harus tunggu pompa air naik 10menit mgkn krn 16org pakai mandi, wajar bgt. Dan sangat dimaklumin. Paling utk wcnya lantainya lebih diberaihkan. Tp masih wajar bgt n oke. Dengan harga segini, fasilitas dekat kemana2, ranjang byk. Sangat worth it. Semua keluarga mengakui puas.

Strategic location if you want to go batu recreation places. It nears anywhere and main road. It also has an amazing sunrise view from the rooftop. Thank you host.

Thank you Ibu Nunik for hosting us at your beautiful home. We had a great time with our dog, Molly. The house is beautiful with mountain view and surrounded by lush vegetable garden. It is also spotlessly clean and very homey. The kitchen utensils are of good quality. The bathroom is clean despite on a small side, and we are very impressed with the quality of the towels provided. There is no AC in the bedroom but the weather in Batu is cool enough for us to sleep comfortably. Pak Paino was also very friendly, helpful, proactive, and responsive. Thank you for making our trip full of wonderful memories.

All good. Very near to Jatim Park 1, we could even see their roller coaster from our pool. Recommended for family.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! It’s located very close to Jatim Park 1 and inside the Klub Bunga, which made getting around super convenient. The house is private and spacious, perfect for accommodating a big family. The host was extremely responsive and even offered us an early check-in and late check-out, which was a huge plus. The only downside was the slow WiFi, but overall, we had a great experience. Highly recommended for large groups! Wil definitely comeback one day. Thanks a lot Vicky 💞

Kami 3 keluarga dengan 6 dewasa 4 anak-anak sangat menikmati tinggal di villa ini. Apalagi lokasi nya yang dekat dengan Batu Secret Zoo, sehingga setelah kami mengunjungi BSZ kami bisa dengan cepat menuju villa ini.

Villa Qita luar biasa! Rumah ini bersih dan bagus. Kamar tidurnya begitu nyaman dan kamar mandinya bersih. Dapur ini memiliki peralatan memasak dan makan, dispenser air, kompor, dan kulkas yang sangat berguna! Terdapat smart TV dan wifi, akan lebih lengkap jika disediakan karaoke karena itu adalah favorit keluarga saya. Ruang tamu sangat estetis dan memiliki pencahayaan & ventilasi yang baik. Villa ini dekat dengan tempat wisata di Batu namun tetap damai. Pak Budi sangat membantu, terima kasih pak! Secara keseluruhan, saya menikmati menginap di sini. Terima kasih Villa Qita

Clean and comfortable accommodation. The location was good to get around to the city or Batu. Water pressure in the shower was great with water heater. All in all it was good as advertised. Value for money specifically for large group of family.

Feels like home.. sangat bersih dan nyaman.. semuanya lengkap.. bisa masak juga.. dekat dg jatim park 3 hanya 7menit, lokasi di pertengahan antara kota batu dan malang jadi strategis.. disekitaran jg terdapat yg menjual makanan.. Ibu Innas sangat fast respond menjawab semua pertanyaan walaupun kami tiba nya tengah malam.. hehe.. sangat baik sekali..
