Such an extremely nice place! My family in the Philippines had a wonderful time staying here. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Thank you for being a great host.

Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.

Our family had a great time at Jeff’s house! The caretakers were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed lounging in the areas of the home: the pool, karaoke, kitchen, dining tables, living room, basketball court, and play structures. It is also convenient that the home is wired with Alexa! We did not have a dull moment between swimming, karaoke, board games, or NBA 2K23 in the living room. V fun and v beautiful home. Beds were v cozy as well.

Nice Place to Stay in around That area easy access to transport and main road

John and Ligaya are responsive and easily to talk with. I had lots of fun speaking with John and it is really worth it staying at their home. If ever I return to Pangasinwan, I will surely rent out their place again!

Generally, the property was superb. The host and their katiwala is super accomodating and responsive when you have concerns. Few areas to improve. Landmarks for the location. Don’t trust waze. Just call their katiwala once you get near the landmarks so you don’t get confused. Naghanap kami sa property for like an hour. Maybe give more landmark like yung blue water tank ng Manaoag (right side), if you see that you’ll be near the property. The shortcut road going to the property is super rough, if you have a car like us (Vios) I highly suggest ask for the road na hindi rough. It’s just 1km or 1.5km far from the property but your engine will thank you. Super mabato ang road. Water line. Hindi naman super hina ng pressure ng water, isolated lang siguro yung case namin na nawalan kami ng tubig during our stay. But the host and their katiwala was accomodating to address our concern kahit sobrang gabi na. Overall super bait nila and accomodating, they even gave us a box of mangga 😁

We enjoyed our stay at Balay Elyang. The place is close to highway, easy to drive into the place. The environment feels so secured and the architecture of the place from the living room, bedroom to comfort room are with top notch design. The unit is fully airconditioned and we have everything we need inside the bnb from appliances to kitchenwares all are available. Every corner you look there is a socket available to be used. All in all we enjoyed our stay here at Balay Elyang. Book now to experience what we’ve experienced
