Die Wohnung ist seh schön. Man hat eine Stunde am Tag einen privaten Spa. Die Wohnung liegt eine kleine Bergstraße vom Ort See entfernt. Die Fahrt an den See dauert ca 15 Minuten. Zu Fuß ist der Weg nicht zu empfehlen.

View is incredible, apartment in a great location with free garage use. Would 100% recommend a car if you stay here! All the hosts are great and very responsive, would definitely come back!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. we had a amazing time in this once in a life time experience with the most beautiful views it was so peaceful and relaxing. wr had a few problems on arrival but defo our fault and not the hosts they was straight on hand to help us out Highley recommend for a romantic get away I went with my best friend and we don't drive but this did not stop us at all we loved exploring the local area the people are so lovely and welcoming we would defo visit again the pool and spa area were stunning 😍 also

Luca veramente gentile, ha accolto noi e la nostra cagnolina in un modo veramente speciale. Ci ha dato mano con i bagagli e ci ha dato spunto per visitare. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Appartamento bellissimo, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo. La distribuzione delle camere è particolarmente studiata e abbiamo trovato ottima l'insonorizzazione. Essendo due coppie, di cui una con figlio, abbiamo trovato ottimale la possibilità di avere due zone notte distinte: una camera matrimoniale con bagno da un parte, e altre due camere +1 bagno dall'altra, accomunate dall'ampia zona giorno centrale rispetto all'appartamento. Davvero comodo. Lo consiglio vivamente e, chissà, speriamo di poter avere un'altra occasione in futuro.

Just got back from staying at Sonia’s and we had an amazing time. The views from her airb&b are breathing taking, not to be missed!! Sonia is located in brunate which is just up from como, it’s about a 20 minute steep walk up towards the funicular (or in our case bus stop as the funicular wasn’t working) but if you leave with plenty of time it’s not that bad. Sonia was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she offered to help us get around at times which was a blessing. Her home was stunning and perfect for what we needed, she had a lot of amenities if you needed it but we ate out a lot! The hot tub and sauna was a beautiful touch!! Sonia was an amazing host and we can’t thank her enough from the 6 of us! Will recommend her to anyone looking to stay in brunate/como.

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé , Maddy est disponible et accueillante. l’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Ce lieu est bien centré pour les activités aux alentours de Tegna . Merci Maddy,au plaisir d’une prochaine visite dans votre belle région .

Harold svarede meget hurtigt, på alt jeg skrev. Boligen oversteg vores forventninger, den var rigtig fin og rummelig. Meget stille område, meget tæt på byen og med massere gode restauranter. Top karakterer til Harold og hans lejlighed.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Eine extrem freundliche, hilfsbereite, gechillte und emphatische Gastgeberin hat unseren Aufenthalt in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement angenehm gemacht. Wir haben den sensationellen Ausblick und die vielen Haustiere ( zwei knuffige Dackel und vier ?süße Katzen ) sehr geliebt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Anfahrt auf den letzten 600 Metern und die Stufen zum Appartement. Der Pool ist geschmackvoll und toll angelegt. Aufgrund des für diese Jahreszeit allerdings recht schlechten Wetters wurde er von uns wenig genutzt. Restaurants etc sind fußläufig nicht ohne weiteres erreichbar! Es gibt zwar einen Fußweg nach Gravedona, aber mit vollem Bauch stell ich mir das nicht so toll vor. Aber man kann, wenn man sich im Iperal in Dongo versorgt hat (am besten auf der Hinfahrt schon) dort wunderbar kochen und speisen. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Danke Silvia!!

Het huis van Vilma is fantasisch. We hebben 5 dagen genoten met onze twee honden. De foto’s doen de plek geen eer aan. Het uitzicht is elke dag geweldig, het huis ligt prachtig op het perceel, en de tuin is met liefde onderhouden. Vooraf dacht ik dat het perceel niet geheel omheind zou zijn, maar het bleek met hoogspannings hek omheind. Dat gf s avonds een gerust gevoel aangezien het bos begint te leven bij de schemering. In het huis is alles aanwezig, bij de supermarkt en het meer ben je binnen 10/15 min. Vilma was zo vriendelijk om te vragen of we het warm genoeg hadden, maar ondertussen zaten we buiten te genieten van de bbq. Een huisje om écht buiten te zijn. Ik raad dit huis iedereen aan die van de natuur en rust houdt. Extra aanrader voor mensen met honden. Let wel op: honden moeten trap kunnen lopen!

Enrica è stata davvero molto gentile, insieme al marito e mi hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a mio agio! posto davvero molto tranquillo e bello. Parcheggio interno, dettagli molto curati dal giardino alla casa, e la presenza d'arte si respira dappertutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Superbe emplacement et idéal pour aller visiter Côme en descendant avec le funiculaire . Hôtes accueillants et plein de bons conseils . Malgré le retard de notre avion nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Tout était parfait , séjour idéal. Merci pour les petites attentions et votre gentillesse, nous reviendrons ☺️.

Das war bislang die beste Unterkunft, die wir über Air B&B bekommen haben. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an Monica. Wir kommen sicher wieder.... alles perfekt.

Tolle Aussicht und der Pool (den wir im Oktober wegen des Wetters nicht mehr nutzen konnten) sind ein Traum. Paola ist ein Traum Host und immer zu erreichen und hatte gleich zu Beginn viele Tipps. Einkaufen ist im Ort leider nicht möglich, dh man muss entweder in kleineren Läden was kaufen (sofern man einen Parkplatz findet) oder muss zurück nach Como. Ansonsten kann man für ein paar Wanderungen auch direkt am Appartment starten. Restaurants gibt es im Ort oder in nahegelegenen Dörfern sofern man einen Parkplatz findet - was leider selbst im Oktober (auch wegen Baustellen) ein Thema war

Anna wir immer gut erreichbar, das Apartment entsprach genau den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Argegno ist sehr authentisch und nicht so überlaufen, 2 Super-Restaurants konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Der E-Bike Shop von Guti war super, unser Sohn und ich waren auf 2 tollen Touren (Eselpfad!) unterwegs.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Siamo stati benissimo da Elena: la casa è deliziosa, silenziosa, pulita e facile da raggiungere, la vista è bellissima, e i proprietari deliziosamente gentili.

Wir (Pärchen) sind Wiederholungstäter und immer wieder gerne bei Casa Roselli. Wir kommen an und fühlen uns wie Zuhause. Monika ist eine unheimlich nette Gastgeberin. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut und lobenswert und es ist im und ums Haus immer für alles gesorgt. Der Pool und Garten ist ebenfalls klasse. Im ganzen ein außergewöhnliches Fleckchen Erde und eine kleine Insel der Glückseligkeit! Danke für die schönen Urlaubstage.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

David and Rozeta are excellent hosts. they were responsive. Rozeta helped us checkin, show us the apartment, and provided tips for sight seeing. she permitted us for a slightly later checkout. she also informed us of the free street parking. it was a bit hard to drive to this location after dark, and to carry luggage down several steps. But, David helped us after checkout.

Amazing part of Switzerland. Beautiful home. We had four couples and the space was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully come back.
