정말 깨끗하고 정돈된 아파트였습니다. 인테리어도 정말 깔끔하게 되어있었고 기본적으로 숙박을 위한 옵션들도 잘 구비되어 있었습니다. 메트로를 위해 좀 걷긴 해야했지만 그 주변과 공원의 감성이 좋았기 때문에 감안할만 했습니다. 주변은 아주 느긋하고 평화로운 느낌을 주는 동네였습니다. 아쉬운점은 뭔가 문제가 있었던건지 난방 때문에 실내가 30도까지 올라갔다는 것입니다. 환기를 위해 창문을 열어 놓아도 쉽게 열기가 빠지지 않았습니다. 또 창문을 오래 열어야해 모기가 15마리정도 들어와 매일 모기와 실랑이를 해야했습니다. 그것을 제외하면 정말 훌륭한 숙소였고 누구나 좋아할 만한 곳이었습니다.

Verblijf was prima in orde. Behalve de hond die een paar verdiepen verder je elke ochtend wekt en de dag door blijft blaffen, vind ik persoonlijk storend. De locatie lag op 100m van showroom Paula Lenti waar we de ganse week als Domani een samenwerking hadden tijdens Salone 2024.

Apartamentul are o locație excelentă, aproape de transport public. Check-in-ul independent a fost foarte practic, iar spațiul este curat și bine dotat. Recomand pentru un sejur confortabil în Milano!

Adoramos tudo neste apartamento foto , a Paola permitiu nosso check inn mais cedo , o que foi maravilhoso e gentil da parte dela , tudo muito limpo, cheiroso e delicadamente preparado pra nós receber , são detalhes que faz muita diferença , exemplo: Tinha cápsulas de café para cafeteira , água mineral ( 1 arbnb da Europa que deixou garrafas de água mineral pra nós) apesar que não cozinhamos , eu vi que tinha todos utensílios de cozinha , e vi que tinha até uma chapinha pra cabelo e secador , localização maravilhosa , onde é fácil chegar em muitos lugares a pé. Em fim quando voltarmos a Milão , com certeza este será nosso local preferido, e tanto a Paola, quanto o Cláudio são extremamente atenciosos e queridos .

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no apartamento. A localização é boa, ao lado da universidade e é possível ir andando até o parque ou o centro. O apartamento é bem equipado, limpo, e o atendimento da administração é ótimo.

Der Aufenthalt bei Carmen war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Highlighter der Küche war der Airfryer und natürlich der schön gelegene Balkon. Außerdem sind die Gastgeber äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden aufjedenfall nochmal kommen!

We had a very nice stay in Francesca’s beautiful and tasteful apartment. We also liked the fact that it was in a neighborhood outside the center which could be reached easily by the metro. The metro station is very close as is a supermarket and everything else you need. Francesca was very responsive to all our questions and reached out every day to make sure that everything is fine. We would definitely stay there again.

Bellissima esperienza, una casa bellissima, pulitissima, posizione ottima, mezzi pubblici di trasporto a 200m di distanza, un quarto d'ora arrivare in pieno centro di Milano, supermercato di fronte alla casa e poi, per quanto riguarda l'host, Sara, una persona davvero splendida, gentilissima, molto disponibile e interesata ai bisogni del ospite... insomma direi trasparenza e accoglienza 5 stelle! Lo consigliamo e come, davvero torneremo perché torneremo di nuovo sicuramente e la Sara, ne farà parte della nostra prossima vacanza. Grazie mille Sara, siamo stati veramente molto bene a casa tua e siamo veramente felici di averti conosciuto! Un abbraccio forte da parte nostra! Alin& Ionela

Prior reviews were spot on! Sabrina was gracious providing us with a wonderful bottle of wine and a delicious tart. Property had everything we could have needed! Laundry facilities, coffee and full kitchen! Local restaurant and Boatiful boat tour on the lake were fabulous! A lovely and relaxing property - very clean with luxurious linens and beautifully updated/remodeled interior design. Definitely visit Crianza for dinner!

Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Mieszkanie ładne i funkcjonalne. W okolicy wiele lokalizacji z jedzeniem oraz blisko metra. Ciro zapewnia wszystko co zapisał w ofercie. W mieszkaniu były również ręczniki i pościel na zmianę. Komunikacja z Ciro szybka i sprawna. :)

We were lucky to rent this flat, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The flat is well-organized, exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. Location: It's just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it very convenient. If you're driving, the flat offers easy private parking, and the highway is only a 2-minute drive away. When we opted for a taxi to visit the busy part of town, it took around 15 minutes and cost 20-25 euros. The host was very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home with a warm Italian family-style reception. and giving us all recommendation nearsit shops and delicious bakery in the area. the area is very safe and calm neighborhood . The flat itself was large, and the balcony was a highlight—we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee there. I highly recommend this flat, especially for families or couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean, immaculate and easy to gain access with clear instructions provided, which was essential to us due to our very late arrival. The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The whole experience was everything we hoped for. Silvia was very helpful with her messages and emails. My only constructive feedback would be to have a full set of kitchen utensils, as there was no bread knife. Thank you! We would definitely stay again, if we return to Milan!

Ein wunderschönes Haus im Top Zustand in Colico. Das Haus hat genug Platz geboten für 3 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern. Innen sowie aussen ist alles sehr gepfelgt und wertig. Wenn man möchte ist man schnell zu Fuß am See. Wenn man was erleben möchte ist das Auto jedoch unabdingbar.

One of the coolest Airbnb ever! We stayed in Italy for a while and this was one of my favorite. I do recommend getting a rental car because it’s far away from town and some taxi’s don’t like to go that far out other then that this place was lovely!

Enrica è stata davvero molto gentile, insieme al marito e mi hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a mio agio! posto davvero molto tranquillo e bello. Parcheggio interno, dettagli molto curati dal giardino alla casa, e la presenza d'arte si respira dappertutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

This home is perfect for a family with dogs. The kitchen is well stocked, the garden completely fenced, beds comfortable and we felt very much at home. Meet and greet went really well. Thank you for sharing your home - we will definitely return!!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a wonderful host and accommodation. From the welcome basket of food and bubbles, the local recommendations of places to visit / restaurants but Michele’s generosity and warmth was truly touching. He even provided a private tour of Bellagio so we could get our bearings and greater appreciation of the history and areas. One of the best hosts and even drove us to the local supermarket and into town when the teenagers were not up for the walk. The accommodation was perfect and very modern and the pool was heated so took the opportunity to use it during our stay. Bellagio is truly stunning and the accommodation around a 25 minute walk into the town where you can catch the ferry to Varenna amongst other areas and lots of lovely restaurants (Nando, La grotta, dolce vita and the Suisse amongst the highlights) but also do check out the wine tasting bars - highly recommend . We hope to be back but couldn’t have wished for a better experience in Bellagio!

This is a very special place - the peace and calm of the surroundings lets you hear the birds chirping from the moment you wake up all day long. The beauty and character of the neigbouring buildings and surrounding gardens (narrow stone corridors, arches and beautiful plants) together with the view of the lake made it feel like being in a fairytale. And Bobby, who is such a kind, discreet and helpful person. We absolutely loved our stay!

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da questo alloggio. L’appartamento è pulito e confortevole. Ottime le dotazioni della cucina e del bagno. Molto accoglienti le camere. Ottima la posizione nelle adiacenze di una stazione della metro, e con una passeggiata si può tranquillamente arrivare a piedi al centro di Milano. Nella zona vi sono anche diversi ristoranti e un supermercato. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. Complimenti!
