Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Thank you Scott for hosting us! The location was perfect for our son’s therapy intensive, and it was peaceful, calm, and a bonus that it was right near the park. Projector worked well, comfortable desk upstairs for working, strong internet, and a great layout for a family. Our kids really enjoyed the books, and we loved the open layout, as well as the backyard space. We also appreciated the fresh eggs — thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Our stay at Michelle's was absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough good things about the house and the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and she really seemed to think of everything, including a gift basket! I stay at a lot of Air B&Bs and the small touches Michelle put on the house and the amount she cared for her guests was second to none! I could not recommend staying here more.

This home was just as pictured. We loved our stay and would definitely book again the next time we are in the area.

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Lauren’s house was the perfect place to stay for Christmas. It had everything we could possibly need and the garage was so convenient. I appreciated the night lights throughout the house. I felt very much at home and would highly recommend staying at Lauren’s!

David made us a cozy fire to be welcomed to on our first day, nuff said! My partner and I cant thank David enough for a magical few days away in his beautiful space! He was super helpful with any questions and restaurant recommendations. Lots of fun bars no more than 10 minutes away as well! THANK YOU DAVID!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! The apartment was as listed, and very clean, with all the amenities we needed to stay there. It was centrally located to all the areas we went to. The directions to get in were very clear. Dev was very responsive when I contacted him and it was overall a great stay.

This house worked really well for our family. the rooms are well-proportioned, the beds were comfy and the house was clean. there were a few bakeries and eateries within walking distance and a star market a 7 min drive away. There's a public park with a runni g track 2 min walking distance away. Overall great house!

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Our stay at the house was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed over Christmas vacation, which is not a typical time of year to stay in this coastal community, and we loved it! We greatly appreciated the quiet peaceful surrounding of the ocean and the beautiful homes all decorated for the season. Walking on the beach, with the crisp air and sound of the waves, priceless. The home was clean, comfortable and relaxing, the fireplace adding to that special holiday feel. We were able to utilize the space the home had, with beautiful views of the marsh, as we were able to meet with old friends, and share a dinner together. Our contact, Jim, was readily available for any questions or concerns we may have had, quickly answering his phone or responding to text. We left, feeling like renting this home, was the best decision we could have made. I highly recommend this home and ITrip Boston.

Nice place with everything we needed in it. Andreas was super great. We went in a fishing charter and he let us borrow a cooler for our trip. The showers were amazing. The outside sitting area with a fire pit was one of the greatest features. We are a cooking family and although there were two cooking areas to stay together and cook it was a tight fit. What we got for the price was a really good deal.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location provides quick access to a number of highways. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware. Everyone loved the heated floors and we were glad to be able to bring our dog and take him on walks in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay at Roger’s Airbnb! After checking out on Wednesday, we realized last minute that we needed to stay one more night for a project we were working on. Roger was incredibly accommodating and made it happen without any hassle. Truly an excellent host – thank you for making our trip so smooth!
