The home was comfortable in a minute I walked in it. I did not want to leave? Well definitely rent again.

Crystal‘s place was perfect for our group stay! You can’t beat the location! The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook with for our stay. Was able to access the garage easily. Loved all the clear instructions in the binder and things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

Karen’s home was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed that the home was walking distance to beaches. It was nice that a beach cart and beach toys also provided with stay. I would definitely stay here again! Only feedback is that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates provided do not fit length of stairs so recommend bringing your own gate if traveling with little ones.

Our family had a wonderful time at Derek’s Airbnb, the house was perfect and our kids had a blast with the beach right outside the door. This was by far our favorite Airbnb that we have stayed at. We can’t wait until we can take a trip here again. Also Derek was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating.

What a LOVELY place to stay, just 6-7 houses away from the sand. Perfect location. Very useful shopping center across the street (Pavillions grocery store, banks, restaurants, etc). The house is very spacious, stocked with everything you'd need. Will definitely be back soon!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser luxuriösen Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön um spazieren zu gehen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhige Gegend, gut zum schlafen.

I was really grateful Lee was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Her communication was great. The home was better than the photos and stocked with things to make our stay easier. I wouldn’t normally book a place without A/C but it was cool and breezy and actually needed the heater at night. The pool was too chilly for us this time of year but the lights out back were so pretty we spent a lot of time in the back yard. We accidentally locked ourselves out (make sure to read your instructions and don’t lock the bottom lock on the door handle) but Lee helped us get back in pretty quickly. We only had a small bit of time to visit the beach but it’s so close and there are great bikes and some ocean toys. I would stay here again on our next visit to Huntington Beach.

This was the perfect spot for our family. The pool was exactly what the kids needed to relax. We felt very comfortable in the space and enjoyed our time there.

Great stay in Ventura, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice outside area by the pool and hot tub. Cute and well stocked home.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! Le quartier est aggréable et sécurisé. La maison de Denise est fonctionnelle. Denise est très réactive et aggréable comme hôte. Nous recommandons la maison de Denise.

Lauren and Dario are super hosts, both were very responsive and communicative! The 1-bedroom home was perfect-clean, well maintained; no issues with WiFi (for work); bedroom was nice and cozy. Art work from local artists was displayed in each room with brief descriptions, this was cool! Overall, it was a great experience. I will stay here again and recommend the home to friends and family. I stayed Duke's house for my son's wedding at Los Verdes Golf Course. It was really beautiful house and great location. Duke was very professional and provided information to me in a timely manner. I would like to stay there again if there is any chance. Fully recommended.

Great host. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Slept every night to the sound of the waves. Very clean house with spacious balcony. Stocked very well with basic and high quality necessities. Would highly recommend!

This is hands down the best home I’ve rented! It has everything you could need - definitely feels like a home and not a rental! The house was so cute and loved the touches from the original home. The furniture was very comfortable and everything felt clean! We absolutely loved our time. The dutch door looking out to the back was wonderful. We loved watching the kids play in the sand or swing on the hammock. The only downside was that the beach directly behind the home (over the sand berm) is not clean. There is loads of trash including needles. But you can easily walk to the nicer part of the beach or the bay area directly across the street. Would definitely rent again! The hosts were so communicative and friendly. Would recommend!

This is such a perfect getaway spot. You can see the beach from the large windows and Don had umbrella and chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc that we could take the few steps to the ocean. You can easily walk to coffee, restaurants, ice cream, playground, and more. Beautiful home! And Don and Rebecca were so helpful- unloading/loading our car, setting up the umbrella, helping us get on bikes to explore, and more. Will absolutely be back!

Comfortable, clean home with plenty of space for our group. There are two large dining tables that aren't in the photos which allowed us to have family meals plus room for games and puzzles. Great selection of beach toys and towels in the garage. Thought we had a problem with the hot water but it just takes a while to get there. Would book again.

We had a wonderful peaceful time at Will’s place. Beautiful view LOVED the location. Will, recommend local spots to eat. We went to Nicks and it was delicious. It was cloudy for 3 days during our stay, but the beach is beautiful still on cloudy days. It's so much fun walking the area. Beautiful houses and a complete beach experience. Will, was great and very attentive.
