David was very easy to work with an accommodating for an early check in. The house was clean upon arrival and steps from the beach. This is a perfect house for a small family get away.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

We loved our stay at Aloha Hueneme and had a great time. Donovan and Gretchen 's place was a great find and looked way better than the pictures. The location was ideal and was like a little piece of heaven. The house had so much natural light which elevates the mood greatly and being very close to the beach was an added advantage. We will definitely come again when visiting this area.

I had a fabulous stay! The bungalow was perfect, it looked exactly like the pictures, the location was gorgeous, and very close to what you may need in Malibu. Waverly was super communicative and responsive, which made checking-in easy and getting any questions answered. The bed was super comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, everything was immaculately clean upon arrival. The views from the deck are gorgeous and the beach access below the house was perfect for me and my dog. The beach isn't accessible to the road so it's great to keep your pup safe. There are dog bowls to use, plenty of towels for the bathroom and the beach, several beach chairs under the house. I felt perfectly safe in the area, the WIFI was fast as I had to work. Overall I had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The place is spotless compared to other Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, the cleanliness here really stands out. For example, inside the cabins, everything was not only perfectly clean but also thoughtfully organized, down to the smallest details. There were plenty of towels and beach items provided, which was really nice to have. The location is amazing, a few steps to the sand. It’s also very practical: there’s a garage for easy parking, plus two private outdoor areas that made the space even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Kristin was also flexible and communicative. Overall , a comfortable and convenient place for our family beach vacation! Thank you Kristi !

Kyle was super accommodating and responded very quickly. Gave us clear instructions to get to the home and everything was super clean. Very cozy! Will be back next visit to Malibu

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ventura. The location was excellent. One block to the beach. Easy 5 or 15 minute drives to the Ventura and Oxnard harbors to catch the ferries or other boats to the Channel Islands. We enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance, particularly Pierpoint Tacos fish tacos.

We were in Malibu to meet friends for dinner and decided, completely spur of the moment, to stay a couple days instead if driving back to IE. Found this adorable cottage right on the ocean and were all checked in and enjoying the crashing waves and fantastic view within the hour. Host was very helpful with the entry. The cottage is adorable, comfy, cozy old school beach style. Excellent bed, sheets etc. it was chilly but the fireplace worked perfect to warm the living area and kitchen. We used the portable heater to heat the bathroom in the morning. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast. A block or two from Malibu village..lots of restaurants and shops and Sprouts. We loved it, and will return.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Paul’s home. From start to finish, Paul was an exceptional host; responsive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. He offered great local recommendations for our family around Huntington Beach, and when we had a last-minute schedule change, he handled it with empathy and flexibility. Paul was gracious in every way, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing a welcoming and respectful experience for his guests. I would gladly stay at any of Paul’s properties again and recommend them without hesitation. He’s a host of true integrity.

Really cute bungalow, can walk to the Riviera Village or the beach or ride their bikes which we thought we would do, but weather wasn't great during our stay so opted to do other things. Comfortable bed and kitchen has everything you need. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Recommend this stay.

This house was seriously a little gem right by the beach. This house is surrounded by a hotel and parking garage but there wasn’t any noise. You are able to open all the windows and let in the sea breeze, walk outside right to the boardwalk and beach. My son got to ride his scooter until he was tired and then was right back at the house. My daughter is in Cross Country and unfortunately we don’t allow her to run on her own with the way the world is now but we did let her go running by herself on the boardwalk. It was very public with a lot of parents and kids around and a clear presence of police. Very comfortable and felt salt enough to let her. Loved the house and can’t wait to come back again!

What an incredible place!!! Wonderful walkable location. Absolutely adorable decor, and fantastic, friendly hosts. This the a perfect Santa Monica stay close tot he water and Montana Avenue. We knew the area well and am so glad to have discovered Wendy’s place. We came in late at night and had no problem following directions and getting in. A beautiful welcome amenity was waiting for us. Great local recommendations and beautiful and clean over garage apartment. Very comfy beds too! We would not hesitate to book again.

A little oasis, a private sanctuary away from the city, the perfect retreat from real life. I felt in fact that I was in another country. The garden is beautiful and so well cared for with lots of California natives and there’s a subdued sound of water from a fountain nearby that reminded me of Arabic gardens. The view is spectacular and far reaching. The studio is very well furnished and with great taste. Everything is perfectly clean and functional. This place is a real treat!

Our family visited the area to explore Channel Islands, and it was just a short 12-minute drive to the visitor center. The location was also very close to downtown and had easy access to the 101 freeway. We were pleased with all the amenities provided, such as beach items, streaming options, bicycles and grocery bags. Whenever we needed something, Kerri was quick to respond and made sure we got it right away.

Stylish, quiet and clean. Perfectly located for our various LA activities and easy walk through a quaint neighborhood to cafes and shops.
