Had an amazing stay here! My favorite part was the view from the penthouse—absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. Such a beautiful backdrop for my photos! The unit was also very spacious—perfect for a staycation with family or friends, or even for celebrating a special occasion. It felt so homey and cozy. I know there’s ongoing construction, which was mentioned in the listing, and I was a bit worried at first. But once I arrived, it turned out to be a non-issue. I felt right at home and was able to relax and de-stress. I also want to highlight how gracious Von was. He promptly answered all my questions about restaurant recommendations in the area (given there are so many great places nearby!) Given the size, location, amenities, stunning view, and the wonderful host, I really got my money’s worth. I will definitely be back with some friends! Thank you, Von

overall place is clean, there’s just small bugs and cockroaches that i think they can check and do something about it. Hopefully they can also improve water pressure specially in the shower area. We’ll definitely book again this coming holy week if we got a chance. 😊

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was cozy, very spacious, and clean, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. we had a great stay for two weeks. the place was spacious and the staff were really nice too. I liked how it was walking distance to UP Town, so it was easy to get good options for restaurants. we enjoyed the pool too! i think it's one of the best pools in the city with 50m length. will definitely come back for a longer stay! :)

The place it great! It's clean and spacious. May malapit na mga karenderia and church which is super nice if wala kang dalang food. Meron din namang malapit na mini grocery if in case you need something. Hindi sya sa bungad ng main road or commercial area kaya tahimik. Hindi rin sobrang looban na mahirap marating. Still accessible kasi malapit sa terminal ng tricycle. The host and people around the area are nice. It's a perfect place to stay if gusto mo ng quiet neighborhood and still malapit sa mall/commercial area. We went there for a wedding and di naman hassle since may amenities like plantsa, washing machine, kitchen and dinner wares. Nakakabit yung mirror sa cabinet kaya medyo mahirap lang mag make-up and mag-ayos ng hair. Wala lang vanity/standing mirror so u have to bring your own. Aside from that, sobrang ok talaga ng place🌸💕 Will definitely book again everytime na pupunta kaming Malolos✨️

This stay was truly exceptional! The place felt so cozy and homey that I had the best rest I’ve had in years. I loved the balcony, the comfy room, and the spacious sala—perfect for both entertainment and relaxation. Ate Gloria and Sir Albert were incredibly responsive, addressing all our concerns and questions promptly. They even offered us a late checkout since we arrived a bit late due to the rain, which we truly appreciated. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the wet market and grocery stores. The only minor issue was the pay parking, as there’s no free parking available. However, the rates weren’t too expensive, so it wasn’t a big problem. Overall, a fantastic stay! this place has officially become our go-to Airbnb! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

Very nice area, right next to the mall so what can you ask for? Christine is very helpful and responsive, takes care of the issues as soon as possible. Definitely going back to this place whenever im in the area.

we enjoy our stay in villa mina, hindi kami nahirapan hanapin, and maraming malapit na bilihan, malamig ang aircon, malanis ang place. the fee is worth it

Responsive Host, unit is new and location is great just accross MRT train station. Good view with balcony Corner unit. Free pool and gym and 24hrs receptionist.
