The place is so aesthetic and cozy. Excelent for 1-2pax only. Catherine is easy to talk with. Very close to the big mall

The location is easy to find and has nearby convenience store inside the complex. The bathroom was clean and has a heater. Host also provided a basic hygiene kit and enough towels. Drying mats inside were also very convenient. A point for improvement is the kitchen. Cooking utensils are complete but a sharper and bigger knife could be helpful. The stove could’ve been also maintained better. A dish drying rack would be useful to have there. The utensils, dinnerware, and drink ware are sufficient which is great. Also hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and sponge were provided. Another is the bed, that easily moves out of place when someone bumps into it. The great thing about it though is that the pillows and blankets were sufficient and it’s comfortable to sleep on. Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems with our daily activities. Hopefully we can rebook the place with the kitchen improvements taken into consideration.

This room has been so professionally designed. It looks and feels like a 5-star hotel suite. Full marks to the interior designer. A unique style that makes it stand out in Airbnb world.

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Lorena was a wonderful host and offers a beautiful, well decorated, and AIR CONDITION home! She responds quickly and accommodated our requests whenever we asked. Lovely gated community with large club house pool you rent for private parties. Tons of cafes, shops, barber, and business offices just a walk away. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Kriselda’s place is very cozy and highly functional. All the things you need are already there, including drinking water, you just need to bring your other consumables like food, ice and charcoal for the grill. The pool and room is just of the right size for family of max 12 (with kids). I like that they have water heater in one of the showers that helps relieve kids’ shiver after swimming. Hosts are very responsive. I can’t think of any cons to point out as everything is clean and comfortable.

Glyza was a great host. She allowed us to check in early. She also accomodated us at the last minute when we needed a place to stay for a few more days. There is a very nice pool, and a small gym to work out. I would recommend this place to others.

It's even better the second time around! This villa is seriously so well-maintained, it felt brand new again. Everything was spotless and in perfect working order, just like our first visit. We were so relaxed and comfortable, it felt like coming home. Can't wait to book our third trip!

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.
