Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Mamaia Beach

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Piacevolissima vacanza a casa di Marco Claudio, persona disponibile e gentilissima. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di ottimo rosso, pane, un salame, un grande cesto di frutta fresca e cialde del caffè per la macchinetta. Durante il soggiorno ci è stato offerto un ottimo aperitivo. Una grande attenzione all’ospite. La casa è fronte mare ( anche spiaggia libera) e davanti ad una pineta con parco giochi per bambini. Ha un comodo giardino, ampio soggiorno, camere spaziose, 2 bagni entrambi con vasca. Cucina piccola ma con tutto il necessario (2 frigoriferi e 1 lavastoviglie). Appartamento consigliatissimo!

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

Appartamento ottimo e molto ben fornito di tutto il necessario, soprattutto in cucina non mancavano le stoviglie. Siamo stati molto bene in particolare per quanto riguarda la vicinanza al mare e ai servizi. Antonio si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e cortese in particolare in occasione di un guasto di un importante elettrodomestico si è subito prodigato per trovare un rimpiazzo e ha salvato la situazione. Unica pecca dell'appartamento è stata per noi la mancanza dell'aria condizionata, in certe sere ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza. Fortunatamente il caldo non era paragonabile a quello della pianura padana quindi è andata tutto sommato bene anche con i soli ventilatori. In definitiva ottimo appartamento, ottima posizione e ottimo host. Consigliato

Everything was perfect! Starting with the first message we have received from Giuseppe regarding our booking and finishing with our check out, everything went smooth. Giuseppe has a great sense of hospitality and it was really helpful. The apartament was really clean and close to both the beach and the city centre. It was our first time in Pescara, but given how good everything was it will sure not be our last and the first place we will check for availability will sure be Giuseppe’s. Thank you!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Barbara war immer sehr schnell erreichbar. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

anche se abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulito ed accogliente ed abbiamo avuto un ottima accoglienza. Un ulteriore aspetto positivo è la piscina del residence, utilizzabile dagli ospiti.

Sara, una donna meravigliosa! L'appartamento è pulito, posizione comoda, vicino al mare, bar e ristoranti, alla spiaggia. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza!!! Siamo rimasti molto contenti! RACCOMANDO!!!

Ho soggiornato con mia figlia una settimana e ieri mi spiaceva andare via. Mi sono sentita a casa in situazione tranquilla tra i confort in ambiente pulito e signorile. In casa non mancava nulla esci fuori e sei nel centro hai tutto intorno. Attraverso la strada e c’è la spiaggia. La piscina ad uso degli ospiti con il bagnino di salvataggio fisso. Francesca è stata una Host impeccabile cortese e disponibile sempre. È un posto che consiglio senza dubbi

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

L’appartamento è nuovo e pur essendo piccolo ha lo spazio necessario per una vacanza. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a gestire 3 bambini: due hanno dormito sul divano letto e il più piccolo nel lettino da campeggio che abbiamo posizionato accanto a noi. Il bagno è grande con una doccia comoda e spaziosa. L’aria condizionata è servita nelle giornate più calde anche se a Tortoreto il clima è mite. Il parcheggio privato sotto casa e l’ascensore sono una comodità non da poco quando si deve gestire un passeggino. Maurizio è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Tortoreto è perfetta per tutte le famiglie e consiglio Maurizio perché vi farà sentire come a casa

Eigentlich war alles perfekt. wir wurden herzlich empfangen, fühlten uns sofort wohl und auch die Lage war fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Aleassandro war stets hilfreich und immer sehr Wertschätzend. Durch den direkten Zugang zum Strand ist leider auch der Lärmpegel der Strandbesucher und den Menschen auf der Flaniermeile sehr laut und dies meistens bis nach Mitternacht. (Dies ist aber nicht die Schuld des Vermieters) Hätte es noch eine Klimaanlage gegeben, wäre diese Unterkunft etwas vom genialsten, das ich je gesehen habe. Komme gerne wieder !!!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay here. It was lovely to be so close to the beach and with a car we were able to enjoy the local area. We didn’t need heating or air conditioning but were impressed that both were available. We would be very happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was a spectacular Air BnB. We could not have been happier with our experience. Robert was an absolutely amazing host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean and simply beautiful. The location is unmatched. We cannot wait to return. Close to Fossacesia, Lanciano, chieti etc. we are definitely coming back in the future. A fabulous experience.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und hatten zu 6st genügend Platz in der Wohnung. Lage war tiptop, waren viel mit den eigenen Velos unterwegs. Die Klimaanlage hat uns angenehme und erholsame Nächte emöglicht.

Nous avons aimer l’endroit, fort fonctionnel avec les trois chambres et trois salles de bains. Parfait pour une famille de cinq ou pour voyage avec des amis. Super propre et beaucoup de commodités disponible. Paolo et Maria sont vraiment accessible et on pu échanger en français avec nous. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.
