This was our second time staying with Rafael. We loved it so much the first time, we had to return. The view is nothing short of amazing. The apartment is very clean and well kept. The AC works wonderfully. The pool is a wonderful added amenity as some times you just want your own peace vs the beach. There are more restaurants nearby than our previous trip so that was a bonus. The new doors are appreciated! I would suggest to any first time guests to have a sleeping mask unless you like to wake early, as the sun definitely makes an appearance. The sunrise is amazing so highly recommend walk-in up for it. The kitchen is just what you need for a short getaway. Rafael and hosts are always great with communication. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

The Airbnb was in an amazing location, overlooking the water! It had enough bedrooms for all 4 of us staying there, and we had a great time! It was also in a secure gated community where we felt safe!

The apartment was very clean. The air conditioning worked really well. The pool was clean and refreshing. People were very friendly. Very quiet area and nicely landscaped. Be aware that the area around the property may not be something that some folks may be used to but once we became acquainted with the area, it was easy to navigate.

We loved our stay at the villa. The pool and hot tub were great and open till 10pm! It is not a far drive to the ceiba to take the ferry over to Vieques or Culebra. Also very close to the Marina in Fajardo to take a water taxi over to Cayo Icacos. Everything was very clean in the Villa, bed was comfy and the views are beautiful.

House was clean, Jose left some goodies for us enjoy. The bed in the master bedroom the best I’ve found in an airbnb. Jose follow up with our stay and gave us very helpfull tips. The terrace was great and we enjoy the jacuzzy (and it has great tempature). Will book for sure on my next trip to the island, it was a pleasure.

Maria's place was great! Maria was very responsive and kind. The beach, kitchen, and infant amenities were extremely helpful when traveling with a family. It was on a dead-end street of a neighborhood within a 5 minute drive to the beach and about 15 min to the rain forest. There is a grocery store, bakery and gym nearby. Thus, location and host are highly recommended.

The place was beautiful and very peaceful. Has a nice backyard. The beds were comfortable. We really felt at home. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. Zip lining 15 minutes away and great hiking at El Yunque. Lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. The host were awesome and always available to answer any questions. This will be our to go place when we come back to Puerto Rico again. 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

Our family loved our stay at Christian’s home. It was in an excellent location- 2 minute walk to the pool, 5 minutes to Playa Azul. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and in close proximity to great local restaurants and the rainforest. Christian was very helpful throughout our stay and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

We had a large group and the house was great. It felt private, but is only steps from the beach. It isn't a private beach, but as close as you can get, only a handful of people on weekends, sometimes none through the week. Renting the 15 passenger van worked out great. Our flight was delayed and we got there after dark. Omar delivered us, was attentive and made sure everything was in order before leaving. We were more interested el Yunque National Forest. It was surprisingly crowded for weekdays and time of year. Rio Grande was so much better than San Juan for the PR experience we were looking for. Local food and people. Parking is a big issue everywhere in Puerto Rico, and is disaster San Juan. The pool was great for the young ones. Overall a great overall family experience, Thank you Carlos.

This was the perfect spot for us! Very close to the beach, about 3 minutes walking. The nearest beach is not safe for swimming but it’s still beautiful to sit in the sand and watch the waves. The swimmable beach is very close by! About 5 minutes driving, we went there every day that we were in Luquillo. We had some trouble with the lock box during check in/out and Alexis was very kind and patient with us. The next door neighbor, Christy, is a sweet heart and she came to introduce herself to us when we arrived. Next time we are in Luquillo we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Alexis!

This was a family trip with my parents, sister and our 2 young children. Mar Y Miel was perfect! The outdoor space had plenty of space for all of us, the outdoor areas are so thoughtfully done and accommodating to a large family. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and dine al fresca on the large table on the patio. There was ample shade and always a breeze and the property felt very secure. We were visited by local cats which my daughters loved and everyday walked to the beach. There is a great bakery and nice restaurant about a 5 minute walk and the Kiosks were a 10 min walk. We spent 3 days going to El Yunque which was about a 10-15 minute drive. Bertha let us know about things to check out and we had everything we needed to feel at home here. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat to Mar Y Miel.

Our stay at Dianne's was delightful. Would recommend. The house is tastfully decorated. The beds were wonderful. the neighborhood safe and friendly.

Wonderful trip to PR and the Villas in Rio Mar. Family of 5, kids 9, 12, and 15 and we had a great 5 day trip. Golf cart was so helpful, beach was great, hotel was close with restaurants - snorkeling and el Yunque were within a short drive. Host was very quick to help and guide - so important! We would definitely go again!

Everything was as expected from the listing. Absolutely gorgeous property and location was ideal for our first time in Puerto Rico. Got to enjoy the Wyndham property and of course the beach and water. This place reminded us of Hawaii so much we are coming back next year if not sooner. Very quiet location. Pool steps away. Million dollar view from lanai. Great value. It isn’t a brand new unit so don’t expect perfection in the features. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a couple or two couples. What can make it even better? Having a golf cart available or bikes. Otherwise we loved the place and will surely come again. And tell others. This is a great location to access eastern PR and the islands. Of note, the beach has significant waves it seems so small children might be more cautious. The cove to the north, a quarter mile walk along the beach is calmer. Thanks Ed and Juan!

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. As described. it was a very well kept apartment. Great location, nearby different restaurants, local bars, beaches and El Yunque. Very peaceful beach just steps away from the apartment. We loved it. Thanks David and Anthony. We will visit again soon.

We loved the rooftop. It was awesome to have a private patio overlooking the ocean on one side and the rainforest on the other. Though the surrounding homes and structures still show heavy signs of hurricane destruction, walking down the street felt very safe. The neighbors were friendly and would wave when you walk/drive by. Dewey also had a lot of nice amenities for the kids, like sand toys, knee boards, beach towels, etc. Very well stocked. AC also worked well to keep us cool in the evenings.

This place is spectacular! Gorgeous views, the most relaxing balcony, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and beach equipment, beautifully decorated rooms and great communication from our host. He was fantastic! I could go on and on. Our family was in awe from the moment we walked in and saw the huge windows and the view. My kids spent hours out on the balcony in the hammock and I enjoyed morning and evening reading time out there as well. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!

The condo is nestled on the gated grounds of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel with stunning landscaping and beautiful beaches. We didn’t rent a car during our week-stay and found everything we needed within a few minutes walk from our condo to the hotel, restaurants and bars. Our favorite was the Jimmy Buffet Five O’Clock Somewhere outdoor bar. Great food and friendly service. The condo had a perfect sized kitchen with everything you need, coffee maker, blender microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator with ice maker. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans…the works! The bedroom was good size with a comfortable king sized bed and nice view of the pools and beach. Living room was big with plenty of seating. Our favorite hang-out was the private, covered patio facing the pools and ocean. The condo was very clean and well equipped including beach towels and a little cooler to take to the beach. We hope to go back and stay there!
