Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

We stayed at Katiana’s for over a month while working remote. The apartment was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay! Super close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of room. The outdoor space was great and there was lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). thanks for a great stay!

Clean, beautiful views, nice tranquil location. Gabriel was proactive with recommendations and answering any questions that came up (example where is there a nearby surf shop). Luquillo beach is beautiful! Looking forward to returning to this location and staying with Gabriel!

Great stay. Older place, but very clean. Looked like the pictures. The view looking at the ocean was beautiful! Beach across the street was also very nice, with beautiful water. But, very windy during our stay. Not sure if that is the norm. Good beach ammeties provided by Alejandro. A/C is in bedrooms only, and worked great. The house and near neighboring homes were clean and felt safe. Driving to the house, could seem a bit unsettling to someone not used to PR, but all was good. One great restaurant in the neighborhood. Pasta Y Rico. Awesome. Overall, great place to stay for the money. Highly reccomend.

Beautiful clean place, close to restaurants and beaches. Pool was nice but make sure you enjoy in the morning because the sun sets at the front of the building. I loved that they provided beach chairs and coolers! Would stay here again for sure.

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

Our family loved our stay at Christian’s home. It was in an excellent location- 2 minute walk to the pool, 5 minutes to Playa Azul. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and in close proximity to great local restaurants and the rainforest. Christian was very helpful throughout our stay and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Maria's property is truely a home away from home. Would book it again and would not mind recommending to loved ones. Last but not least Maria as responsive as she could be and a great host!

This was a great stay! Great proximity to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded during our stay. It was the ideal location as we were attneding a conference at the resort next to this property. The one thing i would suggest is adding a small trash bin in the bedrooms but other than that this is an awesome place. There is also not a lot of outlets but that is managable. One bathroom on the main level does not have an outlet. I appreciated the cleanliness upon arrival. Sophia was very quick to respond to questions. The linens were clean and I appreciated that they were not heavily scented. I would highly recommend this air bnb.

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great Air BnB. We travel often and stay in plenty of them. Carmen was helpful, friendly & responsive. The apartment was in a very beautiful area, gated and safe. First level front door so no stairs to climb. Very pretty view from the balcony. The place was clean, and nicely decorated. The apartment was spacious also. This was one of the most well stocked air bnbs we've ever stayed at. Beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, bug spray, paper towels, laundry, q-tips, etc all was there for us to use. The linens and towels were of nice quality and plentiful. Beds were also comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! 👍🏼

We loved our stay at Rio Mar Village and were very sad to leave when our trip was over. The condo was very comfortable and well-stocked. It is at the end of a cluster and we enjoyed the privacy of it. Walking to the complex pool is feasible (10 minutes or less to walk), but we mostly chose to drive. The pool was beautiful and quiet--at most 4 other people in it when we were there. You have to drive to get to the beach and restaurants, but that was no problem for us. Supermarkets and Walgreens are within 10 minutes. The mouth of El Yunque is also a quick drive from the resort entrance. Airport (when no traffic) was 35 minutes drive and Old San Juan is about 45 minutes. Great restaurants in the resort but also near Luquillo Beach. Of all the places we have stayed in Puerto Rico, this was the best. It gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do on the island while also giving us the peacefulness and privacy of our own home. Loly is a great host and replies to texts right away.

The condo is nestled on the gated grounds of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel with stunning landscaping and beautiful beaches. We didn’t rent a car during our week-stay and found everything we needed within a few minutes walk from our condo to the hotel, restaurants and bars. Our favorite was the Jimmy Buffet Five O’Clock Somewhere outdoor bar. Great food and friendly service. The condo had a perfect sized kitchen with everything you need, coffee maker, blender microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator with ice maker. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans…the works! The bedroom was good size with a comfortable king sized bed and nice view of the pools and beach. Living room was big with plenty of seating. Our favorite hang-out was the private, covered patio facing the pools and ocean. The condo was very clean and well equipped including beach towels and a little cooler to take to the beach. We hope to go back and stay there!

I unfortunately was unable to stay due to a medical emergency in the airport heading to Puerto Rico. Maria was super responsive leading up to the trip and through the check-in day. I wish I would have been able to stay but I appreciate her kindness and all she did to help! If I get the chance to come back, I will be booking with her.

We booked this the same day due to an unexpected cancelation and received an immediate response which was very helpful. They let us know when we the room was ready & were very responsive. The home was beautiful & clean. We loved sitting out front looking at the ocean & watching paragliders overhead. Loved the ocean breeze during the day - we didn't need the air too much. We drove to the beach - this is ocean front not beach front. Quick drive to beach & stores/restaurants. We also drove to the rainforest which was about 25 minutes. Some of the houses next to us where abandoned & falling into the sand. But that doesn't affect the ocean view - it was beautiful!! Just not a walkable neighborhood. However, there is a little stand/kiosk around the block that sells coconuts & some food. We got the coconut water & it was great. There were beach items to use, beach towels & even board/card games - this was great with the kids! It had everything you need. We would return!

My daughter and I absolutely loved staying at the apartment. I am so happy we booked with Lymaris, who was great with all communication from the my inquiry to our checkout. The place itself is lovely with just the right amount of space for us (my daughter loved the bunk bed nook and having her own bathroom.) The main bedroom was also terrific with lots of light (but good shade options for filtering the light or blacking it out for sleep.) I appreciated all the extras that were thought of - even the beach/pool towels were perfect (lightweight and quick day), the beach toys, chairs, sunscreen, etc. Having the option for the pool and the beach right there for us was amazing for the days that we wanted to stay at the property. Also the proximity to El Yunque and Seven Seas was great. We had a week to enjoy the place and did not want to leave! We would absolutely love to return asap!

I highly recommend Arif and his beautiful place. Our stay was Feb- April 2nd 2025 and plan 3-4 months again on 2026. Spacious, clean with peaceful surroundings. Our host thought of everything to make our trip comfortable and absolutely fabulous. Arif placed a small generator, came out to meet us, security and all staff attentive and gracious. We cannot wait until we return! Thank you, Arif for everything!!
