Great home and host! Our family of six had plenty of space to spread out when we wanted but the home also had wonderful common areas. We loved spending time outside by the pool (cooking and playing) and enjoying the view from the rooftop.

Es difícil encontrar lugares que permitan disfrutar de un espacio seguro y acogedor para varias personas. El lugar tenía de todo, la cocina extremadamente equipada, los cuartos extra cómodos, los baños super limpios y espaciosos. Las facilidades recreativas espectaculares. La comunicación con el host fue extraordinaria. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Estamos eternamente agradecidos por la oportunidad de habernos tenido en su espacio durante un weekend memorable. This home was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 daughters. It was just as the pictures showed it and spotlessly clean and private. We felt safe while we were here. Having the beach towels, chairs and umbrella was super helpful and I also made use of the hammock. There is a fantastic beach just a 5-6 blocks away (Playa Fortuna) and another one (Balneario) just 2 miles away. We had a car so were able to take several day trips to Fajardo, Old San Juan, and the rainforest - and this location was great for all of that. Check in and out was super easy- just make sure you use the pinned location Ricardo sends you and don’t type the address is like I did the first time (there are several streets with the same name 😜). It is a true Puerto Rican neighborhood - so you will hear frogs, birds, dogs and of course roosters which takes some getting used to if you’re used to city noises. I would definitely stay again!

This place is so beautiful, there is so much cool stuff to do nearby like the el yunque rainforest and carabali adventure park as well as some good restaurants. The house is beautiful and has tons of cute spots to enjoy outside!

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place! He was able to accommodate us on short notice and made us feel right at home. We also got to meet and pet his dogs, which was a plus.

The place is as beautiful as the pictures on the site. The location was perfect, close to Luquillo beach, El Yunque and not a bad ride to San Juan. We were lucky to have a great view from the back yard of the New Year's Eve fireworks. Overall, our experience was amazing. I cannot recommend Daniel and Ana and their property highly enough. Looking forward to another trip to my beautiful Puerto Rico and to another stay at this wonderful place. Thanks Daniel and Ana!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. The pool was spotless, and the backyard hangout area was a great place to unwind. The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful. They provided great local recommendations and even helped connect us with a boat rental (even though it didn’t work out, I really appreciated the effort!). Another thoughtful touch was the provided towels, which made things even more convenient. One of my favorite parts was the shower—it had great water pressure, and felt like a mini spa experience! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained stay with a great host. Would definitely return!

Stay was amazing. We did have difficulties locating the entrance to the apartments due to the instructions but was able to locate it shortly after looking around! It is to the left coming from the entrance! Beautiful view btw! Rooms are very comfortable, definitely recommend this stay!!

I had an amazing experience staying at Juan's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was even better than the pictures, with everything thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The beach views were absolutely stunning. I could sit for hours just taking in the beautiful scenery. The location is also perfect, situated in a very quiet, gated community that felt incredibly safe and private. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, with plenty of privacy. Juan was a fantastic host, very welcoming and attentive. He made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and was always quick to respond with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway. I can't wait to return!

Great no frills condo right next to the beach, and within minutes of Luquillo, El Yunque and other fun places to visit. An easy walk to the ocean and the mouth of a local river. We had a great stay!

Beautiful place and great location!!! Super close to Margaritaville and Luquillo Beach. Found good restaurants and Walmart was appropriately 20 min away to get stuff we needed. Found a quiet beach and enjoyed ourselves. We had a group of 6 and we had plenty of room. Had a great stay. Thank you!!

The property was perfect for what my family and I needed . Beautiful space within a short drive from many great restaurants , attractions and beaches . The patio and roof deck were amazing . The property felt very safe. It was so quiet and peaceful at night . Thank you for a great stay!!

This is my second stay. You can see my review from March of last year for a full review. In summary, the apartment is large, clean and well appointed. It’s in a safe, gated community a few minutes off of highway 3. Close to restaurants and Luquillo beach. The host is friendly and responsive. WiFi is strong and free Netflix. No issues experienced . I would stay again in the future.

A great place to stay.

House was clean, Jose left some goodies for us enjoy. The bed in the master bedroom the best I’ve found in an airbnb. Jose follow up with our stay and gave us very helpfull tips. The terrace was great and we enjoy the jacuzzy (and it has great tempature). Will book for sure on my next trip to the island, it was a pleasure.

Everything was as expected from the listing. Absolutely gorgeous property and location was ideal for our first time in Puerto Rico. Got to enjoy the Wyndham property and of course the beach and water. This place reminded us of Hawaii so much we are coming back next year if not sooner. Very quiet location. Pool steps away. Million dollar view from lanai. Great value. It isn’t a brand new unit so don’t expect perfection in the features. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a couple or two couples. What can make it even better? Having a golf cart available or bikes. Otherwise we loved the place and will surely come again. And tell others. This is a great location to access eastern PR and the islands. Of note, the beach has significant waves it seems so small children might be more cautious. The cove to the north, a quarter mile walk along the beach is calmer. Thanks Ed and Juan!

Excellent stay. would stay again 100%. A little confusion on finding the place. why not just share location so people can use maps app on phone? we were always given directions which wasnt even the road we were coming from. was frustrating but once arrived everything excellent.

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Golf resort, and it was an unforgettable experience from the moment I arrived. We were in awe of the stunning views that surrounded the resort, the lush greenery and panoramic landscapes made it perfect and tranquil atmosphere. The one bedroom vila was immaculate. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views with great accommodations and excellent service. I can't wait to return!

As described. it was a very well kept apartment. Great location, nearby different restaurants, local bars, beaches and El Yunque. Very peaceful beach just steps away from the apartment. We loved it. Thanks David and Anthony. We will visit again soon.

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Unit met our families needs and had nice extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. Also, multiple restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the rooftop. It was awesome to have a private patio overlooking the ocean on one side and the rainforest on the other. Though the surrounding homes and structures still show heavy signs of hurricane destruction, walking down the street felt very safe. The neighbors were friendly and would wave when you walk/drive by. Dewey also had a lot of nice amenities for the kids, like sand toys, knee boards, beach towels, etc. Very well stocked. AC also worked well to keep us cool in the evenings.

This place is spectacular! Gorgeous views, the most relaxing balcony, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and beach equipment, beautifully decorated rooms and great communication from our host. He was fantastic! I could go on and on. Our family was in awe from the moment we walked in and saw the huge windows and the view. My kids spent hours out on the balcony in the hammock and I enjoyed morning and evening reading time out there as well. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!
