Great apartment for the money. Has a laundry down stairs. Has a great pond which is deep for the fish to swim in. Could be more fish Very comfy bed and AC. Very strong wifi, I saw many digital nomads working there. Would recommend anyone to stay as the location is amazing, close to many Korean supermarket

Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung ganz oben im 11. Stock mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt dort oben keine Mücken und man kann mit offener Balkontür schlafen, schon alleine das ist ja in Vietnam eher selten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, mit zwei großen Pools, die sehr erfrischend sind. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Liegen und im Garten noch einige mehr gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. In der Nähe kann man auch günstig Roller mieten, um dann die Strände und die bezaubernde Stadt zu erkunden. Harley ist als Gastgeberin sehr sehr herzlich und bemüht, damit sich der Gast wohl fühlt. Sie hat immer ganz schnell geantwortet, wenn ich etwas gefragt hatte und hat mir einige gute Tips gegeben, was in Hoi An zur Zeit los ist. Ich komme sicher wieder und kann die kleine Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

We stayed 3 nights and it was good!! The place has its own elevator so it was easy to get to the room with all our luggages! The place has a functional kitchen, wifi, and television. They also have washer downstairs you can use for free. I just hope the kitchen has more kitchenware. The wifi can be a bit slower sometimes, hope it can be improved. And lastly, i hope it has more rugs in the room! But overall, it was a good stay. The host was easy to contact, and the location is near the beach! :)

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

We had a great stay at Trang's place The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need. Looks just as on the pictures with a beautiful view from the balcony. The whole building/block is massive but well maintained and in a perfect location. There is also security downstairs but not like it matters as everywhere around feels save. Trang arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport and she replies quickly in case you need anything. I highly recommend if you are considering this apartment.

The host was amazing—very friendly and always willing to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and looked exactly like the photos. I felt very comfortable and at home during my stay. The location was convenient, and the price was very reasonable for what I got. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Wir haben hier über zwei Monate verbracht und uns zu Hause gefühlt. Anfangs war die laute Hauptstraße und (bis zum Schluss) das sehr harte Bett gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Nähe zum Strand sowie zum empfehlungswerten Stand "Banh My Chay Tâm Tri" und dem Bac My An Markt mit seinem legendären Kem Bo (Avocado-Eis) haben dies aber mehr als wettgemacht. Die jungen Angestellten des hauseigenen Café "Seven Days Coffee" waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr willkommen war uns auch die wöchentliche Reinigung und der Austausch von Bettzeug & Handtüchern. Das Apartment war modern und eher nach westlichen Standards ausgestattet z. B. Induktionsherd. Wer häufig selber kochen möchte, kommt aber mit nur einer Herdplatte und der Grundausstattung (bei längeren Aufenthalten) an seine Grenzen. Da das Essen in Vietnam aber so günstig ist, waren wir aber meist essen (Straßenstände mit Plastikstühlen oder lokale Märkte - lokal, lecker, günstig, authentisch) oder haben uns etwas mit GrabFood bestellt. Gerne wieder!

Chúng tôi rất thích Villa này, máy bay delay hơn 1 tiếng nhưng chủ nhà vẫn chờ và chuẩn bị bánh ngọt và nước, con chúng tôi rất đói và cám ơn nhiều sự đón tiếp này, hồ bơi rộng và phòng khách rất lớn. Không gian xanh yên tĩnh . Chúng tôi sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu Villa này cho các bạn của chúng tôi.

다낭 처음으로 갔는데 정말 만족한 숙소였습니다. 해변도 도보로 가능 하고 근처 한국마트 한국식당 다 있습니다 다 도보로도 가능해요!! 정말 불편함 없지 잘지냈습니다!! 다름에도 또 방문할께요!

모든 것이 완벽합니다. 호스트와의 소통은 빠르고 원활했구요. 훌륭한 1층의 공용 공간, 독립된 2,3층의 방들은 깨끗한 화장실을 가지고 있고, 마당의 수영장은 어른도 충분히 즐길 수 있었어요. 깊은 곳은 아이에게는 좀 깊을 것 같지만, 깊이가 얕은 곳도 있어 가족이 머물기에 최고입니다. 주로 여행하는 시내와 거리가 약간 멀다는 것이 아쉬운 점이긴 했지만 그랩 이용하면 그리 불편하지 않았어요. 다음 방문시에도 이 곳에 머물고 싶습니다.

It was very convenient because it was near the beach and the mart and restaurants were close. I recommend this accommodation.

My partner and I were staying there with our 11 months old and it was just perfect for the the 3 of us! The swimming pool was great!

Feel like home - Good value for your money!

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

The place is great if you are looking to be distant from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Hanoi. We also had full access to the resort’s facilities which was wonderful. It is around 20min walk to the closest town and around 1.5hrs walking to the old town (or a 10-15min grab). The room is spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and with a great view overlooking the sea. Kathy was wonderful and very helpful. On top of her list of recommended things to do and places to go to, she was always sending additional tips to us. I highly recommend her place.

Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!

체크인과정도 아주 쉬웠고, 사진과 룸이 동일합니다. 신규 룸 이라서 세탁기, 전자레인지등 다 새제품으로 너무 좋았고, 생각보다 침대가 넓어서 아주 편하게 잤어요, 수영장도 너무 잘 이용했고, 버기도 잘 이용했습니다. 호텔이용객과 큰 차이가 없었어요, 청소가 매일안되는것과 조식제공이 안된거는 거지만, 저희는 룸에 다른사람 들어오는게 싫어서 오히려 나았고, 조식은 필요하면 요금내고 이용하면 되니까 괜찮았어요! 아쉬운건 와이파이가 룸에 들어오면 잘 연결이 안됬지만 그래도 가성비 아주 좋아요~ 다음에도 또 이용할거에요 궁금한것도 빠른응답해주고, 잘 쉬고 갑니다~^^
