I had a pleasant stay. Very beautiful home with great ambiance. The team is great, well coordiated and always available to help. We had a toddler with and she felt at home. I’ll recomend tnkse looking for a homely and relaxing evironment whishing to gat away from all the noise and distractions, you wont go wrong at Mbale country home. Has a great rustic vibe, finishes, spaces and furniture, really great!

John is an amazing host, he was very accommodating whenever we had any needs, he was always kind and gracious. He even arranged wifi to be installed during our stay. He went over and above to make sure our stay was a wonderful experience. His wife is an amazing cook so we ordered food several times, and she was always smiling and helpful. The property is in a lovely location with a beautiful garden and mountain view. The amenities covered all we needed and is spacious. During my stay I had an accident while away from the property and John and his wife came to visit me in the hospital to check I was OK and had all I needed. I would definitely stay there again and feel happy to highly recommend this airbnb. Thank you John it was a pleasure getting to know you and your wife 😀

We stayed with Jacob for only one night and It was our first night in Uganda. Jacob gave us a lot of useful tips. We enjoyed the whole evening talking about various things. He is friendly, helpful and has more cosmopolitan understanding about the world than most locals do, so I highly recommend to stay with Jacob. And even after leaving his home he helped us to find our way when hiking.

I had a great stay at Citizen. The staff were friendly and helpful, the appartment felt homey, was well located and good value for money. Thanks for being great hosts! I would definitely stay here again.
