We loved staying there, especially the dogs! I want to stay again next weekend!

This place was immaculate. Well kept, modern, private, upscale galore all around including the backyard. There is plenty of space inside and out. Unfortunately, my family and I did not get to enjoy too much of the outdoor considering, there was so much rain due to Hurricane Helene. However, the pool and grilling area would have been quite an enjoyment on any given afternoon! My family and I usually visit Nicaragua every other year. When I compare this house to a hotel such as the InterContinental or Hilton Princess. You get much more space and privacy for just a little bit more which is so worth it specially, if you have a group of 5 or 6!

It is the best deal in town . Beautiful home . The property is well kept and has everything one might need .

Que decir de este lugar, es tan tranquilo y tan hermoso. Me sentí tan relajado estos días, además de la zona que es muy tranquila y llena de naturaleza. Nel se porto super linda y accesible xon nosotros todo el tiempo, además que su cosecha de café es excelente. En caso de volver a viajar a Nicaragua, no duraremos en regresar a este lugar ❤️✨️

The house is great specially for family gatherings. Would definitely come back again lovely house and Sindy was amazing always very helpful goes above and beyond.

Nos alojamos junto a mi familia, un ambiente muy seguro con mucha vigilancia, Jesenia siempre estuvo pendiente y nos envio a Maria muy linda y amable. Surgio un imprevisto pero lo solucionaron en el momento, sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos con ella. La casa muy limpia, bastante amplia y acojedora!

Salvador was responsive, friendly and very helpful. His place was cozy, clean and convenient for my family. I will definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice spot to rent right outside of Managua.

Very nice stay, very big house, and comfortable!

From check-in to check-out, everything was very straightforward. Natalia and Martin were very responsive, although everything went smoothly, so not much assistance was needed. The home was open and breezy, so it was very comfortable, especially in the evenings. It was just as it appeared in the photos. We enjoyed the company of the REAL owner of the house, Gustavo, the resident cat, and his often visiting friend Lulu. All-in-all, we felt very much at home and had a very nice time getting to see Managua and the surrounding area. There are some places on Lake Managua that were very pleasant, with a real tropical feel, right in the surrounding forest. We even got to see (and HEAR) a troupe of howler monkeys. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip, and always nice to have such a pleasant place to come back to each night,

Quedamos encantados con el lugar, nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa, sentimos mucha tranquilidad alejados del bullicio de la ciudad disfrute mucho las mañanas en la hamaca, un lugar muy limpio y fresco, el señor Julio también muy amable y ni hablar de nuestro anfitrión Marc muy amable y atento a las necesidades de nosotros Muchas gracias! Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar 😌

Julio fue un excelente anfitrión, atento a todas las necesidades. La casa es fresca y confortable . La atención de Lilian excelente y lo considero un destino altamente recomendable.

The house was very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed and very secure! Water pressure is definitely better in the morning or late at night if you want to do laundry, but that’s everywhere in Managua. Heat is tolerable with the fans during the day. The house has lots of windows and doors, if you keep them open while you’re home during the day you get a nice breeze coming through. Not too hot at night, we slept good with the fans on and some nights were a little chilly. Two of the fans weren’t functioning but Otoniel replaced them promptly. The host is really nice and responsive, communicates with you whenever you reach out. Don’t leave the trash out in the front the night before trash pick up, cats will get to it, bring it out the morning of. Cleaning tools are available. Fridge needs a little maintenance but kept my food nice and cold. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back soon. We felt right at home! Thank you!

Perfect little house in a quiet neighborhood. It was just what we needed for our stay, close to bus terminals, and the airport. Will definitely book again!

Great place to stay! Just note you might have an extra charge for energy according to additional house rules but is really a nice place.

Coming here was such a pleasant surprise- I thought it was one bedroom and it was three with two bathrooms, huge kitchen with everything and a lovely patio in back with shade and two trees where we strung our travel hammock. The neighborhood felt safe and there was great wifi and incredible service and attention form all involved from check-in to check-out. I'll recommend this place to anyone looking to find a nice oasis and feel at home (if you're westerner especially). Laundry machine and everything you need to do washing makes it extra awesome. Hot showers. Any questions or issues- immediate resolution. Its the team on the ground that I can't say enough good things about. Im at airbnb host and having someone like Eliza to make sure things run smoothly is absolutely essential. We moved to smaller apt last days that is next door and shares same back and front patio and didn't hardly hear them or see them. Thank you all (and Marvin, hope to meet you in person back home)!
