Ate Betty is very kind and friendly...so dont worry about the hospitality...even the dogs will welcome 'u'.. and the place is clean and cozy...with nature surrounding u...every penny is worth what you paid for..and 1000/100 we will visit next time.. soo dont think just go for it and book it... Perfect Stay, Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at Gutierrez Apartment's! The apartment was just as described and even better in person. It was [clean, cozy, spacious], and the location was perfect—close to the wedding that we are to attend. The [bed, living space, bathroom, etc.] was very comfortable, and it really felt like a home away from home. John was an excellent host—very responsive and welcoming. His quick to responses and very accomodating. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lingayen. Thanks you

We had an amazing experience staying at AVE HOMES. The apartment and the whole place were exactly as described — super clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Great parking space. We also loved the location; it was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and little shops for basic needs. :) The hosts were fantastic, went above and beyond — they communicated quickly in resolving a minor challenge we had and provided exceptional resolution. We found it very sweet when they gave us complimentary fruits. We are grateful for the smooth communication with the owners as well as the caretakers and the sister's owner. We truly appreciate all your efforts in ensuring our comfort. The kids loved the pool! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again on our next trip! We have been looking for a second home in visiting Pangasinan and we found it here. :)

A great place and walkable to Manaog Church. Almira is pro active and communicates well. Ms. Danah is also helpful.. They also listened to my special request.. surely will stay again and highly recommended.

Bambi was responsive and had genuine concern for her visitors, especially that Pangasinan was affected by the recent typhoon. Amenities were as is shown here. Family enjoyed their stay.

The place was worth the money, it was very affordable. Also, it is huge and spacious. There were only two hiccups, the map location was not perfect as it was a little difficult to find the listing, we tried waze and google map, but still could not locate, so I had to find a tricycle to show us the place, and there was a tiny prob on connecting to the wifi, password was not working. Despite of the hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends, it is perfect especially for big groups. Love it! One more thing, the host Nena was professional and very accomodating. She should be a Superhost. Thank you host!
