Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brooke’s place! It was clean and had plenty of amenities—soap and dishwasher pods, toilet paper and paper towels, plus the beach wagon, chairs, and toys, which were a HUGE plus for our family! The short walk to the beach was convenient and we spent lots of hours there and at the pool. We were disappointed the pool closed at dusk, but found other things to do. Overall we had an excellent stay and would return to this home!

The beachy blue home was a great vacation home for my family. The location was perfect. A short walk or golf cart ride to the beach with plenty of spots to park. The beach location was also wonderful as it was not as crowded as other locations we have stayed in the past. The pool was a great oasis for my kids and the spa was a great surprise. It was warm enough to sit in during cool nights and still use during the day to relax. We had a party of 8 and the setup of the house was perfect with rooms, beds and bathrooms. We would absolutely rent here again.

Akira was delightful to deal with and the condo was clean and well furnished and extremely comfortable. One very important NOTE - the listing states “Oceanfront Condo”…..the condo is NOT Oceanfront. It is across the street from the ocean block. It is an approx. 150 yard walk to the beach…across Gulf Road. However, there is a rooftop deck directly off the living room that has a water view. It is a great deck and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. Off street parking was VERY convenient. Bottom line - it is a very nice condo and we had a nice stay. Akira was very responsive to any questions we had.

The Cottages were great hosts. The place had all the accommodations needed to make us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well kept. We particularly appreciated how stocked the house was, plenty of beach/pool towels, beach equipment (chairs, wagon), and all the other amenities we expected. The elevator is a great touch. I never thought we would need/want one, but with kids, beach gear, groceries, etc. it made a huge difference. We didn’t need much during our stay, but when we reached out, the host was very responsive. Overall, a great location, great house, and excellent host. Highly recommended.

We LOVED our stay here. Close to everything, yet have your own peaceful space. We walked to coffee every morning, then gelato at night. Beach and restaurants super close. Always something to do. We had a car with us, but didn't really drive when we were there....took the trolly, which was great! The neighborhood is charming and filled with the best neighbors! Would love to come back!!

What a great house on Bradenton beach. The house has everything you could need for a good time. Kitchen well stocked, linens and beds are comfy. Would def recommend this place to friends!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The pros were being able to walk to the beach through private gate access, anything we needed for the beach was provided including toys for kids, home had all the necessities, and the kids enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the beach. A few cons would be because there is a lot of construction going on down this road (including the bottom units) we could hear work trucks in the mornings which disrupted any plans to sleep in, the bed in the primary room also had dips in it, and one of two dryers on-site did not work so when we started 2 different wash loads we had to wait for one load to finish before drying the other (not a huge deal but it was unexpected, could also cause an issue if there were other units trying to wash/dry at the same time). Overall the place is as described and our family was comfortable. I’d recommend this place to others.

Our whole family loved staying here and we all had a hard time leaving! The home was beautifully furnished with top of the line everything. Kitchen was well equipped with anything you could need. The pool was so much fun, easily able to use the spa feature on colder evenings, kids loved it. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon! We rented bikes and everything was within 2-3 blocks, a super quick ride all around. Our first time to this area and we already want to come back.

The house is great. Very private for being close to the main road. The pool area was very protected and had good sun Jennifer responded very quickly to all our questions. We walked to the beach in 5 minutes and biked to Publix with ease. Even though it’s next to the busy road we never noticed the noise. It’s a well maintained property.

We absolutely loved staying at L’Oasis west! The place was exactly like the pictures. It was so well kept and extremely clean.The location was just 2 blocks from the beach which was about a 7 minute walk. We really appreciated having the wagon and cooler and beach chairs as we went to the beach daily. We also used the pool a lot as well. It was a great “home away from home” and we will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

What a beautiful home - right across the street from the beach. Amazing views from the deck, easy walk up to Bridge Street (shops and restaurants) would be happy to visit again in the future. The loft is great for teens to give them their own space.

This place was wonderful, Peaceful,quiet,private beach , everything described in listing. I would definitely stay here again! The view was picture perfect! Location was everything you would want .

John was a great host. He answered all of my questions before and during our trip in a timely manner. The place was cozy and comfortable. It was really quiet and great for sleeping. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and absolutely loved sitting outside in our private patio whether enjoying morning coffee or a nice glass of wine before dinner. There was a lot to do within walking distance (beach of course!, park, local shops and restaurants) or a quick drive away. We took advantage of many of John's recommendations. Longboat key is a special place and we'd certainly love to return some day. Thank you!

Varinia was very responsive and helpful. She was thoughtful and checked in. Place was just as described and had everything we needed. So close to private beach and own clean pool. We had a great stay at a great place!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

This condo was SO clean and absolutely perfect for our stay with gulf views and all the amenities you could need for a week’s stay! I would definitely stay here again. For anyone interested in booking this condo, don’t hesitate for a second. I will be truthful that if going during spring break time you should be prepared for loud college kids in nearby condos who don’t have much respect for those trying to sleep at 11:00, but we knew this going into our trip since we’ve been to Siesta Key before during spring break. That is not the fault of Jennifer though or her place. It is the perfect spot for a beach vacay, and I’d definitely visit again!

Linda's place is wonderful for our needs. We love its location, walkability and homey feel that is fading fast in other parts of the island. Sandy, who we have had most of our contact with, is warm, responsive and flexible.

Everything was great, from check-in to checkout! The place was very clean and comfortable throughout. A great location on the island, an easy walk to the beach, the pool was nice, everything was very peaceful and relaxing. We would love to stay again sometime!
