Had a great time staying at Erika's place, without any issues! The house was as described in the listing and the photos. The amount of space was great for several guests, and the provided desk / wifi was great for working productively in a remote fashion. The neighborhood and surrounding area is very walkable, and the area has an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, whatever you might need while in the area. Communication was great throughout the stay when needed (basically only when checking in/out).

Me, my wife, and my two young kids (7&5) had a great week-long stay at this home. The home was very well stocked with everything you would ever need. We enjoyed the home, the pool, the tennis court, the basketball court, and the dock! Brett was the absolute best host we’ve ever experienced. He took time to show us around the entire property upon arrival, and was available at the drop of a hat to answer any questions. He even checked in periodically throughout the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. A very personable host that felt more like family than anything else. We will definitely be back in the years to come to this amazing property! Would HIGHLY recommend!

The stay at Jorge's house exceeded expectations. He is responsive, kind, and very helpful. The house is comfortable, clean, and has a spacious backyard. It's in a nice area of town, convenient to everything. Thank you, Jorge for everything! We would stay here again anytime, and highly recommend to anyone visiting Sarasota!

Stayed here for a night while in town for work, this host is great! The home was exactly as described. Plenty of space for my guys to rest comfortably. Alfonso wad helpful and attentive through the stay. Highly recommend saving yourself some bucks on your accommodations by staying her, and this have extra funds for activities and such! Wonderful host. Thanks Alfonso!

Janet is the best!! This was our third time booking with Janet. God willing we will be back next year. Janet is very helpful with restaurants, surrounding beaches and other activities near by. Janet house is very welcoming. We love the back Lanai. Great space to hang out.

Marko’s place was perfect for our ladies’ trip! He has thought of everything to make you feel so comfortable, from throw blankets in living room, to fun pool toys, to grill, there was everything and more to make our weekend fantastic. No expense was spared on the quality of the beds, sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, nespresso coffee machine, etc. Marko provided everything we could possibly need for the beach too! Chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even a wagon to carry it all! Once again, all top notch. Marko was super responsive also, giving us great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend this airbnb!

This home was fantastic for our family and the backyard oasis and activities made it perfect for us to stay here and vacation without having to leave the home much! It was perfect for our family with 4 children 13 and under. The location was great with a short drive to the beach when we wanted to go. The host was extremely responsive when we had any questions. The amount of supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, toiletries, dishwasher and washing machine pods) was perfect for our five-night stay. We will definitely be back!
