I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bungalow in Siesta Key, and it was everything I hoped for. The location was unbeatable—just a short drive or bike ride to the pristine white sands of Siesta Beach and the vibrant Siesta Key Village. The bungalow itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with a beachy vibe that instantly put me in vacation mode. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local restaurant recommendations.

This place is exactly as advertised. The location was particularly nice because it is a two minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Holmes Beach and within a very short drive to everything in Anna Maria Island. Place was extremely clean and well kept. The added benefit of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, kick boards, coolers, etc) pprovided by the owner was amazing. Everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great price on a rental in Holmes Beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the home. The salt water pool, hot tub, grill amenities were great! The home was clean and comfortable for two people. Per the listing description it did only provide minimal toiletries and kitchen supplies. There were no cleaning supplies which would have been nice to have one multi-purpose cleaner as we stayed two weeks. For a shorter stay this would probably not be a problem. Luckily there is a Dollar Tree and Publix within walking distance for any needed supplies. For the location it could not have been any better!! You're a quick walk to the beach and they provide a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and towels. It was nice and quiet. The free trolley was one of the greatest things on the island as well! Easy to get up North to Pine St. area or south to the Bridge St restaurants and there are stops located right near the condo. Amanda was also very responsive to any need we had! We loved it and would definitely return!

Great location and perfect spot for our small family! Amanda was so responsive with any questions we had! We spent most of time by the shared pool with our 2 year old and she loved playing in the shallow part! Located within walking distance to Publix and Walgreens which was very convenient when we needed to grab something quickly. We didn’t have the best beach weather but it was nice that it was so close.

Alan and his team have a great and clean place. Laundry soap, coffee, toiletries were all well stocked; the kitchen was well equipped. The TV was new and easy to use. The wifi was fast for both me and my partner as we worked during the day. His team was super responsive. The walls are thin, but the people staying in the other unit were respectful and friendly so it was not a problem. Thank you Alan and team!

We had a great week in this fantastic house. It had everything we needed and booth the house and the surroundings are really nice. We are a family of five (3 teenage boys) and we had a lot of space in the big house. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt really welcomed by Jack and his wife. We truly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who will spend their vacation at Floridas west coast. Thank you Jack for letting us stay in your home!

Darcy’s place was a great place to stay!! The space was clean and inviting!! She is quick to respond to any questions. I recommend Darcy’s house if you are needing a place to stay in Sarasota!!

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for six adults and two children. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the showers were great (shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included). The area is very peaceful and we loved the outdoor area with the fire pit. The location was great and not far from downtown or the beaches. Riche was very responsive and attentive. Merci for the lovely accommodations! We made great memories with our family!

Nicely updated home with beautiful pool area. Also, very clean and beds were comfy. Safe neighborhood and close to downtown Sarasota. Things that may be helpful for future guests: -Main bedroom only has a bathtub, no shower. We are not bath people so we used the other bathroom to shower. -There is lots of non stick cookware but only one stainless steel pan for cooking. -The host requires a signed rental agreement and a picture of your drivers license and credit card. This is something that requires you to communicate outside of the Airbnb site and made me uncomfortable. The host graciously accommodate my hesitancy and made arrangements for me to give this information in person on arrival. I called Airbnb to verify signing a rental agreement outside of the Airbnb app via email and they assured me that this host was approved to do so.

Sweet house...beds were AWESOME! Showers, amazing!! Kitchen had anything you could want...TV's were very nice with tons of options...a very centered house...we could walk to eating places, AMI general store, bike rentals, coffee, donuts. Just perfect! Thank you so much!!!

We just returned from our six week trip to Florida and have to say that this cute little home in Palmetto was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood that felt very much like home away from home for us. The house was well stocked. There’s plenty of towels, cooking utensils, and even beach supplies. The beaches that we visited and would recommend are Coquina Beach, Siesta Key Beach and Fort DeSoto which are all within about a 45 minute drive from the house. We loved taking walks around the neighborhood and at Robinson Preserve which is a wonderful place that is accessible and has some wildlife and scenic views. It’s also a great place to see a Sunset should you want to. The pool at the house is a very nice added bonus as it was clean and heated. We did have some pool maintenance issues during our visit, that did make the pool unusable for several days. The host was very responsive to the issues and remedied the situation to our liking.
