We had a great time at Gleb’s place. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. Comfortable beds. The bunk bed has a trundle mattress on the bottom which worked out great for my youngest child. The clubhouse is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as pictured, my family and I enjoyed are stay and had everything we needed. Would defiantly recommend visiting.

We loved our stay at Holly’s place. The outdoor space is peaceful and quiet and we loved the trees, the hot tub, and the outdoor shower. It was too cool for the pool, but it was lovely nonetheless. The TV was great, and the fridge is brand new and the stove was good quality, with the oven heating very quickly. The kitchen was well equipped. The King bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. We found it easy to get the bike trail and biked all over Sarasota as well as to Venice, Casey Key, and Longboat Key. We would definitely stay again.

The house is amazing and I truly loved staying there. The host was amazing and very responsive. It was so nice that they supplied extra amenities like toilet paper (3 per bathroom), soap(dish and hand soap in each bathroom), paper towels (3 rolls), pool towels (about 8), bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, a beach wagon, 3 beach chairs, and some beach toys. The rental was perfect for two families (4 adults/4 children ages 11-14). The heated pool and hot tub were very clean! The only cons were the master bedroom door to the pool and the bunk room top window did not have a blinds to keep the light out in the mornings, so FYI it can be bright if you like to sleep in. Overall, we had a great stay in this beautiful home and would stay again.

Evona is a terrific host & the place is amazing! I would give both 10 stars! We were well cared for, she even put our grocery order in the fridge when we had a travel delay & the response to questions was very quick! Whether we needed a bandaid, or beach towels or seasoning for food, the whole place is well stocked! The host, the setting, the surroundings, the available activities, the comfort of the house all provided a heavenly experience celebrating my wife's special birthday! I highly recommend Evona & this fabulous place! Thank you so very much!!

Fantastic 6 br house. Lanai pool with golf simulator was amazing. Our host Chris was on the spot helping us navigate our way around the house, pool , and especially the golf simulator. Didn’t realize there were 2 sets of washer/dryers. Very useful with 6 adults in the house. This will be our go to house for spring training baseball next year!

If you are looking for the absolute BEST place in Siesta Key to stay…THIS IS IT! Before the trip even began Gabriel was so responsive and helpful to all of my questions. When we arrived at the sweetest bungalow on the street, I knew we were in for such a treat. We had 9 women that stayed at the home and everyone had plenty of room and was very comfortable. The home was deceivingly big! We also rented the cottage and it is absolutely precious! All of the women absolutely adored this place. We walked to coffee in the mornings and the beach was right at the end of the street! It’s in a perfect location! We LOVED the outdoor pool…the home came with beach chairs and the best beach wagon I’ve ever used. When I say the house has everything…I couldn’t think of anything she didn’t think of. And last and most important thing to me is the cleanliness of the home… this house was pristine! Stop scrolling…this is your place!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and well accommodating for a family. My children loved the pool and the back yard. They also enjoyed the toys provided. We hope to be back. Hostess was very communicating with any problems we had.

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

Highly recommend!!! Jeff was an awesome host who made sure we were taken care of and all needs were met. Best at communication and accommodation! His place was clean and fresh! We also felt super safe! Cannot wait for the next chance to stay there again!!!

The location was great for work, the place had all the amenities that were needed during my stay.

Comfortable, cozy, clean and convenient. Appreciated all the supplies for a two week stay. I have stayed at other location that have provided an extra roll of tp and 2 detergent pods. Would definitely stay at Sue’s place next time if available. Thanks Again John

Agata's villa was perfect and she was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, lanai dining table, the reading lights and comfortable furniture in the living room, the bathtub as well as shower in both bathrooms, the Smart TV (there are three TVs), and the beach and children's equipment in the garage. The complex is lovely, peaceful and private -- a good place to take a walk, swim in the pool, play pickleball with an active group, use the billiards table in the clubhouse, join in on occasional activities such as bingo or trivia. The area is close to grocery shopping, The Legacy Trail for biking, Tamiami Trail and convenient for traveling to area beaches. We plan to go back here again and again. Thank you, Agata!

We really loved the house. It was clean and exactly as described. We are a family of 3. The area feels very safe. The community is kind and well maintained. There is almost no traffic around the house. We had a good night sleep, because there was no noise or alarms. We had a 15min drive to Siesta Key Beach which has a lot of free public parking and good restrooms. Its also 15min to I-75. In the garden you can watch lots of birds, rabbits and squirrels. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking and dining. The washer and dryer is also located in the kitchen and worked well. There were also lots of towels, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, drying rack, fast internet, tv with streaming box, toys, cooler, a drawer with essentials like batteries and yarn. In the garage you find a lot of beach stuff like poolnoodles, chairs, umbrealls and more toys. Check in and check out was very easy.

What up perfect place for a family! We each enjoyed it very much and we loved the location. Very close to downtown Sarasota many restaurants and coffee shops and very close to the beach. Gerardo communicated very well and we really appreciate that.
