Great location and excellent host . The apartment was a great space . We were able to walk to St Armands Circke and enjoy the restaurants .

We love staying in unique places and this was perfect for us. The room was an eclectic mix of historic and modern. We were greeted immediately when we arrived and shown to our room. Instructions for entering the building and room were clear and easy. We enjoyed breakfast one morning at the restaurant and it was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Everyone was always friendly in passing as we came and went. We’d definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed 4 nights at Casa Limonada. The place was beautiful and clean. Gur was friendly and very responsive to our needs. It was a quick walk to the beach and trolley stop. The walk to St. Armand’s was about 10-15 minutes for shopping and restaurants. It was very easy to use the bikes available on property. We highly recommend this peaceful location on Lido Beach.

Casa Limonada was a cool, comfortable location which was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was easy walking distance to the beach and just 15 minutes to walk to St Armands circle. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a great perk! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay!! It was so hard to leave this beautiful place. Great location…super quick walk to the beach & St. Armand’s Circle. Felt very safe. Gur is an amazing host. He provided us with so much information & lots of recommendations before our stay. He is quick to respond and will even come out to the property to solve any problems. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect location. Very clean. Well organized. Lot of storage for two people. Exactly as advertised, small yet ample room. Cute community of other rooms. Lots of outdoor common space. Community fire pit was fun to meet people.

Great location and very walkable. North Lido Park includes an eagles nest with a family of eagles. Quite the unexpected site. The neighborhood is full of beautiful plant life and mansions, with Armand circle being nearby for shops, live music, and restaurants. The beach is a short walk and gorgeous, though the red tide does make it a bit less enjoyable. Definitely research the red tide a bit before planning a trip. Worth the visit either way.

This place was great! Even better than the pictures! I had to reach out for check in information via phone call but Kathy was quick to respond from that point forward and great to work with. They were even able to accommodate my request for a late check out since our flight out was in the evening. Quick walk to the beach and comfortable beds! Plus, the beach by this villa was so perfect with white sand, clear water, and not overly crowded. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, Mike & Wendy are incredible hosts. Always responded to our questions and made sure we felt right at home. Would highly recommend staying at any property run by them!

this review is for Sable and/ or Coconut condo (same Floorplan I'm told). The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has new appliances and everything we needed to cook meals. The location is quiet and the 2 minute walk to the beach cannot be beat. Because there is not public beach parking there, the beach was less crowded than others. This is great beach for kids, low waves and sandbar to play on, lots of shells. My teen wanted bigger waves 🌊 There are 2 chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for use, plus a styro cooler we used to take drinks to the beach. Shower has good pressure and temperature. The outdoor shower on the back porch was helpful to have as well. washer/dryer in the unit was great. Sofa bed was not so comfy, but that is typical for sofa beds. It's fine for kids. Towels and linens very clean and lots of towels, plus separate beach towels. Very good condo in very excellent area. We would stay here again.

Mike and Wendy place make you feel like you never left home. The place is walking distance to the beach ( which for me is a must) , is equipped with everything that you need. My husband and I are super happy with Mike and Wendy ‘s place and the 5 teenagers boys that came with us had a BLAST TIME!!! Thank you Mike and Wendy and we will definitely be back!!!!

We were looking for a place close to friends that were staying a few blocks down. This place was great. Easy to get in and out of, very quiet and could walk every where we wanted to go. We brought food to cook breakfast and lunch to take to the beach which was perfect. there are not a lot of villas on the property which made it feel even more peaceful when we returned each evening. Would definitely stay again when in the area if available.

This place was exactly what I needed. The beach is 1 short block away. It was so quiet on the beach and in the air bnb. The kitchen was brand new, beautiful appliances, everything I needed to do a little cooking. I look forward to coming back again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island (AMI)... AND staying in a clean, comfortable, lovely Airbnb, like Mike & Wendy's, is a definite plus!!! We were in the Majestic unit which comfortably accommodated 5 adults and is part of a collection of Palm Villas. Nicely appointed, upgraded appliances, and every amenity to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Only steps away to one of the most pristine beaches and azure waters we've ever seen! Thank you, Mike and Wendy, we hope to visit again soon and we highly recommend your property to anyone who wants to visit AMI.

What an amazing place! Beautiful cozy heated pool. Quiet area! Just sat by the pool listening to the birds chirping! Peaceful! Romantic! Clean! Responsive host! Beach chairs to take with you. Walk to the beach just short few steps away! Don’t even get me started with the beach! I cried it was so amazing. We watched the sunset at the beach! Then we went back to the pool and romanced under the moon and stars! This shall be our regular spot. If you stay here, it will probably be your regular spot too! Great honeymoon spot!! If you’re looking for peace, quiet and romance, this is the place to stay! Parking outside, easy access to room, beach towels and chairs, room even with a door bell, heated pool like a soothing jacuzzi! My only question is how soon can I return! Still dreaming about the experience! Thank you for hosting us!!

We had to scramble after a reservation with another landlord fell thru at the last moment. Wendy was extremely helpful and patient at our hour of need. Will definitely be back next year.

This place was perfect location for a nights stay right by the airport. Restaurant on site was very good but also driving distance to a lot of other good places to eat and shop.

Gur was a fantastic host. We loved the privacy and comfort of Casa Limonada. It was very walkable to the beach, resort tiki bar, and St Armands.
