Das Haus von Erdal ist top! Geschmackvoll und sehr freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Beschreibung von dem Haus deckt sich mit der Realität. Super ist der Swimmingpool und der Garten! Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und Erdal ist ein zuvommender Vermieter! Ich kann dad Haus nur empfehlen!

Couldn't have asked for a better host. They were helpful from the very beginning and helped up with buying groceries and local food. Any problems with the villa were solved quickly and the host was very responsive. The location of the villa is a little secluded so having a taxi would be best. The villa itself is beautiful and we felt secure for our stay. The views from the balcony and the pool are what you would expect from a high end villa. Overall it was a really pleasant experience.

I have been to Side many times but staying in this stone house in the ancient city was a wonderful experience. Located right in the middle of the ancient city, when you look through the bay window you can see Apollo on the right and the sea on the left. All the needs in the house were meticulously considered. There were all the facilities to cook your own meals, even spices and sauces. When we arrived there, Mr. Süleyman immediately offered water and mineral water, which was a small but very kind act of kindness. He was also always very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommended. Thank you for everything.

Doğru seçim yapmışım dediğim bir seçim oldu. Erkan bey ve eşi Elmira hanım çok ilgiliydiler. Herhangi bir ihtiyacimiz halinde kendilerine bildirmemizi istediler. Varısta ve ayrılışta ulaşımımıza çok yardımcı oldular. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim.

An excelent experience. The villa is exactly like it looks in the pictures. The pool is big and very clean (it was serviced almost everyday in the morning). The internet speed is excelent, we had 4 teenagers that used it at the same time and it did not dissapoint. The furniture is high quality and the kitchen is fully equiped. We would deifinetly return and reccomand to others

Mycket bra boende, ser precis ut som på bilderna. Värden är otrolig vänlig, behövdes något så var det en värd som var behjälplig. Gästerna är lika trevliga och vänliga, man känner sig verkligen som hemma. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende. Jag vet med säkerhet att det blir en till vistelse om inte fler, i framtiden.

A good Apartment - Just perfect for my stay! I recently stayed in one of Sadik’s apartment and was absolutely delighted! The location is ideal quiet yet central, making it easy to reach all the attractions. The apartment itself was very clean and new. The cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. I especially want to highlight the host, who was always available. His friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend this apartment and look forward to my next visit! Next time I want to try the pool when it’s warmer than in March.

Wir wurden vorab vom Gastgeber angeschrieben mit allen notwendigen Check-In Infos. Bei der Ankunft hat er direkt auf uns gewartet, freundlich begrüßt und uns zur Wohnung gebracht. Dort hat er uns alles erklärt. Während des Aufenthaltes war er immer für Fragen erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Lage ist auch super, man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit in der Altstadt und am Strand. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gern wieder. 😊

Es war alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Tischgrill, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und Putzmittel vor Ort. Gamze von der Gästebetreuung ist sehr nett, war jederzeit zu erreichen und kürzester Zeit vor. Restaurants, Supermarkt Market und Migros zu Fuß ca. in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Pool war zu dieser Zeit (Mitte März) noch nicht gefüllt. Ich persönlich war sehr zufrieden und war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Onur Bey ve çalışanlar gayet sıcak kanlı, misafirperverlerdi. Herhangi bir ihtiyaç olduğunda karşılandı. Daire konforlu ve merkezi bir yerde olup sahile 10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Teşekkür ederim

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner entre amis chez Zehra et sa mère cette semaine. Zehra s’était déjà rendue très disponible avant notre arrivée en nous donnant de multiples informations sur les activités à faire dans sa belle région, s’occupant même parfois des réservations.  Malgré une arrivée tardive, un excellent repas nous attendait à la maison avec un dressage de table très soigné. Le contact le lendemain s’est révélé à la hauteur des premiers échanges.  Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners préparés par ses soins chaque matin et même un dîner. Tous les mets étaient d’excellentes qualités.  La maison offre une superbe vue sur Sidé et la côte.  Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables.  Les espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs sont propres, pratiques et superbes. La piscine est incroyablement grande. Bref, de quoi réjouir le plus grand nombre. Merci encore Zehra pour ce superbe séjour , ton hospitalité et ta gentillesse. Tes plats nous manquent déjà.

Beklentimizi karşılayan güzel bir konaklama idi. Aslan bey bizi hem karşıladı hem uğurladı, Her konuda yardıma hazır olduğunu gösterdi. Evde sadece tek kişilik yatak olan kısım aşırı küçük. Bizim o kısıma ihtiyacımız olmadığından sorun olmadı. O odaya göre planlama yapmamak gerekir. Onun dışında kış ayında orada olmamızdan dolayı havuz ve bahçede zaman geçiremedik ama buralarda bu mevsimde de bakımlıydı. Evde banyolar temiz ve kullanışlıydı, mutfakta yeterli düzeyde ekipman vardı ve temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Mutfaktan çıkılan terasta barbekü yapabilmek keyifliydi.

Cozy, comfortable and well furnished appartment in a peaceful area. Walkable distance to the old part of Side with all the tourist attractions. The check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful with recommendations. We were very happy with our choice for a long-weekend family getaway.

Отличный бассейн, полностью закрытый со сторны соседей и дороги. Дом трехэтажный, расположен в получасе езды от аэропорта. Без машины никак. Рестораны, магазины - минут 10 на машине. Реальность соответствует фотографиям. Хозяйка всегда на связи, отвечает очень быстро

Place was in a great location, very peaceful and close to the sea. Spacious accommodation and would be great for families. Was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need. Aslan was super helpful with his recommendations and spoke good English and Russian.

We have had the perfect week at the most perfect villa ! Our host was friendly , helpful and went above and beyond! Our welcome meal was spectacular in such beautiful surroundings . We opted for a brunch on our first morning and this was also delicious! Such care and attention was put in to the presentation also. We really can’t wait to visit again. Best air b and b host ever ! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful villa which had everything we needed for the week and more ! The bbq was spectacular , the pool was perfect and the villa was gorgeous . The landscaping was so beautiful. The Villa was spotlessly clean and in such a beautiful area . We cannot fault anything about our stay it really was perfect from beginning to end . We are so sad to be going home but We hope to see you again soon Zehra !

C’est un excellent séjour, Tahsin a su être constamment réactif. Il a su nous proposer des activités à faire près de Belek. Parapente, plages privées, parc d’attraction etc. Le logement se trouve à côté de tout les commerces. Et est très spacieux. La piscine était agréable et propre. Il nous a par ailleurs offert le transfert pour l’aéroport. Je vous conseille de prendre un airbnb si vous comptez faire beaucoup d’activités. En effet dans un hotel all inclusive vous êtes à pertes étant donné que vous ne profitez pas de tout les services étant constamment en activité. C’est sûr que nous reviendrons !
