Perfect place for our group attending a weekend of events nearby. The location is excellent, the outlook is a bonus. Steve’s house is one of the best equipped properties we have stayed in. Everyone slept well in their comfortable beds. Plenty of parking too and in a very nice neighbourhood.

A fabulous home very close to amenities. Warm, cosy and comfortable with, maybe I was very lucky but, delicious home baking on arrival. Great home, great deal and I will be back.

Lynne's place is absolutely beautiful and was even more amazing in person. All the rooms were really comfortable and had AC/heatpumps. The kitchen was well equipped and had cooking basics. The place was really clean when we arrived and check in was easy. It is a lovely peaceful area but still close and walkable to central Havelock. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Endsleigh Cottage was wonderful; it had everything we needed and was situated on gorgeous grounds with a genuine old world charm.

The Red Shack is one of the best Air Bnb’s we have stayed in. Very rustic, and so comfortable and homely. Silke & Duane were brilliant to deal with and have thought of everything one needs. Would definitely recommend to others.

Eduard was an incredibly generous host to such a unique and wonderful accomodation. The rolling hills, attention to detail, and mindful interior design made for a peaceful and tranquil weekend. I’ve also never seen more stars in my life!

très bon séjour même pour une nuitée. la maison est très très bien équipée et tout a été pensé pour que l'on ne manque de rien, tant dans la cuisine que dans les salles de bains ou les chambres très confortable , calme mignon et joliment décoré c'est le logement le mieux équipé de notre séjour ! Merci beaucoup allez y les yeux fermés !

Great Hosts Great Location for a team training Great Space with beautiful surroundings

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

Suzannes’s place is a delight. It is a well laid out, nicely decorated unit. There is lots of equipment for cooking. Suzanne and her husband were very friendly, helpful and caring. To top it of I was greeted with a loaf of homemade bread! Whanganui is a lovely city. I hope I will be able to return and stay at Suzanne’s again.

Had a great stay here. Loved the apartment. Brian was very helpful and responsive. Only stayed one night as we were just passing through but would’ve loved to stay longer to explore the area. Highly recommend!

Marki’s place is fantastic. It’s spacious, sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable. We had an amazing stay at Marki’s place and loved looking out over the lake from the patio. Direct lake access was an added bonus! Marki and Chris are the perfect hosts.

Lovely spacious place with excellent amenities. Handy to the mountain and perfect for our needs. We were here to cycle sections of the Mountains-to-Sea trail. Richard was very flexibile.

Matthew and Sarah welcomed us warmly into their beautiful country setting. The grounds were lovely to walk around, and our French bulldog had a great time checking out the fully fenced orchard and lawns. The accommodation was beautifully appointed with lots of little extras to make us feel really well looked after, from the continental breakfast supplies including homemade jams and bowls of fresh fruit and eggs to the sumptuous towels and gorgeous hand cream. Our hosts had even thought to have a first aid kit in the bathroom drawer, impressing me as to how much they had really thought about the comforts and needs of their clients. We definitely felt that we had our own private space but also knew that we could communicate with Matthew should we need anything.

What a beautiful spot! Great view from deck, kitchen and hot tub of the volcano and loved having a few different spots to relax depending on time of day. Good distance to the volcano for hiking but also the amenities of the house were great, as well as neighbouring highland cows!

Wow what a find. Teresa’s place was out of a home and garden magazine - it was absolutely beautiful. What made it so special though was meeting Teresa, she made us feel right at home with her warmth and friendliness - and the breakfast was next level with homemade preserves, eggs etc. We loved our stay, having been to many B&B’s through Europe this would have to have been the best!! Loved it and we will be back.

Excellent stay. The welcome was easy and friendly the house is fabulous as are the grounds. The beds were very comfortable annd beautifully decorated annd maintained. Although the owners were next door they were not intrusive. The breakfast was awesome huge quantities and all home made and healthy. We all really enjoyed our stay so highly recommend for business, whanau, or just a couples retreat.

This modern cottage is the perfect place to spend a few days in Havelock North, and is less than a five minute walk to the village. A spacious living/sleeping area, with an equally spacious bathroom and wonderful walk in shower. It is in a very peaceful location, with the cottage set at the back of a beautiful garden and well off the road. Trish & Don are lovely hosts, great with communication, and add plenty of home touches including providing continental breakfast, offer of e-bikes, and fresh figs from the fruit trees. Such a peaceful place to stay. The surrounding countryside is beautiful - best viewed from the spa! We were very comfortable and definitely recommend to others.
