The unit is located in the newly developed Tuscan Village area of Salem, NH, which is by far the best location in town. The space itself is luxurious, and my host was absolutely perfect—accommodating, helpful, and attentive. She greeted me upon arrival and ensured I had everything I needed to get settled in smoothly.

Great modern furnished apartment that our family of five enjoyed staying in for 6 nights. While the immediate area is undergoing some real estate development, it’s a short walk to Revere beach and very conveniently located on the blue line to get into Boston. We commuted very easily to all of the events and attractions on our must-do list including sports events at TD gardens, the Freedom Trail, Boston Duck Tour, Quincy Market, and Harvard University tour. Highly recommend Ryan as a host and would definitely choose to stay again for any future visit to Boston.

This place was perfect for my stay in Boston. The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Red Sox game—just a short walk to the stadium! The place is clean, safe, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

The place was nice. We had a minor issue with the garage door opener at first, but they were very responsive and the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We stayed here while our house was getting new floors, and it was a great experience, loved it! The apartment was clean, cozy, and very accommodating. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. We really appreciated that the apartment had everything we needed, cozy and modern, and was dog-friendly — our two pups made some new friends in the dog park next to the building in what seems like a big dog-loving community! Close to Route 1 with easy access to Boston and surrounding neighborhoods with great restaurants, a great place to stay! One thing to note: the upstairs neighbor has a heavy step, which our dogs thought meant someone was in the "house" — it led to some funny and interesting moments with a bit of dog running, confused dog faces, a bit of barking and lots of laughter. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and recommend it!

Airbnb was spacious, clean, incredibly well located (a 4-minute walk to the train), and the host was very responsive and helpful. Kate & Kate’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and fall weather, and also doing some shopping nearby. There are restaurants very close by as well. It was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the little things really stood out here- many towels, washer and dryer, all the things you need for your stay are provided and so appreciated. Excellent place to stay!!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

I had not taken a vacation since pre-Covid and Caroline's wonderful place was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful white mountains region of New Hampshire. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need (tremendous view, comfortable bed, efficient kitchenette, pool, jacuzzi, gym, close proximity to the beach, mountains many excellent restaurants, and theatre (live and movies). If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle Caroline's place is the perfect place and I highly recommend it!

She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.
