La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è veramente splendida in ogni suo aspetto! Non c'è dettaglio che non sia pensato, è una sistemazione davvero perfetta per tre persone. All'interno del salotto è presente anche la televisione, che non era indicata tra i servizi. Il camino, il biliardo, la vista sulla vallata hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Lucia us a Great Host, very responsive and proactive! We arrived on a rainy, cold and foggy night - Lucia and her husband waited for us in the town, helped with the luggage and walked with us to the place. she went the extra mile and offered some snacks and even food supplies for simple meal (pasta + pom polpa) if you had missed to do shopping beforehand. This place is soooo beautiful!! the views over the valley and old windows felt romantic. birds chirping in the morning on a rocky wall just nearby. it's been a long time I slept in a bed linen smelling so nice! Montemassi is a lovely, small and quiet town. we enjoyed being the only tourists there on a peaceful sunny Sunday. stayed for 3 nights, visited Massa Marittima one day and Parco Regionale Della Maremma on the 2nd which was a highlight! only 35 mins drive, beautiful area, good for kids for watching animals, hiking, beach time. pristine nature. Lucia's place is a great deal!

Il casale di Debora è bellissimo, ha una vista splendida, nei giorni più limpidi si possono vedere dai Monti Sibillini al Gran Sasso e tutta la Val d' Orcia. L' interno è molto accogliente e Debora da attenta ospite lo ha dotato di tutto ciò che può servire alle persone che accoglie, ci si sente veramente accolti e coccolati. È stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Noi eravamo in compagnia di amici e dei nostri rispettivi cani. Per loro è stata un' esperienza stupenda, hanno avuto a disposizione oltre ad una casa che li ha accettati tranquillamente, anche uno splendido terreno recintato e fuori di esso, una spazio a perdita d' occhio per correre liberi e felici. La mattina pur essendo dicembre, ci siamo sempre goduti un' alba bellissima. La posizione in cui si trova, ci ha consentito di visitare agevolmente molti paesini e città e infine ci siamo rilassati anche alle terme che distano pochissimo dal casale. We absolutely loved this charming house! It was spacious (3 nice size bedrooms) and 2 full baths, but the living room and kitchen/dining area took our breath away. We were a party of 7 and the place was perfect! The grounds looked like the pictures. Lucca was there to welcome us immediately when we arrived, gifting us with a bottle of wine. He also helped arrange reservations at the local bar because we were hungry but didn’t want to drive to proper restaurants in the area. Would recommend that folks driving in use Waze or Google Maps to be absolutely certain not to miss the left turn to a very small alley/side street. Otherwise it is easy to find and the neighborhood looked charming. We did not get to see the private mini falls & hiking spots in the area because we drove to Pienza, San Quirico, Montepulciano etc everyday. This is a great base to see Val d’Orcia region. Note that Vivo d’Orcia is in a mountainous area so driving includes endless loops. Highly recommend this place!!!

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Eine sehr schöne mit Style eingerichtete Wohnung. Tolle ruhige Umgebung mit tollen hilfreichen Menschen.

ideale sia per esplorare il Monte Amiata, che per godere del centro di Abbadia, senza utilizzare (in questo secondo caso) la macchina. appartamento spazioso e luninoso, ospitale anche con gli animali domestici. Check in flessibile e proprietaria proattiva, nonché molto gentile, nelle comunicazioni.

Absolutely loved it so much that we extended our stay for additional 3 days. Figured there is no way that we can find a perfect spot like this and the rest will be disappointing after our stay here. Views are amazing, big windows to take in the Tuscan hills in the morning. Comfortable and clean beds.

Wir waren in der Nachsaison vor Ort und haben ruhige Tage am wunderschönen See und in der sehenswerten Altstadt verbracht. Das Appartement liegt fußläufig, steil ansteigend oberhalb des Sees in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der liebevoll gestalteten privat genutzten Wohnung zu wohnen, die uns einen Einblick in die Wohnverhältnisse vor Ort vermittelt hat. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Unsere Gastgeber waren großartig. Obwohl wir uns persönlich nicht kennengelernt haben, hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt mit Ihnen. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für unsere An- und Abreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln herausgesucht und uns mit vielen Hinweisen auf gute Restaurants versorgt. Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

Este alojamiento es ideal para desconectar, esta en un entorno rural precioso. No se oye un ruido! Tiene una piscina grande y bonita, no pudimos usarla porque pasamos una sola noche y llegamos tarde pero pese a todo la propietaria (mujer de Franco) nos recibió y nos explicó todo. También se pueden comprar productos elaborados por ellos. Las mermeladas... un 10!! Lugar recomendable 100%.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

Before we arrived Keith already messaged me to ask me what time I was going to arrive so he can ensure that the heating was on which is a really nice touch. It was a very overcast and damp weekend, but it didn’t matter to us because the views were spectacular and the local restaurants we would highly recommend this apartment not only for the views and the location but the restaurants were all fantastic

I had a fantastic stay at Stefania’s house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Stefania was an amazing host—welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful stay! So peaceful with incredible views, I slept better than I have done in years and we were so grateful for Luigi restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The beach at the national park was amazing and we loved the thermal baths- remember to take off silver jewellery though! Location fantastic and we would love to return one day. A very big thank you!

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

Lorenzo und Senta haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen! Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ort, um Radtouren zu starten. Bei Fragen und Anliegen wurde uns immer super geholfen! Gerne wieder :)

Ludovica’s place is amazing and I would recommend everyone to stay here. It is super picturesque and Ludovica is such a warm and responsive host. She also has an animal shelter that guests can go to(: Home was clean and suitable for our large group of 11. Highly recommend!

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!
