Pity that this was only a one night stay, as we would have liked to get to know Tomas and his wife better. We had a comfortable nights sleep, and woke refreshed ahead of our onward journey. Only good things to say regarding our stay. Hope to meet again soon.

A friend and I stayed for four nights at Karl's wonderful house near Cansaulim beach. The family was very warm and welcoming, the room was super fresh and the area was incredibly calm and beautiful. Warmly recommend staying here!

My first time using Airbnb & I don't regret it at all. The place was exactly as described and as shown in images. It's perfect if you're looking for a place to relax and chill without travelling too much. Beach & the supermarket are just opposite. Wine shop right next to the house. A few steps away you have a juice and snacks centre. Clifford who's the shop owner next to the house was really kind and helpful. And Mr. Marshal who coordinated the whole check in etc. too was kind, helpful. He made the check in & out and the entire stay seamless.

I had an amazing time there. Great place if you r visiting with your friends and are on a budget. The beach is so close to the place. Even the flea markets and everything was very convenient. If i ever visit goa again I know where I’m staying

We had a great experience here. We friends visit goa a lot times but this villa was best of all the places we have stayed at such economical price. Staff Ravi anj Tej were very helpful and easy for communication Well kept amenities there were many games for us all to keep equipped for the day. Surrounding was Amazing with the lake and pool and green lawn for us to play and relax Overall 5 Star experience! We would love to Visit again .

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sea-Esta! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent – peaceful with beautiful surroundings, making our stay truly relaxing. Mr. Mangesh visited every day to take care of the property. Lenny's place has a distinct charm. Firstly he has done amazing job in maintaining his 100 yrs old inherited property. We felt so comfortable the moment we checked-in. The place was equipped with all amenities and made our 4 day trip in south Goa quite relaxing and peaceful. Lenny very articulately described the location and made us familiar with the place, nearby supermarts, places to visit, beaches to explore. The place also had strong internet connectivity via wifi provided there. We never came across with any issues related to electricity or water supply. Thankyou Lenny for the wonderful hosting. We shall definitely recommend the place to friends and family for their Goa plans.

Michelle was always quick to respond. There was very lovely surroundings to enjoy every morning while sitting on the patio with your coffee. It was easy to have food delivered for meals if you didn’t want to go out. There was so much room for everyone. She did a great job decorating for the holidays.
