Loved the house, it was clean, comfortable, and huge. Great soap options provided and comfortable beds. Nice beach and walking trail nearby. Peaceful location, though we had to drive quite a bit to get to the city centre. Wild kangaroos wandering around the neighbourhood, lol. Nice backyard area too with a relaxing hammock.

Our second time at Louise's spotless, BEAUTIFULLY STOCKED home. The kitchen is the best stocked we've EVER experienced. No need to bring ANY utensils, dishes, storage containers, food wraps, tea towels, tissues, serviettes, condiments, bag clips etc. And chocolates in the fridge!! LITERALLY FIVE MINUTE WALK TO FABULOUS BEACH and a lovely, safe and quiet suburb. Lovely park across the road. Star gazing while in the pool. TV room was like being at the cinema. Linen and pool towels etc. were good quality and the large dining table and outdoor setting easily accommodated eight people. Appliances were top shelf and a full laundry onsite was a bonus. We love staying at Louise's lovely home and she has always promptly answered any communications. We'll be back before Christmas! 🎄

Just got home from a two week stay, we had an amazing time there. The house is beautiful had everything we needed and the photos do not do it justice. Really sad to be home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Amazing River House! Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely location which felt like we were a million miles away! Great selection of games and puzzles. This was a complete ‘unplug’ from the hectic lives we lead!

Das Haus ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine herzige Spielecke, also super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Der Garten mit Sitzplatz schafft eine angenehme und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Badezimmer ist schön hell und war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

It was a beautiful place with a large and stunning balcony. There are also large lawns behind and in front of the house great for kids to play in. Overall a wonderful stay.

This house was exactly what we needed for our family gathering/holiday. We had 9 people and 4 dogs and we were all well catered for. Plenty of room for all of us, well stocked kitchen with basic and some luxury food items (coffee pods) and equipment, plenty of towels and toilet paper, even toys, games and dvds for the kids. They supplied dog toys, bowls and towels. Everyone was looked after. We left an item behind and Kristine was more than obliging when asked if she could post it. Great spaces to entertain - huge couch, dining table and outdoor table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this house to others. Thank you Kristine.

Great location for beach and foreshore facilities, excellent coffee just 50m away. House has 'retro beach holiday' charm. Kitchen has been renovated but loved the 70s vibe in the bathroom. Clean, tidy, simple but comfortable. We enjoyed playing some of the board games. Excellent communication and clear instructions. Suited our multi-generational family getaway perfectly. We have agreed to find another weekend to book it again 😀

We had a quick stop through, however this host was amazing. Super helpful and her house had everything you will need with some extra touches not expected. Very clean and smelt amazing walking in. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

This was my 4th stay at Serena Street. Over the years we have had all generations of family stay. The new addition of a great outdoor verandah/dinning area is a great place to enjoy a meal and a bit of sunshine, (roll down blinds too) if you don’t want the sun. Carol is a great host and very helpful.

Home has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location. There has been attention to detail. The Serpentine River is right in the front yard and it can be seen from bed in the main bedroom. We saw a quenda from the kitchen window, countless birds, and dolphins in the river.

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

We had 19 nights at this beautiful home, it was well equipped, clean, modern and all in all just what we wanted. craig was well responsive on communication running up to our visit and threw out our stay. We had a little issue on the first night with one of the bedrooms door and craig was there within minutes. When we return back to Australia we will definitely be booking this accommodation again.

Our hosts were always available for us whether it be for check in/out times, general questions or great places to visit. The accommodation easily fitted all 6 adults without us tripping over each other or getting in each others way. The property has all of the things that you could possibly ask for (and some that you would even think of or expect!). All of the guests were more than satisfied with our beautiful accommodations and surrounds with each of them complimenting me on such an awesome selection for our weekend away.

Beautiful clean home, well provided for, everything you needed, basically home from home. Would def like to stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

Our family visit was for my wife's 60th birthday and we shared it with our adult children and their partners. It was such a fun and relaxing time on the river in this beautiful, fully equipped home. Every single thing you could want was provided. Just turn up with your clothes & food and have a great time. Spent hours paddling on the river in the supplied canoes looking for dolphins. Kerrie our host was very friendly and fast to reply on the few occasions I contacted her with minor questions. I'm sure I speak for our whole family when I say we would highly recommend this home for your special get away.
