This place is fantastic, house is spotless, quiet location but close to town where you can find several restaurants and shops. The main feature of the house is the private pool where you can refresh during the hot days, you can also relax under the big veranda on the back and cook using the outdoor kitchen, we never used the indoor kitchen, it is so nice to cook and eat outside during the nice summer days. The house is surrounded by a huge garden so you can have complete privacy and there are nice trees around the pool if you prefer the shade. The location is perfect to visit both the east coast beaches (few minutes by car away) but also the west coast only 30 minutes away. Air con is very quiet but the house is so well insulated that really needed only few hours on really hot hot days. Mariella is a fantastic host always available to help in any way, we stayed 9 days but did not want to leave. Will be back soon, thanks Mariella

Villa molto bella, corrispondente alle foto. Eravamo tra i primi ospiti della casa, solo recentemente messa su Airbnb, quindi alcuni dettagli erano ancora da sistemare (alcune cose in casa non erano funzionanti, un paio di sedie del patio e sdraio erano rotte) ma Donna è sempre stata estremamente reattiva e ha sistemato tutto quanto possibile super velocemente. Sicuramente una casa che si presta a regalare estremo relax grazie alla zona piscina stupenda, all'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e alla massima disponibilità di Donna. Belle spiagge a 15/30 minuti e luoghi di interesse comodissimi da raggiungere (Alberobello, Ostuni, Martina Franca, etc.) Insomma, consigliato!

Vila Domina Levante este pur și simplu extraordinară! Vila este frumoasă, mobilată cu mare grijă și atenție la detalii, creând o ambianță confortabilă și elegantă. Curățenia este impecabilă, fiecare colț este îngrijit la perfecțiune. Proprietarul a fost incredibil de amabil și util, asigurându-se că vila era deja bine încălzită când am ajuns, un detaliu pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult. În plus, jacuzzi-ul era deja gata și cald, oferind momente de relaxare pură. O experiență de neuitat pe care aș recomanda-o oricui caută confort, frumusețe și ospitalitate de cel mai înalt nivel. Abia aștept să revin și să stau mai mult!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison récente, très propre et conforme aux photos. Dominico est sympathique, encore merci pour le petit cadeau de bienvenue. L'emplacement est vraiment paisible et permet de découvrir les jolis villages des Pouilles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I cannot say enough great things about the villa and about Stefanie!!! The property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our large group. Stefanie could not have been a better host. She was so helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay and answered all of our questions very quickly. She provided local restaurant recommendations which were excellent and even offered to make some reservations for us. The villa was very clean and spacious and was the perfect place to stay for our family trip. Stefanie was the most amazing host and truly made our trip even better than we could have imagined.

Pobyt był bardzo miły, spędziliśmy dobrze czas. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek w ciszy, domek zapewnia prywatność. Wszystko czyste, wiele udogodnień. Bardzo ładny taras i świetny basen. Blisko plaży (około 15 min na nogach). Polecamy serdecznie.

Valentina er veldig hyggelig, ryddig og hjelpsom i kommunikasjonen. Villaen ligger skjermet plassert i en rolig olivenlund. Designet er moderne og utrustet med alt man trenger for oppholdet. Fantastisk å kunne plukke urter og grønnsaker fra kjøkkenhagen. Deilig uteareal med svømmebasseng.

Très bel endroit, le logement est impeccable. Tout est mis à disposition pour passer un bon sejour! La piscine est très agreable et l’endroit est vraiment paisible, sauf quelques aboiements des chiens du voisin qui nous ont parfois réveillé la nuit... mais globalement c’est un endroit très reposant et très propre. Nous recommandons à 100%

This is a 5 start review for villa solivetta managed by Puglia Villas. We had a fantastic stay and the booking experience was amazing from the beginning to the end. Our guest angel Sara was devine to deal with and made our stay super easy with amazing recommendations on things to do and places to go. The villa itself is just beautiful. Massive garden with lots of different places to hang out all shaded by olive trees and a nice refreshing pool. Perfect house for a family got everything you need and possibly dream off. We can highly recommend staying there. We had the best time and we planning to come back soon again!!

A really beautiful location to relax for a week with friends. Two beautiful cats were always wandering around as well which always helps! An excellent spot for large groups of friends and family.

Lovely stay outside of Ostuni at Laura's place. The house is very well equipped with several bedrooms nicely spaced out across the large home. The pool was lovely (though not heater) and the grounds are beautiful, with a children's play structure on property and two adorable donkey's roaming the grounds. Very nice stay. Thank you for having us!

La maison était fantastique et l’emplacement paradisiaque. L’accueil très amical et fort sympathique Nous voyageons souvent en Airbnb mais chez Valerio nous avons atteints les sommets tout était parfait et nous pouvons que recommander la maison de Valerio . Notre note est de 6 sur 5. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir chez Valerio.

We had a lovely stay at Sara and Vittorio's place and it truly is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. In total we had two families with kids and it was perfect for a family vacation with one family each taking two bedrooms. Three bedrooms (a master with an in room Jacuzzi bath; two bedrooms beside each other on the opposite side) face a large common area and one bedroom is separate and can be entered from outside. All rooms had their own ensuite bathroom and shower. The inside and outside common areas were phenomenal and great for communal time together but with enough space to allow for separating off and sitting and relaxing. We cooked almost every night at home (due to small kids) and were well set up for that. We spent less time outside due to the season but it is extremely well set up for full outdoor living and the pool was just perfect. Sara and Vittorio were responsive and helpful. We loved our week there and have already highly recommended it to our friends!! Grazie!

Ein geschmackvolles und individuell eingerichtetes Haus, mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und mit Liebe zum Detail. 2 Schlafzimmer liegen sehr dicht an einander im Haupthaus und ein weiteres befindet sich in einem Nebengebäude. Für uns als Familie war es ideal und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt abgelegen in mitten von Olivenbäumen. Nach San Vito dei Normanni braucht man zum einkaufen mit dem Auto ca 10 Minuten. Ein Auto ist ein Muss, sonst kommt man schlecht weg. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. nach Brindisi, Lecce, Ostuni liegt das Haus ideal. Auf Internet und ein stabiles Handynetz muss man allerdings verzichten, da dies im Haus so gut wie nicht funktioniert.

We had an amazing stay at Valentina’s place! Communication was easy from the get go. The place was incredible! It’s nested amongst beautiful olive trees, was impeccably decorated and very clean. The host has a lot of great recommendations for us as well. Would highly recommend booking whilst in Puglia!

Séjour très agréable dans la villa de Claudia, un extérieur très sympa avec la piscine et la belle terrasse. Une villa spacieuse très fonctionnelle bien située et au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et il y avait tout ce qu il fallait dans la maison pour se sentir bien. Petit bémol : la maison résonne, l isolation phonique n est pas optimale.

Genoten van een prachtig verblijf met privé zwembad. Mooie omgeving om uitstappen te maken. De poetshulp legt alles duidelijk uit bij aankomst en communicatie met Sandra was ook top. Het huis was top! Mooie kamers en badkamer, prachtig terras. Perfect om met je gezin of als koppel te relaxen in alle luxe. Als je de airco in de slaapkamer elke dag (avond/nacht) verbruikt zit je er wel over de max kWh per dag en betaal je wel iets meer hiervoor. Dit wordt duidelijk afgesproken vooraf maar we wisten niet of we wel degelijk over die kWH/dag zouden gaan met de airco of niet. Samengevat: Prachtige vakantie in Puglia in een prachtig huis.

Valentina was super welcoming and very helpful when describing the space, and the area we were staying in. Property is beautiful and an excellent place to stay and relax if you want a country vibe. The pool and roof areas are perfect to chill, and the historical dwelling has a great old world feel.

Soggiorno impeccabile dall'inizio alla fine, arredamento stupendo e cucina super accessoriata! Non sono mancate neanche le piccole attenzioni come un bel cesto di benvenuto e consigli su ristoranti e spiagge nei dintorni. La piscina è molto comoda e rinfrescante per giorni come questi. Ci tornerei assolutamente!

Posto fantastico come previsto dalle foto e dalla descrizione presente sul sito. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni a contatto con la natura utilizzando frutta, verdura e uova presenti all’interno della tenuta. Lisa e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno assistito in ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo di sicuro ✨

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans les Pouilles ! Colleen est une hôte accueillante, gentille et toujours disponible si besoin. Le logement est impeccable, très bien entretenu, et les extérieurs… magnifiques ! C’est un très bel endroit paisible où on se sent bien. Le logement est très bien situé (quelques minutes en voiture de Cisternino, une dizaine de minutes de Alborebello, Locorontodo,…). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Colleen avec un magnifique panier rempli de spécialités italiennes des pouilles ainsi qu’un frigo également rempli de très bonnes choses ! Rien à redire, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! 😁 Un grand merci à Colleen & Stefano !

Großartig! Ein wunderschöner Garten mit zahlreichen ruhigen schönen Plätzchen, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann, samt Hängematte, Tischtennisplatte, Liegen, Parkbänken und Tischen, ein toller Pool, und ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, von Waschpulver, Spülmittel, Olivenöl, eine Flasche Wein, ... - wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Gianvito war via Handy jederzeit ansprechbar und war bei Fragen und Problemchen stets schnell mit Hilfe zur Hand. Wir können die Unterkunft vollstens empfehlen!!! Insbesondere die zwei Wohnungen waren für uns wie geschaffen, man ist nah zusammen und hat dennoch sein eigenes Reich (wir waren mit Sohn und Großeltern dort).

The house was stunning, however a little miscommunication between the host and myself set the stay to a sour start. We had wonderful gentleman check us is as the host was unavailable. Soon as the misunderstanding was cleared up the stay went smooth. Everything in that home is lovely.
