This 4 bhk is a great place to reside at. Monica the host is amiable and always responsive. The place was immense and our stay was comfortable. Each room was tidy and i found no litter anywhere in the vicinity. It's a private, quiet residence which is an ideal place to get away and regroup. Lovely for dates, and if you have a big group of people around. will definitely revisit and kudos to monica for being awesome.

Stay was short, but found it little in the pricey end.

Balajraju's stay is at an excellent location, walking distance from Mylari and Mysore palace. Has good veg and non veg restaurants on both sides. It was also very clean and the caretaker was helpful.

The house was beautiful and modern just like the photos. Very clean and well maintained! My family felt right at home, with the amenities and well stocked kitchen. Girija was the most helpful host. She was very quick to respond to all our questions and happily gave plenty of suggestions for places we were looking for. The care taker was also great, cleaned the house every day we needed during our stay. We would definitely want to return here next time we are back in town to visit family, highly recommend!

Excellent, clean stay for our NRI family visiting for two weeks. Two story layout gives privacy and lots of room. Very impressed with the western style renovations completed in the home. Two entry gates and outdoor security cameras gave additional peace of mind and security, since we had both children and elders with us. From outside it looks like a traditional, old house but inside is a warm and updated home. Owner Mr. Sampath was very responsive and so cooperative, he really made our visit much more comfortable by opening this Jewel of Jayanagar for us.

The property is very beautiful, well furnished and maintained. From good internet to ample kitchen and bathroom supplies, there was no shortage of any amenities. The host was kind enough to stock up on some bread and milk for us too. There are good restaurants around available on Swiggy for ordering in food as well.

We had a very nice stay. Check in at 4 am after arriving at the airport. Allowed us to check out late at 4pm instead of 10am. Our friends were staying at casa cottage which was fully booked, this place is an easy 2 min walk away. Very modern appliances. Overall great stay!

Had a great stay with my wife, location is very good, it's kind of outside of major tech parks situated in the outer ring road but if you want to experience peaceful stay this is a great option

I had the most perfect stay at Tharaka's place. Located in the heart of Gokulam, it is convenient for everything, yet a peaceful oasis with a beautiful garden. I stayed on the top floor and the porch and the rooftop have beautiful views of the city. Watching the neighbourhood wake up while having my cup of tea was one of my favourite things every day while in Mysore. The room is super clean (and is cleaned twice weekly) and has a convenient kitchen, including fridge, coffee and tea and filtered water tap. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the laundry facilities were a welcome bonus. Tharaka is a fantastic host. From the moment I booked he reached out and was very warm, welcoming and helpful, making many local recommendations for food and helped me book transport to, from and around the city. Tharaka made his place feel like a home and I very much enjoyed our chats over coffee and sweets in the garden. I can't recommend this place enough and cannot wait to visit again!

The place was very clean and accessible, we were 4 people and the rooms and bed were comfortable to stay in. Has a working TV with OTT platforms, which was good enough for some leisure time. Definitely worth the price
