We had a brilliant week at Jason's house. Had everything you could need, it was very homely and comfortable. Easy stroll into town, with a good selection of shops, and a great Weatherspoons ! Great location for accessing all of north Norfolk. Just perfect, thank you!

What a beautiful location, it was perfect for a chilled girls weekend. The hot tub was ready and waiting for when we arrived and Simon and Denise were great hosts. Thank you for a great weekend and we will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

Kiln Cottage was fantastic - typical North Norfolk property with every amenity you could wish for - Certainly a 'home away from home' Very clean with a wow! first impression. Lawrence provided lots of valuable information about the area which made for a wonderful stay. Would certainly return without a doubt

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. Thank you once again Amber for a wonderful weekend and I know we’ll be booking again. Mike

We loved it at the look out. We came with our 10 month old son and it was incredible. There was plenty of space for us all and the garden was amazing during the sunny days. The amenities were incredible and the breakfast products were such a great help with a little one. We visit this area twice a year to see family and this will now be our regular booking. Thank you so much ☺️

We absolutely loved the cottage, it is in a lovely village where everyone is so friendly, great walks in the surrounding area. The cottage is spotlessly clean and modern with everything you need and the hot tub was lovely to soak in after a day out exploring.

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

Mooie cottage, rustig gelegen in een mooie streek! Had alle voorzieningen om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen. Zeer vriendelijke host.
