This was a top 3 Airbnb experience - and we’ve been to a lot of Airbnbs! Everything was immaculate and tastefully / uniquely decorated. Things that stood out: GREAT linens - this went from bedsheets to towels to dish towels. And Sheenah thought of every little detail - the unit has everything we needed and more. She also left thoughtful surprises like a little jar of local honey. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We’d love to come back!

這是一個很溫馨、溫暖又難以忘懷的回憶。因爲陶醉在excellent sea view 海岸第一排，坐在180度面向出海口的陽台，悠閒地享受早餐、滑手機、翻閱雜誌等等。 加上耐心、貼心的房東夫妻的用心，更是讓我們有「家」的。 再次感謝他們夫妻提供這麼乾淨整潔又舒適的住宿。

We couldn’t believe that the apartment was all ours! We didn’t need all the room. There was enough kitchen stuff to easily cook dinner and our view was better than any restaurant in town. Very comfortable king bed and our car was in a garage.

We had a very warm welcome by Dianne & David. Super nice people, very clean and modern apartment, very comfortable bed,, fantastic view, right at the beach. We found not only breakfast and coffee capsules & milk but a very good bottle of wine in the fridge that they provided for us. The house is the prettiest in the street, the apartment a perfect place to stay. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything Dianne & David!!

Perfect stay. A lovely apartment with views of the water- we ate dinner every evening sitting on the patio enjoying the bay. The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. Robyn was so helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area and on our forward journey. Always responsive and kind. Loved the personal touches such as fresh flowers and cookies. Wish we had organized things to stay longer. Thank you Robyn!

It was my first family holiday since 2017. The AirBnB was a new experience for me, but the hosts were respectful and their place was wonderful! I was able to bring our 2 x dogs which was great and I took them for a walk every morning, greeting others with their dogs on the way. My adult children loved being able to hang out at the beach and sit in the hot tub or use the kayaks on offer. My husband unfortunately worked every day but was able to enjoy to peace and quiet at night. Having a washing machine was practical and saved my workload when we returned home. We visited Charlies Gelato which was yum and I was able to purchase some beautiful wine from Brick Bay vineyard. Matakana was disappointing it felt like Auckland with long lines of traffic and expensive products however, the lady at Honest Chocolate was lovely. We fished off Scotts Landing and caught 5 legal snapper. All in all, I would highly recommend this AirBnB, absolutely the best holiday in a very long time. Thank you.

The apartment was beautifully appointed. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were really comfortable and appreciated the duvet was the right temperature for the season. I can overheat! Marion and Graham were lovely, welcoming, friendly hosts. We enjoyed talking with them and would definitely go back again. Thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful spot, friendly hosts but we were left to our own devices which was great. Stunning views and awesome location. It was great we could take our dogs and we all felt right at home. Loved the decor and art work and the attention to detail down to the matching crockery! An added bonus would have been a little table and chairs outside to sit at. But we loved it and would love to come back again. Thank you!

Great location, within walking distance to beautiful beaches. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chloe and Ben were friendly and super responsive, making our experience even better.

A great house for a family stay. Use of paddle boards and kayaks was good to have. Easy launch of our inflatable boat from the beach when the tide is in. Comfy beds and great views from the deck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karl’s house. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The home is well-equipped with amenities as described, including a hot tub under the stars. We are so glad we included a few days in the Northland during our trip. The natural beauty is outstanding, and we hope to return in the future.

Lovely place to stay. Very well equipped. Great for family group of 3 generations. Great views from all rooms and always something happening on estuary. Pool table, spa , pizza oven and kayaks provided great variety of options. Highly recommend

Michael, We would like to thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at your place. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life gave us the chance to switch off, relax and take in nature. The views are amazing and getting out on the kayaks paddling around the island and visiting the smaller secluded islands like Pembles island isn’t something you get to experience often. We would also like to acknowledge and thank you for making this booking so easy. Your communication has been outstanding, directions and instructions were clear and we could not have asked for a better host. We highly recommend Micheal and staying at the Tree house at Kawau Island.

Great place with perky amenities like the Nespresso machine and large TV! Central location but can be a bit noisy for someone sensitive as right next to the main street. Overall we really enjoyed!

We love the place, it was what it looks like on the photos. Just looking at the view outside the house is amazing and the house is spectacular in all aspects. Perfect for this time of Easter where we dont do anything and just bond with the family and be at peace with nature. Terri was very responsive to my text. Our communication was seamless. Would highly recommend this place to my friend and family.
