One of the best places I’ve stayed. Nathalie’s place was super easy to find, private entrance, very clean, well lite at night and really quiet. The place was nicely furnished, convenient to UBS arena! New modern and clean bathroom and super comfortable king bed and very cute kitchen. The TV and internet access was easy to navigate as well. Definitely would like to go back whenever I’m in NY! Would give it a 10 out of 10! Perfect cozy getaway - home away from home!

I held an event at Dano's place, it was the best place in the area, and nonetheless as everyone says, he is an amazing host. He had no problem with helping me set-up, helping create a useful area, and the greatest hospitality experience thus far. Would not shy away, and any future events will absolutely be done there!

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

Defina is an amazing host great to work with responds quickly very helpful with directions into NYC. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10 walking distance to the bus stop to get into NYC. Breakfast was an enjoyable plus definitely recommend Definas place we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Defina your the best

Renee was a great host. Check in was easy, the garage and doors were easy to use, Renee was responsive to all of our questions and the house comfortably slept our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There are a ton of amenities like a wine fridge and smart TV that meant we could have a chilled glass of red while the kids found their favorite shows. The house is beautiful and sits on a scenic hillside in South Orange. It’s easy to walk up the hill and see panoramas of NYC. We loved walking to get bagels with our kids or grabbing pizza from one of the many great spots nearby. The streets are also great for running with wide running lanes and challenging hills. We had such a great time spending most of July here.

Amina and Sumaiya were very helpful during check-in, although I didn't have the internet to check the final day message as I was driving to NYC from Canada, they helped every possible way to navigate the correct side entrance entrance to the unit. They were super helpful in the process on calls and the duration of my stay. The house was very clean, and the bedding and bathware were very clean, like new. We felt like staying at a friends place.

I’m planning on coming back up to visit family in the summer, and if this place is available, I will stay here again. You have book fast, it’s a very popular location! It’s cozy, and near everything!

We has a great time in this beautiful rental. The open floor plan and easy check made for a smooth stay. Location was perfect as we had easy access to train, transportation and rt 280 for fast commutes throughout our 11 day stay !! Attentive representative and open communication was much appreciated. Looking forward to staying again when visiting from the Dominican Republic.

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

I really liked the bnb, me and my bf were very comfortable. The only thing I can say is that you can hear conversations from upstairs and them walking. But overall I really liked it I would stay again.

From the time we arrived we felt welcomed . We were greeted on arrival and had any questions we had answered which was very comforting. Yolima was very responsive to any questions and requests we had prior to arrival and throughout our daily commute was a 15min walk to the ferry across to New York buses were even close but enjoyed the morning walk . Overall a great stay would totally recommend staying here .

Очень уютный и светлый дом, много пространства, чистая и новая ванная комната, горячая вода. Матрас на кровати превосходный, это новый эталон качества к которым должны стремиться все последующие наши места проживаний. В пешой доступности есть хороший магазин. Близко станция path, на котором быстро можно добраться до центра Манхэттена. Обратная дорога от станции вниз с горки, что очень удобно после тяжёлого туристического дня. I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage in der Unterkunft von Ron. Sie war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Von der Wohnung sind es nur einige Minuten Gehweg zur Subway-Station, von dort aus kommt man wunderbar ins Innerste von Manhattan. Alles verlief problemlos, gerne wieder.

I was lucky enough to get a room here last minute and even more lucky to get the Amazon room. Super cosy. Main light brightens the room tremendously with pure bright white light. Also lamp with dimmer by the bed with usb ports was convenient and a nice touch. Love the blackout shades, got some really good sleep. The bed was very was heavenly and very big. The smart TV was exception quality also very big and seemed more so than the pics. Great space to move around in, lovely welcoming gifts. The continental breakfast was better than most hotels. I wanted to toast my cinnamon raisin bagel, I used the air fryer and forgot I had a toaster in the room😆 My only complaint is that it wasn’t available for more days after, really enjoyed my night there. Also the hosts were very responsive and quick to message me back everything I asked, so accommodating. Close distance to trains.

I stayed at Alfred’s place in Manhattan as a solo traveler and had a wonderful experience. The listing was accurate—you get exactly what’s described and even more. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Penn Station and very close to the High Line, which I really enjoyed exploring. As a bonus, there was unlimited cool, cold, and hot water available, along with tea bags—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The price is very reasonable for what’s offered. Highly recommended for solo travelers visiting NYC!

Allen & Ann were amazing hosts! My friend and I shared the twin beds room for a few nights and we absolutely loved staying with them. The room and house is beautifully decorated, clean and they make you feel right at home with the bagel breakfast every morning. There are clear expectations and instructions in the house and it's easy to settle in. They shared the daily newspaper with us every morning and we loved having conversation with them during breakfast! They were flexible with our check out schedules and lovely, gracious people. I look forward to staying with them again!

This B +B was probably the best B+B I've ever been to. And I travel A LOT. The ladies were super hospitable. The place was beautifully decorated, plants and fresh air everywhere. The common rooms were so cozy, and peaceful. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into every detail. I was allowed to stay a little past my checkout time and the ladies were so thoughtful , and did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. There is a library, dinning room, meditation room, backyard and several bathrooms. I can't begin to describe all the attention to details. You simply have to experience it for yourself.
