I felt homey the moment I entered the unit. It smells good too. What I really loved is you can sight see the city lights and the view of the sky you can see through the window, It was so amazing. The only slight problem I had was its distance to MOA (not walkable), but overall, the unit was good and I will definitely book next time.

Place is cozy and relaxing. Great place to stay within the metro if you want a quick staycation lang.

The unit is really great and comfy to stay the night, felt at home with all the household equipment inside especially the kitchen which is fully equipped from plates to pans. What hook me the most to boom this unit was thw game console and the balcony view. The game console was really fun to play with and brought me back to childhood, while the balcony is quite spacious really amongst other unit since it is the corner so the view outside was very pleasing. Ma'am gladys was very resposive to all my concerns and inquiries and I am very thanful for that since I'm with my family is lessened the stress for me in knowing the instructions the host has given. The place is astonishing very clean and cool 💯💯💯 Thank you for letting us stay!

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

1. The apartment is as seen in the pictures in Airbnb. 2. Rooms are clean and tidy. 3. Kitchen gadgets are complete and functional. Lots of utensils and kitchen tools are new and sharp. 4. They provide slippers for guests to use. 5. Owner is very accomodating and easy to talk to, John also toured us inside the unit first which is an extra level of service in his part. He's also quick to respond to inquiries despite having such a busy schedule. 6. There are enough pillows, blankets, and towels for more than the number of guests. 7. The condo building itself is very beautiful and there's an ongoing construction for a convenience store. But the nearest one is alphamart. 8. They have bidet and the CR is huge. Plus they have functional heater. 9. The place looks brand new and no visible damages on the furnitures and equipments. 10. The pool looks big and inviting, very tempted to try it on the next visit. PS: Will definitely book again in the future!!!

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

We had a wonderful stay at Mang Robert's Place. The host was exceptionally welcoming and flexible, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The bathroom was functional, and we felt right at home. We did notice a slight dip in water pressure during morning hours, but it didn't significantly impact our stay. Our large group had a fantastic stay! The space was ideal for us, creating a true home-away-from-home experience. We were particularly impressed with the reliable internet connection, which extended even to the roof deck – perfect for enjoying the views while staying connected. We would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Sir Jun’s place! The place has a modern bahay kubo vibe. The beach was a few steps away and Ate Shane and Sir Jun were both very accommodating and friendly. Thanks for opening your home to us Sir Jun! Sana makabalik kami! 🫶🏼

We had an amazing stay at Villa Sophia in Binangonan, Rizal, to celebrate my Dad’s birthday. From pre-booking until checkout, Melissa was incredibly responsive & friendly to my inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. Her team, Ate Sonia & Genevieve, were also very accommodating & ready to assist. We were surprised upon arrival with a thoughtful birthday setup for my father & a refreshing welcome drink. The villa itself is beautifully designed, has a cozy living space, modern entertainment system, comfortable sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, & clean bathrooms. The entire house was cool & well-ventilated, w/c was perfect for the summer weather. The highlights of our stay was the stunning backyard, pool area, and the breathtaking overlooking view of Laguna Lake. My family was truly amazed by the beauty and comfort of the place—we all wished we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be booking again. I had a wonderful experience staying at Christine's BnB Home. Cleanliness - The place was immaculate, making me feel right at home. Functionality - Everything was in perfect working order, enhancing my comfort. Luxury Feel - It felt like staying in a luxury hotel, with all the amenities I could ask for. Balcony & View - I absolutely loved the balcony! The peaceful view was a fantastic way to unwind. Overall, I highly recommend Christine's BnB for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!

I am thankful to Sir Rian for many reasons. He was very responsive and his place even had some toiletries for us. I also enjoyed the pool view, very relaxing. I was able to also cook for my husband because everything is complete. Location-wise, we liked it. Everything is perfectly working. I was also able to wash our clothes hence, saved for laundry costs. I also accidentally broke a treasured bowl from his mother yet they considered. I am sorry for that and grateful as well for their understanding. Overall, it was a great place to stay in. I highly recommend. We plan to rebook at Sir Rian’s place whenever we visit Manila. We are very satisfied. Thank you and God bless.

We had a great time at Mike's place! The property matched the photos and description; the unit had all the listed amenities. It's in a good location for those who have appointments at SLEC, as it's less than a five-minute walk away. It's also right beside Robinsons Manila, so you have various options for dining and leisure. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff was friendly, and there is security 24/7. What we loved the most was the amazing view! The hosts were kind and responsive. We will surely stay here again.

The place was how it was posted and described. 2 beautiful large bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms with hot and cold shower, a full kitchen and dining, a living room, and a spacious veranda for additional dining, hanging clothes, or even just a place to rest and look over the mountains and the lagoon. It was so breezy and cool even if the aircon was turned off. It is closer to the beach than the country club but both are within a few minutes' walking distance. All the staff were polite. P.S. Hats off to Ms. Raquel for going way above and beyond the service she offered our family during our stay. We are extremely grateful for the smooth transaction from the inquiries to the booking, to the assistance during registration on the day itself and during our stay, and even after we have gone home. For the lost and found items, she coordinated and sent them back safely. Overall, our vacation though last minute was very memorable and we can't wait to go back and book here again.
