We booked 2 nights here and ended up staying 3. The house was very nice and clean and although there was no A/C it was not hot inside. Vipushan was very helpful and was always answering very quickly. His aunt who lives next door invited us several times to have lunch/dinner at her house and even brought over some fresh food! We can only recommend this place as we had a great time :)

Very friendly and receptive hosts both Hamilton and Lavan. Very concerned about guest welfare. We were a party of 5, 4 adults and a kid. Probably one of the more pleasant stays in Jaffna. Quite central and peaceful surroundings. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Won't hesitate to try it again. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely villa with all modern amenities, great wifi, smart TV, ac in bedrooms, fans throughout, big fridge/freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped. The patio area at the front is a nice sit-out place day or night. The plot is lovely and is shared with a second property owned by a young family at the rear but separate to Earnest's place. They are friendly and helpful people, with a small-holding, pets etc. There are small kiosk type shops and a bakery within walking distance, Jaffna and restaurants etc are about 6km away, so a peaceful location which feels like being in the countryside. Pick-Me tuktuks /taxis available locally and good prices. We had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate to chose this place again if staying in Jaffna.

My stay at Abi Villas was fantastic! The place was great, with excellent staff who made me feel welcome. The 24-hour security was a big plus, and the management was super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Jedes Zimmer mit Badezimmer und Toilette ausgestattet. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und direkt zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in Jaffna Stadt, somit sind Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Sind sehr zufrieden. Immer wieder gerne!

A family of four of us had a great stay. We booked the house for extra rooms to accommodate people who visited us. Never had anywhere near full capacity but no doubt it would have been easily enough to accommodate 10 people. During our stay in various parts of SL during this trip, we stayed at several accoms, but this was one of the good ones. A/C was a saviour during the horribly hot and extremely humid days but again we hardly stayed home, except for nights. Overall, a pleasant experience staying there and would definitely look to stay again. recommend this place for anyone who wants a bit of home atmosphere with a bit of affordable luxury.
